Been on the phone since 3 o'clock. It's now 9. The Google phone doesn't work and the Google charger doesn't work. It's all crap. But when you talk to them, you go here. You go there. Call Verizon for receipts they they got. Not good enough. They need every single number on every device that is broken. I've sent Google 6 hrs worth of numbers. Still not enough. What is the problem. They do this so you give up & go buy new stuff. Scammers. BS. It's all shady. I showed proof of 2 purchases. Not enough still. Wtf else do you clowns need. Never buy google anything. Nothing. Trash

Overall, I favour Chrome over other browsers a lot more.

The experience has been good. Even though I have to use other browsers occasionally for work, Chrome is my primary browser. It is the browser I use to browse the internet. If I need to work with HTML, Javascript, or CSS, I also use this browser.

I do not like this company and i had no positive experience in the years i dealt with them, so 1 star.

I am a small business owner and my business was suspended from google for suspicious activity. They did not tell me why and they just took my business down after I had added my website and an a couple extra services to expand business coming in. This has been a nightmare for me an my family and I was at the top of google and now I am not on there at all anymore. I am very dissatisfied with how they operate and more importantly worried about the time frame of them fixing the issue if it ever gets resolved. Looking at other business reviews they are taking longer and the time frame is inaccurate from when they will actually resolve the issue and they do not have anyone to talk to, I just had to submit a form and now its all a waiting game. I am not happy with how they operate GOOGLE BUSINESS!

The only thing I don't like much on Google is that on the Google play store when I search for games with no adds (I hate the adds). But they always show games with adds. But overall Google is so so wonderful. And I am so so glad they have the wonderful robots. My ex-husband tried to kill me and hit me in the head. The doctor I was at said that it wasn't extremely severe but there is a chance when you get old the memory will drop. So I often have to check a word and to me it is a YEA as the google robots always help me know the word!

Even if you have listed your business in Google, never go for any up-gradation of details of your business, which is truly needed as businesses change products based on market conditions. But the moment you a bring a change (for which google happily invites you), your business will be suspended without explanation and any attempt of retrieval goes in vain.
This brings in huge loss to your business as this will happen during your peak seasons. And indirectly your competition is also responsible to make this happen. As such any tom and hary can pass comments to google and they will suspend your business.
So its always advisable to use all platforms available to promote your business and ensure you receive your customer reviews at your office or in person as that's the most valid one which you can share with your customers rather than depending on google reviews which again your competitors can take for a run and Google will do nothing to change the reviews.
These reviews will also go for a toss once its suspended.

It was really hard to find a place to write a review about Google. That company no longer cares about the people that uses it.

Their help line is unanswered apparently due to COVID, despite the rest of the world having resumed normality. The help online sends you in circles and when you do finally speak with someone they give you no useful advise and you are back at the start. When you ask for details to make a complaint they send a generic email and continue to do so, saying the matter has been escalated. BS it has. You would think that a large company like this might want to keep customers happy. What an absolute joke. Do not go Google. -100/100.
