I have left multiple reviews for companies over the years on google, some great, some not so great. They have removed at least 4 of my honest negative reviews. No profanity or anything that goes against their review guidelines. No explanation either, reviews just disappear from view, poof! Businesses are either paying them off or businesses can just flag any review they don't like and it goes bye bye. I will no longer leave ANY reviews on google, good or bad. I will stick to yelp as they appear to have some integrity in their review system.

Last month I ordered Nest Yale Lock and a doorbell. I used the $200 store credit I got from the purchase of the latest Pixel 7 Pro. My wife didn't like the color. I returned the package and tried to buy the items again. Except google wouldn't let me use the $200 credit anymore.
I called Google customer support on October 31st and the Person I spoke to didnt speak English very well and kept telling me things that were irrelevant to the case. I asked to talk to a supervisor but even after holding for over 15 minutes, I was not connected. She told me the a supervisor would call back. No one ever did.
I received an email from Google on November asking me to explain my issue, which I articulated again. It is now November 8th and I still havent heard back from them. On the other hand Amazon customer services resolves all my issues in a heart beat.
As I said before, I am one of the best Google customers and they are treating me like sh*t, how do they treat others. Extremely disappointed. If my issue is not resolved in the next couple of days, they will lose me as a customer.
I search for so many items on google and half of the time the items that are displayed for the search results are either no longer available or the information pertaining to them is WRONG! Here's and example; I searched for a Kobalt hedge trimmer, (Lowes Brand). The search results show one pictured for $96.99 available on ebay and it states "FREE SHIPPING", (see photo # 1). So I click on the link and it redirects me to the ebay page for the item, which is $96.99 as stated on the google search. BUT instead of "FREE SHIPPING" as the google misinformed me, (Lied to me), the shipping is actually $32.18, (see photo # 2), WHAT THE FRICK? How am I supposed to trust google when it's constantly misleading and WRONG?

I teach Digital Marketing at a state university. We used to use the Google Ads Competition but Google discontinued the program. So now I have my students contribute $$ to help a local company with a Google Ads campaign. It worked well for a few years, but this year most of my students' accounts have been suspended before they even began. Google is vague about why, but sometimes points to a credit card problem (nonsense) or a "violation" of policy. Instead of teaching my students how powerful Google Ads can be, they're actually learning that this program is too difficult to implement. I'm incredibly frustrated that Google doesn't try harder to accommodate students and small businesses. These are our future marketing leaders and they now have an incredibly bad impression of Google Ads. What a shame. I will no longer introduce this program in my classes.

I have been trying to get into my account for my youtube for 6 months. Google just keeps locking me out. Locking out your customers with no customer service or intention to help them is the worst I've seen yet. I keep trying to recover it but thanks to their genius system, I keep getting locked out. I contacted them personally for help and still nobody has helped me. What a waste of time. I have had my youtube since 2013, you would think that counts for something, but I guess they are more worried about making money than helping the people that got them where they are today... Customer service is *******% lacking! Apple pay is exposing Google for what it is. Money hungry and disgusting. Everyone knows Google and how much they have influenced the evolution of cell phones and how powerful they are! But it just irritates the $#*! out of me with all the tracking they do and selling of data essentially our locations, but I have to be honest it's not just Google that's doing it! All our apps n emails generally have some sort of tracking or data extraction attached!
