I recently ordered a new carafe for my coffee maker. Shipped quickly and arrived damaged. Package had a small hole that went through two boxes and through my new carafe. Problem is I had to purchase another one at full price even before getting a refund for the damage package that wasn't my fault. The. The refund I received was minus the shipping cost when again was not my fault. How do I lose money shopping with your company?

Google really wants everybody to have 2 and 3 step verifications with their phone even when you don't elect that you want it. I'm locked out of my account because my phone is messed up and now they think it's hackers trying to get in. If I have the correct password just f******* let me in! I'm getting really tired of this. I mess up my phone too much and forget my passwords too often and it affects my whole life because Google has to be extra. Google doesn't help in these situations, they make it worse. I'm so stressed out because every site wants to send a code to my email or phone, including the phone company before fixing my phone. I didn't select that I wanted any 2 step verifications, but they just force the s*** on me when I have a tough enough time already. This new security stuff is just annoying, frankly. I haven't even been asked any security questions, everything they want to identify me has to do with my phone. Occasionally, they will allow me to verify through another email on file, but that option is not always presented to me. I wish I could stop using google because I'm so mad but it's like they own everything and I'm forced to deal with them. Even my school account goes through them. I'm just so frustrated and this is not the first time I've felt this regarding when I have a phone malfunction etc.

I was hacked and my account was hijacked. All the recovery info was changed, and google help is trash with no support what so ever. I've lost over 100 contacts, probably 100's contacts locked out of online ban accounts etc. at this point i think i will switch from android to iPhone. The is F'ing crazy. Unfortunately the mobile world is monopolized by Google. Every new cell phone purchased, with exception of Apple devices, is pre installed with Google, and ALL of it's annoying bloatware! Most annoying of all is the shoved down your throat Google Play Store for apps, games, and media. The Play Store is saturated with apps from developers whose only purpose is to steal your money and information, yet this is continuously allowed by Google and it appears to be encouraged, because when Google Support Team is sought out for help they reply with a generic email containing information that blatantly ignores the information you took your time typing and sending their worthless service in the first place. Google is a joke we as consumers are being force fed and we don't need nor want it. Google is like eating liver for dinner. It's disgusting, smells terrible and makes you vomit.

As a healthcare professional, Google makes me pay over $3000 (legitscripts) a year just to have the ability to advertise. They claim that they are concerned about the consumer and is watching out for their health. Meanwhile, scammers run rampant on google. I was just involved in a boat purchase scam that had at least a dozen links to fake pages that attested to the legitimacy of the consignment company. It was a complete scam and I almost lost $70,000. Meanwhile Google will not allow me to reach out to opioid addicts and let them know where they can get help. I'm assuming "watching out for their health" includes letting them die of drug overdose because they don't know where to turn. It must also include driving those to abuse drugs because they lose their life savings on the scammers advertising for free without any penalty.
