Despite this, they insisted it was the correct order, refusing to acknowledge their mistake. To "compensate," they offered a very small amount of money, trying to convince me not to ask for a refund. When I refused, they increased the compensation slightly — still far from the item's actual cost — and kept avoiding giving a full refund. Then came the excuse: "Returning to our warehouse is expensive, why not give the item to a friend?"
This is a manipulative tactic used to delay, distract, and wear you down. And when I pushed for my full refund? They disappeared. No replies. I've found *******@parllpasion uses the exact same tactics — wrong orders, minimal compensation offers, discouraging returns, and then ghosting. I ordered from Lulutox on May 3rd, and due to a confusing and pushy upsell flow, two separate orders were created.
I contacted them to cancel one of the orders within minutes, but they ignored my request until it was "too late".
They also created an automatic PayPal subscription without my consent, which I had to cancel manually. I'm working with PayPal and consumer protection services to report this. Based on what I saw on Trustpilot, I'm not alone — seems like a pattern. Avoid this seller.

My access to careerminds.com, Rex's primary resource for client's seeking a career transition, was terminated prematurely and without notice. This denied me important tools and support that was supposed to be included as part of the service package for not less than 3-months. However, just 45 days into the program and after suffering a life-threatening accident while hiking, Rex refused to respond to my repeated messages requesting that we revisit and redefine our career consulting agreement. This lack of empathy and flexibility during a critical time was both unprofessional and distressing. Overall, my experience with Rex Rolf and Cornerstone Performance Group was marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism, and outdated advice. I would urge others seeking career consulting, especially those navigating transitions in modern career paths to look elsewhere.

I purchased a wireless camera kit from Zosi Store via eBay, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The cameras had serious technical issues from the beginning. After contacting support, they admitted that even replacing the NVR wouldn't help, as the whole system is faulty. They are selling defective products and then making it difficult or impossible to get your money back. This is classic scammer behavior wrapped in a "professional" store. If you're reading this: Avoid Zosi Store at all costs. Don't waste your money, time, or energy. I have had Flume for several years. Recently their batteries don't even last a year, they send them in proprietary packaging so you have to buy through them. The batteries are terrible and fail in less than a year, their compartments that hold the electronics do not seal properly, and they no longer have any phone support. So when they can't help you via email "chat" they disappear and don't do refunds for batteries sent that are already bad. I texted with my own multimeter. Disappointing. Started out wells has gone downhill fast. Don't recommend this company at all.

I had seen this show before in the early 2000's and I recall more action, including more drums & 2 very fit native young men that would climb coconut trees as part of the show. It has been over 20 years since I've been back & was excited to show my son "the best luau on Maui". The grounds are beautiful, but as for the show and entertainment itself, to say this was a disappointment would be an understatement. My son didn't know any better since he had never been. All of the action of the show that I recall that made this show spectacular is now gone & now very slow moving & boring. Even though we all wanted to leave, we decided to stay in hopes we would see more action, but nope. And no, there isn't 2 solid hours of show/action/dancing. The dancers were hardly on stage at all, maybe 20% of the time.
The rest of the time is waiting and waiting and waiting, including waiting for the crappy food (because it is brought out in courses). The host spent more time getting the audience to entertain themselves, rather than encourage us to sit back, relax and see a good show. A little over $800 for a family of 3 and they still charged us $50 extra for a family photo. Ridiculous! Whomever the chef, choreographer and the one in charge of ticket pricing for this event needs to be fired. There needs to be WAY more action, especially drums. The pricing for this is more expensive than a Cirque de Soleli show in Vegas and not even CLOSE to being as captivating & entertaining. What a complete waste of money for a non traditional experience, mediocre food and cheap alcohol drinks. Overly expensive and a rip off. The king at the end with the fire was the highlight but overall the experience was poor, especially for $275 per adult. Honestly, don't waste your money here a cheaper luau will be much better with lots more show. We kept wandering off listening to the other luau where it sounded like everyone was getting their money's worth. We will not ever be back to this one.

I ordered the leopard fleece with red trim from this site off of tiktok shop in January. I received my order (#7131) over 2 months later, with ZERO tracking along the way. What arrived was the ugliest thing- looks like a carpet & is tiny barely fits my 10yr old, and is worst quality I could ever imagine. It was a total joke, and not at all the sizing that I had requested. When I contacted their customer service to say I wanted a refund, they said "as their website states, once a package has been opened it is UNreturnable." I mean what on earth?! So you dont have an opportunity to try anything on? Not to mention, THIS IS NOT A DISCLAIMER ON THEIR SITE. I looked everywhere.
