Where shall I start to discuss about the displeasure and distaste of Camden Royal Oaks 55 Plus Community.
My spouse and I intended to reside in a place of beauty and peace, since had been displaced because of Hurricane Harvey, our house went under water, so we searched around for a place like Camden Royal Oaks 55 Plus.
This place was surrounded with an array of flowers, or so we thought,
I learned that what is beautiful on the outside is not as beautiful on the inside. Since we've resided here Camden Royal Oaks 55 Plus has gone down hill ever since. Clemencia J. Patina, the Community Manager has been managinging this complex. Every holiday Christmas and New Year there is a rash of car break ins, for example, in the Christmas of 2022,
I had to take my car for repairs, My rental car was broken into.
One morning my partner asked me if I locked the passenger's side door
I told him yes, I did!
He was shocked to find that the passenger's window was broken into with a tire iron.
He immediately called his boss and told her that he will not be coming in for the day due to the car break-in.
We called the Houston Police Department on Dairy Ashford. We went back to Enterprise Rental to pay a deductible of five hundred dollars of the damage just to rent another vehicle. Now keep in mind that is not our fault. The last step to this horrible ordeal Community Manager called Clemencia J. Patina, she will lie and deny all break-ins on this property, she told us that it was the fault of Emergency Medical left the gate open, but as if all EMS has a clicker to every gate in Southwest Houston Texas area. You would think that this place is fifty-five plus, but it's really forty-five and younger. This community manager is committing fraud by renting to forty-five and younger residents when in fact it's fifty plus to future residents, by mind full of the touchy feely and very noisy older female residents that reside here. We confronted the security guard named Mouhammad. He lied and said that it was not his fault either, however, he was the same security guard that left the gate open and caused this theft to happen. Seven cars were broken into on Camden Royal Oaks 55 Plus, there was another incident where yet again my car had to go in the Mechanic, so I rented a Dodge Ram white pick-up truck.
I went out to my vehicle only to find an orange sticker stating that WE WILL TOW YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU DON'T MOVE IT.
Now granted that I am the only Six-foot Bald African American male that picks up his mail on a routine basis. I went into the Camden Office and said what is this orange sticker doing on my truck, Sandy and all the leasing agents apologized to me for this. Clemencia Patina (Community Manager of Camden Royal Oaks 55 Plus) told me that I do not have a right to come in here and say that. I told her that if it concerns my vehicle, I have every right.
I find that this Community Manager has a very bad, nasty and tumultuous attitude with all contractors, residence and mail men and woman, and Station manager that she encounters. I know that this type of behavior, nor the Camden brand and I use the word treating senior citizens with abusive behavior. She should be fired for her Nasty, tumultuous and abusive behavior against the residents of Camden Royal Oaks 55 Plus. She If you have no choice but to live here, I strongly urge you to stay off Westheimer Road, since it's reconstruction of its road there has been nothing but accidents on a daily basis along with HPD and let me not forget the four corners of Kirkwood Drive, creative homeless men and women that like to beg for money rather than work for it. I strongly suggest that you stay not only from this place, but the area.

I don't know what's going on with GOOGLE, unless it's either been infiltrated by the NSA or has always been a CIA "proprietary" company, but in addition to having problems in the past accessing my emails and finding some were DELETED WITHOUT MY DOING SO so that I had to get an additional alternate with mail.com, I have noticed GOOGLE services are generally getting worse. Their satellite maps images now GET BLURRIER the closer you scan them to ground level; which they didn't used to do! IF satellite imaging technology is supposedly improving, then WHY is GOOGLE's getting WORSE?! And I also noticed that it recently changed its Utube format so that the videos are SMALLER, they CANNOT be expanded to full screen, and the EDITING function of the comments posting has been DELETED! NOT good poople! I'm glad I DON'T PAY for the "services" and I WON'T so I won't be buying a home computer system!
Yesterday I found out even MORE BAD news! They have DELETED the GOOGLE Forums section! Just like Yahoo did! I liked the Forums format which was MUCH BETTER than the replacement version GOOGLEGROUPS. With GForums you could see many different post topics at the same time. With GG you have NO idea how many and what kind of groups there are; you have to be looking for a certain kind by typing it in. And UNlike GForums where ANYBODY could post to anybody else, you have to be "ADMITTED" into the group to post! UNLESS you create your own, which you have NO guarantee anybody is seeing because they DON'T post the different existing groups like they did the topics in the old Forum format! The Internet infocommunications network SUCKS and is being SLOWLY SHUT DOWN POOPLE as they "social distance" everybody in the Neural World Order! And it's gonna get WORSE!

About a month ago my Huawei P30 lite did an Android update. After the update, my sons games didn't want to work. So after a lot of research I found out that the games where no longer compatible with the latest Android version. The most common solution was to do a Roll back to the Previous version of Android. The only thing I did not know at the time was that a Roll back actually meant a whole new fresh installation and that my phone will be wiped. At the time I did not know that I needed my gmail password to set up the phone again. For more than 10 years I have been using the same 2 email accounts to recover a password. I used gmail to recover my Hotmail and Hotmail to recover gmail. Unfortunately I didnt know this and then my phone was locked. In the past, whenever I did a factory reset on any of my Android devices it was resetting the phone to its original factory state. Now, because of all the phone theft, google thought they where very clever and introduced a security measure. If you reset your phone, the only way to get back into it, is to use the last gmail account password that was linked to the device. So that was it, my phone was blocked. It costed me to take it to the local cellphone shop to get that rubbish removed. After sitting without my phone for 2 weeks, I got it back. But now I sit and I dont know what the 2 password are. I have tried contacting microsoft about it, but microsoft is completely useless! They want money to help me to get my account back. When I told them I wont pay for someone to make a few clicks, microsofts call centre agent came up with the lie and said that they cant help me and that I must recover my password with the forget password option. This I have tried over and over and over until I was blue in the face. Every time microsofts stupid bot told me that unfortunately I havent given them enough information to prove it my account. I told the morons by microsoft that my hotmail account has been linked to my facebook profile for more than a decade and common sense dictates that if I was able to link it to my facebook profile, I should of had access to the hotmail account to be able to link it to my facebook account. BUT like all big companies, microsofts greed always wins and they are not interrested in helping people. I really wish there was alternatives to microsoft and google. These companies buy up everyones ideas and small tech companies and add it to their umbrella of GREED! They cant write their own software, so they buy up small companies. Then they automate everything because they are too cowardly to talk to the public. They can spy on everyone, like criminals in the night, but they have no backbones to listen to the people who are forced to use their software, because there is currently no alternatives. They have the whole world in a choke hold, forcing everyone to use their software, FULL OF SPYWARE, and no one can do anything to take them on, because of their billion dollar company status. YOU SUCK GOOGLE AND MICROSOFT!

I have also exhausted all the same options with trying to retrieve my gmail password, but was not able to. In more than a decade, when I migrated from one phone to another phone, I used the 2 accounts to retrieve the passwords and then linked them again to the new phones. You suck Google! Changing security features and then not making it public. I am sure a lot of people has lost accounts this way.

The main reason why I am so upset is because I have 4 children who I love very much and all of their birth videos and photo's was linked to my google picture account, which was linked to gmail. Everyone says upload your unreplaceable pictures to the cloud to keep them save. NOW MY IRREPLACEABLE PICTURE OF MY CHILDRENS LIVES IS LOST IN THE CLOUDS! Neither microsoft nor google is willing to help. GREED is the only fuel for them and I wont pay some moron to make a few clicks with his mouse to send me a link to reset my password.

Last year in November and December, both my wife and I lost our jobs. We where retrenched and I was home until middle May 2021. My wife is still at home and we are really struggling to get her a job. There is just no new jobs. We lost our car after making 3 years of payments. Our water was cut off by the municipality. My children had to eat maize meal porridge for 6 months. Now that I found a job and we are trying to recover from this massive knock in life, microsoft just wants to rip me off even more. I understand that it is not their fault that I can not get into my account, but they are just not willing to help. The same for Google. Atleast I was able to get hold of microsoft. After searching for email addresses, I found a few media email addresses and I started sending multiple emails in the hope that one of them will send it to someone who can help. Microsoft eventually called me from texas and said sorry, we cant help. GREED is our friend and we dont give a hoot if you cant get into your account.

I have not tried to send out so many emails with google, because I cannot find any email addresses to send anything to. But I am sure that even if I was able to contact google, they will also be just as motivated by GREED, and wont help. So I have desided to take this to the internet and blast it all over the internet. If they wont help me, I will post this message on every forum and complaints page I can find. I dont have a lot of hobbies and will make this my new hobby. Even If it takes me 10 years to create the awareness on google and microsofts GREED!

Suspending someone's account for merely responding to a political post on Linkedin is a rather aggressive action from Linkedin admin particularly during this covid19 situation when 40% people loose their jobs such action by linked to suspend users is criminal, rather cruel and should be liable to accountability by the Department of Justice.

Given that linkedin today has become a monopoly and the only source of job market profile carrier acceptable by all companies hence it is become equal to food and water. What you are doing by irresponsible suspension of user IDs denying the users food and water or capability to earn his daily income which is equivalent to food and water. So your suspension of user ID is like denying food and water not just to the individual but to his entire family who is dependent on this person. Linkedin has become a monopoly and by the power it has got due to the monopoly position it is in, it can allow voice only to those whose political ideology Linkedin concurs with. This is why instead of suspending the persons who start such political discussion which get mass reactions, it blocks only those who respond to such posts there by Linkedin makes its position clear that it will suspend only those whose ideology is not same as Linkedin, the user who originated the political post was democrat supporter hence not suspended. Who has authorized Linked to become judge or courtroom. Is linkedin qualified to take sides, hence what linkedin should immediately do ban political posts and at the same time unsuspend all blocked user IDs it has blocked. You are not certified courtroom or judges authorized to make decision whose ideology or political views are right or wrong. It all started over a year ago. Google Maps decided to rename our street, potentially damaging over 100 businesses. They seemed to "hide" our website till bing listed it. They changed our business name to "Aaran". THen 7 weeks ago, they published a fake malicious review, so obviously fake, illiterate martians could have spotted it from outer space and they refuse to take it down. We provided some evidence that the fake reviewer was directly lined to an applicant for a cleaning job we turned down and that the reviewers other reviews were also highly dubious (who reviews a carpark in the middle of a trading estate, or Weymouth and Portland instead of Nothe Gardens where the pointer was, or Dorset instead of Hardy Monument, where the pointer was - Someone who is picking off map locations to build up some credibility with Google Maps - that's who - he has made it to "Local Guide Level 4" like that. Google made me a local guide also just for looking that up! - without my permission! I rose to level 6, then they took 1,000 points off me, then they closed my account as punishment for complaining about the fake review. They labelled MY FIRST COMPLAINT as spam! - Ridiculous! Then I found out, as a small business, google should not have made me a local guide anyway - it's against their own rules! Then, when I complained some more about the fake review, google closed all my accounts claiming "Spam" but apparently had to open them all again 2 days later because the finding was "ZERO SPAM". No apology, no statement, no explanation, no contact at all - for what could have destroyed our smal business or at least severely damaged our reputation. They had also removed all photos from Samsung Gallery account which is absolutely nothing to do with Google Photo account! (They're all bcak now!) Over all, google's treatment of our small business has been utterly shocking, abysmal, verging on criminal harassment and totally astounding considering how much time, energy and money they must have spent instead of removing 1 (one!) clearly fake review - which is STILL published! According to google, it takes about 3 or 4 "flags" of a review as "inappropriate" and it is investigated and usually removed. We know for certain 13 people have flagged it and google totally ignored the lot. Several of google's top contributors have written at length that google's review system is woeful and lacking proper staffing, that the artificial intelligence used is not up to the job and that fake reviews are appearing to take over from genuine reviews at an alarming rate. Google ignores their own contributors as well. By the way, in the UK, publishing, even via the internet, a fake review is a crime, breaching both the Communications Act and the Malicious Communications Act. Where a business may be "harmed", then the laws around Defamation and Fair Trading also come into play. And still google do not give a whotsit! After all, $350Billion a year buys you a lot of lawyers (though one wonders why it should not buy you some good review staff instead!) Bye for now---
