The only thing that would make it better is if the shipping costs were already in the ticket price (i.e. all in pricing).
Concerned that a fee would be added before final submission. Would recommend you put something on the billing page that says there will not be a fee.
The person answering the phone should have answers to basic questions. I'm disappointed I did not get the discount I called about. I still heard it advertised on the radio, but I was told it had expired.
