We had our wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards and for all our wedding services we put our trust in Barry and his team. From entertainment, lighting, photography and videography, everyone was on point. They were all very professional and were on time for everything. I went all out with my wedding and had the best of the best entertainment package with lighting, giant lit LOVE letters, led cocktail tables, a confetti show for our going away dance, floral wrapped light truss and an fiber-optic backdrop which tied perfectly into the dj booth.

Barry was on his game and did everything we had asked of him and beyond.
My guest loved the photo booth that we added to the wedding as well that was a big hit! Also the added centerpiece spotlights on each table looked great in photos. (The lighting on the flowers really makes them shine and stand out.)
I can't say enough good things about this staff. They are super easy to work with and get the job done fast and easy. If you want a wedding unlike anyone else can provide for you then you need to reach out the PARTY TIME EVENTS. You will not be disappointed!

Two words to describe our experience with Barry and Party Time Events... PHE-NOMINAL!
From start to finish, consultation to execution... there was not a single hiccup. Barry and his team made my wife and I feel that the most important night to use, was the most important night to him.

Going above and beyond seems to be their M. O. From throwing in little accents to help the night be even more glamorous to showing up extra early to do several run-through's to make sure NOTHING would go wrong... all I can say is it was world class.

The music was incredible. The mixing was flawless. The intros were electrifying. Years later and our guests still talk about that night being the best wedding/event they've ever been to.

Party Time Events Group was hired for our company annual year-end party and they helped make it a great success! They were professional, punctual and extremely personable, looked the part and took the time to go over our event itinerary and then delivered customized music to our award winners!

Regarding the after party, their selection of music was perfect for our group and couldn't have been better. Their professional lighting and a/v (music videos) helped add mystere, energy and excitement to the event. Our guests also couldn't seem to get enough of the Photo Booth either. We will definitely be using Party Time Events Group again!

The entire Party Time Entertainment office staff and event crew are just amazing at what they do. I have hired them for many family events over the years from College Graduations, Coming of Age and an amazing Casino Night for my wife's 50th and I wouldn't ever consider going elsewhere.

Just used Party Time Events for my daughter's Sweet 16 party and could not have been happier! Barry and Mike (DJ and MC) are a great combination working together. Barry was very professional through the entire process of planning right up and through the event. My daughter chose her music and things she wanted done at the party and they were accommodating! The kids were busy on the dance floor all night thanks to Party Time!

DJ Barry was excellent. All of our guests had a wonderful time at our son's bar mitzvah party. The room looked great with the lighting and Barry helped everything to run smoothly. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The 13 year old boys also loved playing the basketball arcade games. We definitely would recommend DJ Barry and Party Time Events to anyone else planning a bar/bat mitzvah.

I found Party Time Event on a google search and chose them based on the fact that their location was on the same street as the venue. Barry sent me information on all kinds of things he does. I can say that I never expected what I received. Barry was amazing. He was able to get the kids and adults on the dance floor. I received calls days after saying what a great time they had and I have Party Time to thank. They were worth the money they charge and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Once again Barry and his crew provided an excellent party experience for our girls softball league. With 150 girls ranging in age from 5-14 it is not always easy to keep them engaged but Barry kept them on the dance floor all night! The bounce houses were clean and well maintained and his staff was courteous and friendly. When planning the event he covered everything from weather conditions to electrical outlets so there were no surprises to deal with during the event. I have used Party Time Events for several organizations over the last 6 years and appreciate the fact that they will work with you and your budget but you always end up feeling like a VIP!

Party Time was superb! They provided an exciting and lively experience for my sons' college graduation event. They arrived well before start time and had setup complete before the first guest arrived. They provided additional audience engaging activities just at the right time to keep people lively. They were engaged with our guests, they remembered all my family members' names. They provided an entertainment package well before the event which allowed us to choose music that we liked, and more importantly to me was providing me the option to indicate which songs I did not want. I had some special dedication requests, which were played at exactly the right time. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely use them at the next available opportunity for personal or corporate events. The music was superb, top of the line quality equipment, and staff, even the recording engineers in my family noticed that! I've received nothing but compliments from my guests on what a great job I did with the party, Thanks to Party Time!

7 Years ago August 31, I got Married. That night was the best night anyone could have. Party Time made it so amazing from the minute we were introduced that we had to keep extending our wedding. I have never seen a wedding that was non stop dancing! No One wanted to leave! My Family and friends kept asking me to continue the party. We ended up extending 3 additional hours that very same night. Everything was amazing. From the planning, to my DJ/MC, to my amazing video and of course my album. These memory feel like it was yesterday and everyone at the wedding still talk about how awesome it was. Thanks to Barry and Joanne for a memorable evening and thanks for the surprise name and date on the dance floor. What's best of all is every Bride wants a perfect wedding and this was more than Perfect! Thanks again for the unforgettable memories!

Party Time is a great option to have at any event! This was our third time using their entertainment service and party rentals for our Company Party. They're always very attentive to our needs and very accommodating! They kept our guests entertained and dancing the entire night. The DJ's and music they played we're fantastic. The lighting we added made a huge impact on beautifying the venue and the music videos and multimedia screen also contributed visually to the excitement of the event.

They had a great presentation. I would definitely recommend Party Time to anyone! Absolutely outstanding!

I just wanted to say thank you so so much for all that you did for Katies Sweet 16 black light party. It truly surpassed any expectations that I had. You went above and beyond to make her feel special. We loved that everyone had such a good time and the dance floor stayed full the entire night. I got so many compliments on what a good dj and mc we had and our guests could not believe the details you added to the room. I passed along your info to several people. The greatest compliment from so many of the adults "we thought because it was a sweet 16 it was going to be kind of boring but we haven't been to such a fun party as this one ever!". I really think the adults had a little more fun than the kids lol. Again many many thanks to you for everything. Katie and I as well as our friends and family will always remember this day!

The Party Time Events & Entertainment team were AMAZING. I have been to hundreds of events in my life, and I must say that this was the most entertaining and professional DJ Entertainment team I have had the privilege to experience. We hired them for my eldest daughters graduation party, and she was very concerned about her guests having a good time. Barry from Party Time Events was fantastic. He got everyone involved and engaged in a way that was non-cheesy and done in a tasteful way. Their "Atmosphere Lighting" we added was a great investment which really helped set the mood! We booked Party time Events & Entertainment in 2008 after seeing them at three friends weddings and when it was time to book our entertainment we didn't even think about going elsewhere.

In addition to DJ we used them for our video services, photography, uplighting and photo-booth and give have been happier with everything. Our guests we sure to reassure us of how amazing the entire wedding was and we heard over and over that it was "The Best Wedding" they've been to.

If you are considering entertainment or any other wedding services I assure you they are THE BEST!

We had Party Time Events at our wedding in Rhode Island at The Renaissance Hotel. They are extremely professional, personable and so much fun to work with. Numerous times prior to our wedding they proved to be completely prepared so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The wedding was rather large (350 Guests) but they somehow seemed to very easily get everyone on the dance floor and keep them there all night long. Our guests have given us nothing but praises on our entertainment choice and several of them have called us for their contact information stating it was the best event they've ever been to. Even the venue commented on how great the entertainment company was. Party time gave us the party of our lives and we will forever be grateful for that magical night! We Highly recommend Party Time for all your entertainment needs!

I have been very fortunate to have attended several events hosted by Party Time Events.
They can (and do) transform a basic space into a wonderful, colorful party environment by setting up up lights around the room. They have table covers with colored lights inside which give a clean contemporary party vibe.
Barry has a lot of energy, personality and is a great dancer!
He can get the party started and keep it going! He is very easy to work, helps with your song choices and has many great suggestions because he has lots of experience in the entertainment world.
We have used him for a 60th birthday party and plan to use him for an upcoming wedding.
This guy has a full service entertainment business with lighting, table coverings, music not to mention he is an awesome MC!
Party Time Events is highly desired, so don't wait to book or they will be unavailable!
The only problem is that the party went by too fast!

Party Time Events are amazing. We have a Field Day for our school every year and we gavr been fotunate enough to have them run our event every year. The kids love Barry. Working with Party Time Events was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. Barry and Joanne sat with us for hours prior to our wedding ensuring every last detail was covered, from uplighting, photography, special dances, song selection, our dance on the clouds, and so much more. I can't thank them enough, they truly made our wedding an experience of a lifetime. Every single one of our guests said this was one of the best weddings they have been to, and it is thanks to the amazing service and experience provided by Party Time Events. Sometimes you go to weddings and the DJ booth is on a fold up table and a sore sight. Barry's booth was awesome it had a gorgeous backdrop with uplighting, we rented a tv screen that he played videos on which just added to the ambiance. We also had a photo booth which was a huge hit. The photos were directly emailed to our guests, and we saw a ton of them on social media the next day. Joanne was our photographer and our photos were BEAUTIFUL. She had great ideas about where to position everyone to get the best picture possible. She took her time to ensure she captured every single detail. Last, but certainly not least, the videography topped off our package. Being able to watch and relive that day over and over means so much to us and added just another bonus to our entire package. If we get married all over again, we would choose Party Time Events without even thinking about it. Barry and his team are amazing, hard working, and dedicated to their brides and grooms. We can't thank them enough!
