There is a difference between words and actions, between truth and imagination, between reality and dreams. This trip cost me a lot of money to fulfill the dream of my family and children, so that I could teach them the matters of their religion in the language they understand, which is the English language. That is why I allocated this religious and tourist trip for them, along with a guide, and I confirmed to them that they must speak English fluently. They confirmed that to me, as they are professional and educated drivers who specialize in tourism and Islamic historical landmarks, but it was completely the opposite. No language, no professionalism, no scheduling, and not even Arabic. Some of them unfortunately and painfully do not speak it. As for the problem, the shuttle service from hotel VOCO to Al Kabaa was too far on your back. They never stop at the drop off location and you have to take another random shuttle to the general parking lot where you can switch to voco shuttle inconvenience and the satiation packed. The drivers were unprofessional and unhelpful, making an already frustrating situation worse. I expected far better from a hotel of your reputation. This experience has left me unwilling to return or recommend your property I am extremely disappointed with the bus service while coming back from Masjid Al-Haram during my stay. The buses were consistently late, overcrowded, and unreliable. Let's say some about the hotel in madina where I stayed with my family called zowar international was so bad services and rooms so old and young and customers services not nice just waiting for tips the breakfast so low the hygiene so poor a lot of frozen food. I forgot to mention something one of the zaitoon agents when I complained about the situation said to me ( you are there for holy worships)the agent his name NAVEED is like they offered the package for free why you complaining
