The cancelation policy is NO CANCELATION!
They may give you a credit that is totally un-useable...
I now have 200 dollars credit that ill probably never be able to access.
I gave them One Star because I couldn't give them no Stars.
Im going to contact every consumer agency and the Attorney General in NY and Fla. To report the unfair policies.

I used there App to reserve a tee time thinking I was getting a deal. Turns out I got charged an extra $20 Canadian by Golf now and when I got to the pro shop green fees posted were the same without using the app. I could have walked up or made a local call to reserve a tee time and saved $20! I have since deleted this app!

I booked a tee time for Harbor links on Long Island, NY. The booking process was never clear. When I arrived in Port Washington, I was told I had booked a tee time at a Harbor Links in Oregon. Since they do not participate in GolfNow, they couldn't help me. I called GolfNow and they basically told me "tough luck", No refunds for "Hot Deals". So, as this golf course told me..."This Happens Fairly Frequently"... GolfNow was unwilling to do anything about it. I lost $ 90.00, a day of golf, and 30 miles in gas for my car. I wouldn't book another time with GolfNow, if it were at Augusta National. They don't deserve people's business... period/amen!.

Absolutely horrid customer service experience. I will never use this service again. Accidentally booked a time by fat fingers. I was told "too bad, not too sad."

Have used Golf Now a few times over the years and haven't had an issue. But recently, I made a reservation through their system for a 2-some and played my round, having paid for the round at the course. A day later, I get an email from Golf Now saying that I am being charged for 2 rounds for a "No-Show". Clearly a mistake, I tried to reach out to them to correct. First red flag. It is REALLY difficult to find a channel to address this complaint on their website. After jumping through MULTIPLE hoops, I finally found someone and explained the situation, expecting a simple reversal. Nope. They said this is on the golf course and they must confirm. So I called the course and explained the situation. They sighed and said this happens all the time with Golf Now. They checked the system, saw that I did show up for my tee time and paid. They said it was clean in their system. Called Golf Now back and they said they would look into it. Responded that it is up to the course to reverse (even though the course never requested a no-show penalty and have me as paid up). I lodged a complaint to the BBB and they responded that they would investigate and confirm with course. After weeks, they said they were "unable" to get confirmation from the course, so the charge stands. I was charged twice for 2 rounds of golf. I finally had to request a charge reversal from my bank which takes weeks. Golf Now acted in a very scammy way here and I will never use them again.

Booked on Golfnow [big mistake] - cancelled tee time 3 days before tee time and then Golfnow billed me anyway. I disputed with my credit card company and fortunately could show them the cell phone call records to the golf course 3 days before the tee time. Got the money back but wonder if this is just their typical business model. Won't be finding out.

Watch out folks, all the so called "benefits" of golf now continue to shrink, used to get monthly rounds anywhere, now you get $10 credits, use to be no fees, now only for 10 rounds booked. Then call and try to talk to them about it person that answers cant help you{John and or Norma} then request a supervisor {CARLOS} and he never returns your calls, Its a big scam most courses will give you the same price with no fees. Just ask them

Found a great price for a foursome, before I paid, they added "fees". Checked with my friends, all ok. Booked the foursome to find out carts not included. $20.00 extra per person for carts. Great deal of 39.99 just jumped to $67.48 per person. Why can't people just tell the truth?

I wish I had read all the horrible reviews first. I will never use golfnow.com again. The savings are very minimal (@$3) and they refuse to give rainchecks, cancelations or refunds when the course is unplayable. Or you can pay $120 to have cancelation protection. I fell ripped off.

App is difficult to navigate. Mistakenly made a same day tee time. When I tried to cancel, I was given the option of credit vouchers ONLY GOOD MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. Will never use this app again.

Watched this online discount golf site for 15 years deteriorate and now become corrupt. Reserved for Father's day golf only to discover the site changed the date to two days later. Spent the next two days calling, and online chat to cancel to no avail... numerous disconnections, phone messages to call during work hours only to discover they no longer service cancellations on the phone and when you try to use chat, they want information you cannot access while mobile... all purposeful to keep your money corruptly.

Customer Service told me nearly all of their calls are because of the rewards program scam. Said he could give me a credit but it has same restrictions.

My wife booked a tee time for me as a surprise. The chance of rain skyrocketed at the last minute so I tried contacting GN to get a rebook or a raincheck. Golf course hands are tied due to contract with GN and they people don't have an active phone number and ZERO customer service. Call the golf course to book instead of these guys. $140 down the drain.

We have lost seven of the golf courses I normally played through Golf Now. The ones that are left are crappy 9 hole courses or over 50 miles away. Today I tried to book two different courses ( one 50 miles away) shown on hot deals. I tried for three days in a row. Every time I clicked confirm it would come up as error. Then the times would disappear. I think Golf Now will be going belly up. I just renewed my VIP membership. I wouldn't recommend Golf Now to anyone. Hopefully after Covid they'll get there act together.

Hi, would have given zero if I could have. Used Golf Now for years, last booking, a $105 membership charge hit my card. I had no idea what it was, waited too long to call and since it was an accident, the actual reason I chose, they said sorry, that's our T&C and you agreed to that. Give the person who designed that sly little trick a raise or bonus as I am sure they have added much erroneous revenue to your P&L. Good job on deceptive, shady, and thieving practices. I will never use Golf Now again.

The GolfNow and TeeOff websites are poorly designed and loaded with errors and false offers, Great offers have a high incidence of "Checkout Errors". And if you contact Customer Service they can't help you and offer you coupons that are only valid Monday to Thursday after 12:00 PM. Then try and use those. Most Hot Deals end at 11:50 making them ineligible. This is my experience as a VIP member who books close to 100 rounds a year, so its not a once off issue. The site is good for seeing a bunch of courses in an area but even that is not great as distances are measured in straight lines and not via a driving app, so a course 20 miles away might really require 75 miles of driving.

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but it seems to happen all the time lately. Just today I tried to book twice on GolfNow and 4 times on TeeOff (owned by GolfNow). I see a tee time, immediately try to book it, and in the maybe 5 seconds it takes, I click "book" and a message comes up saying it can't be processed. I go back to the menu, and the tee time is gone. Within about 4 minutes I tried 6 different dates between the two sites, and the same thing happened. The second I try to book, it disappears. I find it a little hard to believe that someone else just happened to try to book the same ones within the same couple minutes I did. It's like they're doing a "bait and switch" kind of thing. I'm just DONE!

The only reason that it is a single star, is because not giving one isn't allowed. Here is a copy of the survey that was sent back to golfnow after the messed me around. By the way, it is DEFINITELY Golfnow that was lying! They just refuse to do what is right. The course made it right.

When I was asked how they could do better, Here was my response.

"You could have refunded the money that you gouged me for with a fraudulent attempt to wring money out of people. When I booked my round of golf on Friday at 10 am, there was only 3 tee times available on Mirimichi's website. I thought they were booked up, and paid $64 per person because my Lady wanted to play there. I happened to check today, and saw 37 other tee times available for almost half the price. I called Mirimichi, and was informed that golfnow runs the website, sets the prices, and I would have to call them. I immediately called golfnow. I was told that because it was a "hot deal" it couldn't be canceled and refunded, or even rebooked at the better rate. The "hot deal" on line today, was for $28. How is $64 a hot deal?!?! This is ridiculous! The normal rate, for a tee time that is only half an hour later than mine, is only $38! The gentleman said he could get me 2 promo codes worth $20 each. I could use these anytime after 12 pm Monday to Thursday. I told him that that is a waste, because I golf on weekends! He insisted it was the best he could do. After a lengthy discussion about why I have to suffer the lose of money due to their site being broken, he informed me that he was going to talk to a supervisor and get this refunded and rebooked. I waited on hold. When he came back, he told me he called the course and they had set those prices and only opened up those tee times in order to sell them first. The refund was refused, and I received promo codes I will most likely not be able to use in the next year. I have been lied to by someone, either the course or golf now.(Absolutly was lied to by GolfNow!)
I was scammed out of $60, and forced to just live with it by one of these entities. I will most likely NEVER use this site again. Thanks for not taking care of your customers. We absolutely LOVE being lied to and scammed!"
