Has happened twice already. The first time I used the app I thought I reserved for my local golf course/ same day then after It pulled money out my account. Not only was set on a golf course an hour away. The reservation was for 2 days ago.

Another take away by golfnow. Every year they take away something. The monthly promo went from Unlimited to $10. Cancels went from unlimited to 25 for $200 members. $10 coupons went from anytime to 3 days in advance. ALL TAKEAWAYS NOTHING GIVEN

Booked a tee time at the wrong course, cancelled within 5 minutes, they did not issue refund because it wasn't 24 hours within playing time. I wouldn't have booked at another course if I'd known they weren't going to refund.

And again Golfnow lie in his tee time adds. Last Saturday 8-28-22 Golfnow advertised a tee time for $50 (pay on line) including cart however, when I check in the attendant told me that i need it to pay extra 13 for the cart, (Recreation Park 18 at Long Beach). This is the 4th time i have had issues with Golfnow and will never use this site again. The other 3 times have to do with arriving to the golf courses and the tee time doesn't exist in the golf course system.

In addition, when trying to use their promo vouchers they never work...

They say you can get a full refund if cancelling a tee time outside of 24 hours of the tee time. This is a lie. They will not refund your money. They give you a credit to the app. This can only be used on the same type of deal as you booked. So if you booked a Hotdeal then the credit will not work for any normal tee time. This is ridiculous. Then, the credit expires in 6 months. If you can't find a hotdeal that fits your schedule (Its August in Michigan, I don't have 6 months of golf left) then you lose your money. Crazy. Never again.

If I could give Golf Now zero stars, I would. I simply made an error in scheduling a tee time. I'd made a time for the wrong day and subsequently, called the golf course. The golf course instructed me to call Golf Now about the error. When telling their agents about my mistake, they were "cold", extremely unfriendly and wouldn't refund me, instead, I had to pick another tee time, on a different day, on a different course. Just utterly horrible service! I will absolutely NOT ever use this app again. Would not recommend it.

I paid for an annual subscription about a week ago. After I made a tee time a friend found it for $10 less for each golfer. I never got the Peacock TV code. I called and was told it would be sent. Two days later, no code. I called today to cancel and after sitting on hold I finally was connected. After interrogation on why I was cancelling, I had to give my email address, phone number, date of birth and full address. I was told there was a discrepancy with my DOB and I had to go online to correct it before she could cancel my account. So now I get to go through all of this again. I will never again pay for any service that I cannot cancel on-line.

Everything you read in these reviews is true, that GolfNow is horrible!. I accidentally booked a tee time for the wrong Sunday on the golf course's own website. When I called the golf course to correct my tee time, they said I made it thru Golf Now. I explained I was on the golf course website, and I was told, nope, that's Golf Now. I prepaid with my credit card and there was nothing they could do. There is no phone number on the Golf Now website. I followed the help links to no avail. I called the golf course back and they gave me a 1-800 number to call and I had to have the person from Golf Now call the golf course to verify my request for a refund and to reschedule. I was LUCKY to get a refund from these crooks. NEVER EVER USE GOLF NOW. Just call the course. Even the guy at the pro shop said to just call the course. He said everybody hates Golf Now. Take it from me!

Booked a tee time through them on new course I had never played. Had to cancel - we had 48 hours. They had take $10.90 to book. We cancelled - they only refunded $5.90. I know it's only $5 - but no one told us this. Scam. I hate companies like this. We never used the tee time... yet charge us $5... call the gold course and book gong forwar.

Golf now has the worst customer service. I recommend you do anything other than use golf now.
I made a reservation and the course was just had aerification done. It was my husbands birthday and we drove 1.5 hours to play golf and arrived to punched greens. The pro shop would not issue a replay or refund and said that they would confirm with golf now that we requested a refund. After 4 forty minute phone calls the supervisor at golf now said he confirmed that the course was punched but would not issue a refund. This is so outrageous. We should have been advised on the website when booking and if we don't want to play in this condition, no questions asked we should get a refund. Poor customer service. Poor policy. Disgraceful. I will never use this service again and advise anyone and everyone to beware! There are much better ways to get a reservation. Usually the golf course will honor the golfnow prices directly. Golf now just stole my money and a thief should go to jail and do not pass go!

My wife bought me a $250 gift card to GolfNow. She thought that the purchase of the gift card would allow me to book tee times at a wide selection of golf courses nationwide. Once the gift card was applied to the account I was told that it could only be used on "Hot Deals". The first time I tried to use it in Florida for a "Hot Deal" the website would not allow me to book a tee time. When I called they told me that the "email was down so they couldn't book any tee times". Then they said they would send me some "Prom Codes" for my inconvenience. They said they would sent the codes via email. But I thought it was broken. Over the course of 7 months, in three different states I have tried to book a "Hot Deal" and every time either the website doesn't work or the tee time is no longer available. Customer service people are completely incompetent and frequently lie to you.

Terrible customer service. Your credit expires in 6 months. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Much cheaper at the course.

GolfNow has a reservation system that only sometimes works. In addition, their customer service is expectedly worse. When I got to the course, the pro couldn't find where I paid for the tee time. They suggested I pay again, play, and then take it up with GolfNow if I did get charged. I did get charged. I sent GolfNow the credit card statement clearly showing a double charge for the same tee time, one by GolfNow. They refused reimbursement. Would not ever use this service. It is horrible.

Just like all the negative reviews from other customers - you better get things right in the first time, there's 0 tolerance for mistake even if you cancel booking within 1s after booking. There were two courses in my area with the exactly same name but a few miles apart (wasn't aware this before), and we booked too fast on the wrong one, paid $120+; was able to cancel and only negotiate back $80 something credit (huge convenience fees) after talking to some outsourced customer service, but limited to hot deals and specific time. IT also sucks, the website does not send you any confirmation link or forget your pword link to your email. I feel bad for their outsourced customer service agents.

DO NOT use this site. I saved $3.00 per player but had so many restrictions. Days, times, courses. Very, very restrictive! They didn't give senior rates! NO advantage to using Golf now

Horrible customer service. They allowed someone to book through my account.! None of promo codes worked. Didn't get anything I was supposed to for membership. They would only refund me for half…. Customer service would not transfer me.!

This place refused a refund an hour after I booked the tee time for the next day. Sad sad place. Be ware!

Call the local course to set up a tee time. Do not use TeeOff/GolfNow they will scam you! When booking a tee time do not hit show me more "tee times" because it takes you to the next day which has hot deals! When you order you will receive $0.00 in a refund!
