Everything was so easy from the order to the delivery. Product arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. Prime rib made the perfect gift for my mom for Mother's Day and I can't wait to cook our brisket.

Love the options. We gave several gift card to family members and they were a huge hit! Later in the day on Christmas I noticed everyone on their phones with their spouses talking about what to get. Great gift!

UPS actually made an on-time delivery, which made for a "quality" food experience. More then half my deliveries have been delayed. My last order/delivery was Stan's Donuts. 3+ day old donuts at these costs is not a favorable experience.

An error on their website caused a duplicate order, they were notified immediately, but refused to credit the money back. They sent generic replies then refused to credit me for their error. I called them 4 times, emailed them for a week until they finally refunded me. Also, received a stale, tasteless, skimpy, and poorly filled cake that had been frozen for a very long time. Cakes Do lose flavor if frozen for many months or it was tasteless before being frozen. It didnt look anything like the picture they showed, that is called false advertising and is against the law. It didn't have ANY flavor and I threw it in the garbage. I have filed a claim against them as they refuse to credit me for the defective cake. I would never order from them again.

We're sorry for your experience here. We did look into this order, and two separate orders were placed. As the shop had already prepared and shipped these orders, we were not able to cancel one of them. As a one time courtesy, we did credit you for the cake you sent us back. However, we are unable to credit you for the first order that was intended, as the shop successfully shipped and provided the service as rendered. Thanks for your feedback, we do hope you give us a try again.

The food I ordered came fresh and wonderfully packed. This was my second order from this deli which the recipient stated "keep it coming." Now if the shipping was more affordable that would allow me to place more orders.

Since we can't travel right now I loved that we can order out even from out of town. The order came right away. And had a few extra things with it. Loved the pickled eggs. I am the only one in my family who eats them. So much meat we had left-overs. Overall 5 stars.

Terrible Customer Service
December 22, 2019

Paid extra for a specific delivery date so food would not have to be put in the freezer upon delivery. Order would of been free shipping if I did not select the date. Specified Friday delivery and it showed up on the Monday before. Sat outside all day as I was not expecting or ready for the delivery. Did not receive any notification it was shipping early. Requested a refund of $25 shipping charge and was offered a $15 coupon for my next order that was only good for a month. Terrible customer support. Will not order from them again.

JFK must not have had any taste buds, because this cake was the worst I'd ever had. Give it one point for it arriving quickly. 4 points taken away for the following: Top of cake was smashed, cake portion was horrible, it tasted like corn bread with sugar (NOT cake), it was super dry and tasted 6 months old. There was too much filling. A cake should not have equal parts of filling to cake. I think they baked one 8" layer cake and divided it into 3 parts. The frosting was way too sweet and there was too much of it. Everyone who ate it took only one or two bites, no one liked it. Don't waste your money on this cake, you will be disappointed. For $89.00 (tax/ship included) it is not worth it.

The delivery was OK

The delivery was OK. For some reason, packages that are marked "perishable" will get delivered last. Its like they do things on purpose. This has nothing to do with the current problem we're in, UPS/FEDEX does it all the time.

Received a gift certificate from my son and his family for Mother's Day. Had never heard of this site before this. I settled on the 5 pounds of Organic Maine Blueberries because I love Maine AND Blueberries! Was trying to think of how I would store all five pounds when they arrived already frozen and packed in dry ice. Awesome! All I had to do was divide them into freezer bags and drop them in the freezer. Super Easy!

The variety is amazing! Pricing is great. And since I live in rural Utah, I fully expected the shipment of bagels and smoked fish to take a day longer than indicated. But nope, I placed an order late Monday afternoon mountain time and received the shipment on Wednesday afternoon with everything in perfect condition. So, so happy!.

Great customer service

Great customer service...(I ordered something years ago and had bad customer service... but I thought I'd try again). I needed to change my delivery date after ordering because the recipient was going to be out of town. Customer service got back to me quickly and took care of the changes. Food arrived on time and was delicious!

Best smoked brisket and pastrami around. Fresh baked rye bread, coleslaw and Russian dressing make for one of the best sandwiches around! They send so much meat that we add it to scrambled eggs the next day with the extra rye toast!
