I have been at my job for 5 months and in this time I have had the privilege of working very closely (per phone interactions) with Mr. Drew Rogers on at least three occasions. During this time, he has shown respect, knowledge and expertise of the products that have been beyond reproach. His patience and eagerness to work with me is only trumped by his ability for excellent customer service. He has made me understand (by taking his time to show me) how the product works even though I was a challenging participant and we have had fun doing so. I'm very pleased with the service and product knowledge from Geoff with Gokeyless. The service I received was quick and at an affordable price, considering my unique circumstances. Trying to find a marine salt air grade keyless entry product is very difficult but Geoff and GoKeyless thank you.
I had an issue in communicating with the PDL3000. Eric walked me thru the process and provided a brief overview along with lots of helpful hints. We will definitely be promoting future products from GoKeyless to our customers. Thanks Eric!
I am a project manager for a 139 unit rental apartments complex. I initially selected GoKeyless based upon their wide selection of name brand locks and the knowledge of the people I dealt with. Their prices were competitive too.
I later discovered that their technical support group was actually more knowledgeable and effective with technical assistance in controller programming and troubleshooting than the tech people from the manufacturer of the controllers they were selling!
With 139 apartments with z-wave locks plus numerous garage doors and storage unit door locks, they saved us tremendous programming time by pre-programming the locks with their compatible controllers and putting the labels on them to match our apartments for our convenience as they became ready. That's service!
They also have repeatedly helped us with programming issues that we could not resolve, they would "dial" right in and correct the problem PLUS teach us how to do it ourselves.
In particular was Drew Rogers, their tech guy who is an expert at the locks and programming issues, he's patient and rock solid on solving the problems and always reachable. For the size of our project, we've had very few DOA units and at that rate, GoKeyless delivered replacements. Go Keyless is lucky to have him. Our experience was great and we'll certainly use them again.

We are buying a couple of new keypad locks for our church bathrooms. Because our resources are limited, we wanted to make sure we did our homework. We had a few questions and Donald was a great help to make sure we had the right answers! We're excited to get our new locks and have them installed!
Ron Dillow from GoKeyLess was very helpful in my understanding of the Schlage Lock models. I was lucky enough to re-connect with Ron again, on my second day of research, as he was able to provide answers to the number of questions I had about several similar Schlage locks. He was knowledgeable and was able to give me a strong sense that I was purchasing the right lock for our home.
Without his help, I may have gone in the wrong direction and deal with countless course correcting headaches.

We took over the operation of our 480i door controller on January 11,2022. Victoria Wooton from GoKeyless handled the transition of the door control from the management company to us. There were numerous handholding emails until we were setup to manage our condo door. Victoria was a great intermediary between the management company and us, as well as tech support. We highly recommend GoKeyless and Victoria Wooton!
I had some technical questions regarding the CompX elock which were quickly answered by my CSA Nate Doman. He provided me with two quick quotations and we're on our way to evaluating these to secure some freezers and refrigerators. Website is helpful in explaining right hand/left hand to get the proper lock orientation.
I have worked with Victoria 3 times for 2 properties over the last year. She has always been extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout the entire process. She has worked with me for each situation/need and helped me to decide the best action to reach the end goal. The locks have been very user friendly, reliable, and the service is top notch!
Arrived at the site looking for a keyless solution for an office in NYC, and after chatting with Donald, him going above and beyond to check for stock at the warehouse, we settled on a Schlage keyless lock with key fobs. Super knowledgable, super friendly, and I'll be reaching out to him when we need to grab more of these.

As we navigated through COVID and 2 years into owning my new business, My control panel locked up and I could not control my entry locks other than by only using a Key Fob, I sent a message through the phone system at GoKeyless but found the best way to get help in these times was through the email system. I feel that I am "Old School" and prefer to talk with an individual live, however with COVID and with so many working remotely, this would not be easily possible. DeAunte, with Tech support reached out an helped as we figured that the Gateway was faulty. GoKeyless Returns Dept sent a return shipping label and sent two different replacements that were sent but not received by no mistake of their own. I finally spoke in person with Zach T. And we figured out the issue. Zach took personal care that the situation would be resolved. Afternoon receiving the new Gateway, Zach is also connecting me with Tech Support in order to make sure that my system is up and running properly, once and for all. I ordered locks that were back-ordered and called to find alternatives in stock. Zach was exceptionally helpful and followed up with excellent options. The entire process was quick and efficient and Zack was knowledgeable and super helpful. Highly recommend.

I googled the kind of keypad lock that I wanted and found GoKeyless. When I called, Lance was incredibly knowledgeable and helped my contractor and I make some different (better) decisions. He was patient and easy to work with. The price that my local locksmith quoted me for the exact same lock was more than double the price at GoKeyless. I was so happy with the experience that I bought a keypad entry for my individual apartment door in addition to the three exterior doors to the building.
We ordered 2 cabinet locks from another company online (WRONG PRODUCT). James took the time to help us identify the problem we had and point us in the right direction. Thank you James for the help and the speed in which you sent over photos and brochures so I can present to our board. Will definitely be back for all my lock needs!
I had a question about how to retrieve an audit trail from our locks. Drew Rogers called me back and walked me through the process of doing so. It solved my problem that had caused me a lot of frustration. They had also helped me when I had ordered some Trilogy keypads. I have used Gokeyless a few times and I will continue to do so. They have been great to work with.
Zach T in the returns department was very accommodating with my complicated returns request. He was patient, understanding, and got my issue fixed in a timely manner!

Will never use this company again! We ordered one lock and sent us two and charged us for two. I asked how to fix this, and they said they would send me an email with how to send the extra lock back, but they never did this. We are a very busy entity, and the last thing we need on our plate is trying to correct this company's mistake, and then jumping through their hoops to get our money back, go through the hassle of sending the extra lock back. Save yourself the trouble and don't use GoKeyless!

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.
