Our facility uses a fair amount of Trilogy key fob locks. I have tried to go thru our local factory rep for repair parts to no avail. My average wait is 28 days for a response to my repeated emails to the factory rep. I came across gokeyless with a goggle search and have been very happy. Craig at gokeyless was able to call the factory and get me answer while I was on hold. My order was shipped overnight and we were only down 1 day. Overall I am very Happy.

Trilogy 1300 install

Tyler on the support team did a great job of helping get our cool new locks programmed and setup. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He even researched to find out what type of screw driver was needed for battery removal! He was with us every step of the way. We also had a great experience with Jason when purchasing the locks. Very professional, knowledgeable, and not high pressure. Great service all around.

Excellent tech support
October 10, 2017

I received no training when my office's lock system was installed, so when I inherited responsibility for it a few years later, I didn't have a clue how to work the DL-Windows software. Matt was extremely helpful in helping me figure it out. I wish service department at my car dealership was this good...

I have purchased multiple lock sets over the years from GoKeyless. On a recent project, Skip was instrumental in assisting to remotely program new locks and update existing software. He took the time over multiple phone calls to make sure my client was taken care of and the system was functioning properly.

Shout out to Matthew in Tech in Support. Here made the process of re-issuing our cards easy. We looked like pros ourselves after he set up the list. Also was helpful in explaining how the software works with the locks. We have had our Trilogy locks for 3 years and they have been awesome!

My keyless lock also included 2 keys, but they were not included. Zack was able to find a way to send me a new cylinder and 2 keys overnight so that I could have the lock installed as scheduled. Great customer service!

I purchased the Trilogy dl 4100 for my business along with the tech package. I am so glad I did! Its a bit intimidating with the paperwork. I worked with Matt in Technical service. He called and we set up an appointed time that we could block out for undivided attention. For the hour or so time we spent, he held my hand the whole way through, including logging into my laptop and taking control, showing me all the features of the lock. We would come to go over a different portion of the lock, and he would stop to review, and let me ask questions. I am not sure what your time is worth, but I would have spent literally hours going through the software and training to get me up to speed. He introduced different ideas, that I never even thought about, that I was able to implement. I feel confident going forward and know I can always call if i have any questions. Thank you Matt!

I was about to move out for an important business meeting by my car. Unfortunately, I broke the key inside keyhole and stuck out of my vehicle. At that time, I called locksmith personnel, whose efforts solved the problem immediately.

What else is there to say except James is amazing! I contacted GoKeyless based on researching locks through the internet for our new B&B and was fortunate enough to be put in touch with James. He has provided information and insight to help narrow down overwhelming choices of locks and has taken the time to help me understand how it all goes together.

I called into GoKeyless after days and days of searching online for the right keyless door solution for my small business. I spoke to Don Kleiner and was immediately introduced to the right products in a reasonable price range. He talked me through the pros and cons of each, what I needed (and what I did not need), and some install information. He was patient, thorough, and answered all my questions. While I haven't received the product yet I am confident in the purchase and Don offered to provide additional answers or support as needed. I wish I'd have started my search here - I would have saved days of searching for a solution on my own.

We are a condo HOA in Tustin CA with 100 homes. We currently use a key pad only security lock system
And wanted to upgrade to a Key Card lock system for added security purposes. We contacted Gokeyless
And spoke with a gentleman named Geoff McMillin in the sales dept. He explained exactly what we would need so that we could implement our plan and got us set up with all the right equipment (including Tech support) to do it. We received our items 2 days later and are excited to make our new upgrade.
Geoff was a great help to us and we highly recommend his company to anyone in need of quality

My company bought keyless locks for our yard facility. I was tasked with setting them up. After 3 days and lots of patience with me Johnathan was able to assist... we had software issues and user issues but he was always very helpful and patient with me. Hats off to him for giving A-1 service.

I purchased five (5) Trilogy keyless systems for my clubhouse door, fitness center door, pool gate and laundry rooms. Once they arrived, it was a easy as 1, 2, 3 to install and program! The tech support I received when I did call was absolutely amazing. They were professional and made it easy to follow along and learn how to fix any troubleshooting that I may of had. I was helped by several people but a few names that I can remember are Tyler and Tom. Mike Walker, who helped place the order for, not only my community, but also my corporates portfolio, has been a pleasure to work with and answered all questions and concerns I had before my purchase. With this new system, it helped me to do away with having to continuously make copies of keys that were lost as well as track who is using the facilities. I would DEFINITELY recommend this product to anyone and everyone who is in need of a controlled entry way.

We are currently in the process of putting a new facility in ND and there are no real options in that area to get the type of locks we were needing. I contacted Craig at Gokeyless.com and explained my situation and almost instantly he knew exactly what I needed. He also lightened my load with the option of programming my locks for me so that I dont have to mess with that once they arrive..."plug & play" is a good thing.

I am somewhat on a tight time schedule to get these in place and Craig assured me I would have them by the end of the week, which is GREAT.

At this time I would highly recommend Gokeyless to others. I will do a follow up review once all is in place.
