They screwed up first order which happens but instead of fixing or making it right, they have been dishonest and after almost a month still don't have a correct working lock. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have been involved with.

Matt and Jonathan helped me download the software, input the key fob information and make sure the lock was working. We had several problems trying to get everything to work and they helped walk me through each step. They were very thorough in explaining to me every step. Amazing Tech support!

I purchased a trilogy commercial lock for my preschool 2 years ago. I have been 100% happy with my purchase. It is easy to use and the batteries last just as long as the description reads if not longer. I just lost my computer to a lightning strike and had to purchase a new one. I was having a very difficult time figuring out how to program the lock to the new computer with Windows 10. I called Gokeyless and Tyler in tech support was incredible. He followed through the process from beginning to end to ensure it worked perfectly. And he did it all with patience and such a positive attitude. I would recommend the company for their quality products and excellent customer service. Thank you Tyler for all your help! I truly appreciate everything!

Tech support helped so much

I had a question about how to retrieve an audit trail from our locks. Drew Rogers called me back and walked me through the process of doing so. It solved my problem that had caused me a lot of frustration. They had also helped me when I had ordered some Trilogy keypads. I have used Gokeyless a few times and I will continue to do so. They have been great to work with.

I was trying to find door lock with double side code entry. Called GoKeyless and Got Patrick on the phone. H is very knowledgeable about his products find me the right lock and took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. I will definitely shop agin here and will refer to others. Great job Patrick and keep up the wonderful customer service.

I Installed an electronic lock for a customer but out of the box it had a defective motor (manufacturer defect) causing the lock to lock when not needed. Zach Tracey was more than helpful with processing an exchange, answered all the questions i had (which i had a lot of), and most of all kept my customer happy by getting me a new lock in a quick fashion. Now the lock functions as it is supposed to and my customer is very happy. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

Spent an hour on the phone learning how to set up and program locks. With the remote access, Tom was able to guide me around and make it as simple as it could be despite the complicated technicalities. He demonstrated patience, respect for my limited knowledge and he was always pleasant.

Skip was the tech that helped me with my first initial setup of our product. He answered all my questions with patience, even offered to do a remote which was very helpful. In the remote, he allowed me to control the mouse and actually do the processes as he watched and pointed where I needed to direct my attention. It was great. Next time I need their tech support I will feel at ease.

I ordered a narrow stile Trilogy lock from Go Keyless over a year ago and I was having problems getting back into the lock from a communication perspective between the laptop that has the Trilogy software on it and the lock itself. I called Go Keyless after their business had closed for the night and left a message. I received a call back the next morning. I worked with Tyler on two separate calls and he patiently walked me through each step until we had the problem resolved. Tyler was very knowledgeable and kind through the entire process and I am very grateful for his excellent customer service. I would recommend GoKeyless to anyone who asks about lock solutions specifically because of their excellent customer service.

I wanted to place an order through gokeyless.com and after chatting via the website, Ron called me so we could talk about everything I was hoping to accomplish with their products. He helped me pick out all the components I will need and even introduced me to some items I didn't know about and I bought that too. He was very patient and helpful. We are a small church/preschool that wanted to update our security. I had the pleasure of working with Craig at Keyless.com. He was wonderful! Answered all my questions, I told him what we needed and he took care of finding a lock that met our needs.
Highly recommend this company and Craig! Our building will be safer and the shopping experience was a good one.
We will definitely use this company again!

This my first purchase from Go Keyless. I am not a locksmith and had some questions and concerns upon the delivery of the lock ordered. The customer service agent, manager and Zack from returns bent over backwards to ease my concerns and make the transaction complete and fair.
I can not expect any vendor to provide more understanding and response than I received from Go Keyless.
I would recommend GoKeyless for your security needs without reservation!

LIFE SAVERS
October 24, 2017

I fought and fought for hours trying to get my coded key lock to work, including calling the manufacturer. Finally, I called GoKeyless, which is where we had originally bought the lock from. I wish I'd thought to do it sooner. Matt was easy going, patient, and thorough. We had the lock issues figured out within 35 minutes. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I made a small purchase in October but the time and patience and dignity afforded me by Small Business Rep. Donald K. Made me feel like my transaction was as important to them as it was important to me. It was a good feeling to be treated as an adult and with respect. And they had no quota on stupid questions. This is why I am surprised by some of the lower ratings. If we have another need we will certainly look forward to working with Gokeyless and Donald K. Again!
