Glasses developed a fault - goggles4u refused to replace or fix. Beware before making any purchases.
They claim to be registered in USA so dont have to offer 12 months warranty.

I placed my order then two days later I got a message the frame was sold out. I contacted them told them I just wanted to get a refund. They said they had to investigate it. And would get back to me. First pair came with scratches. They shipped a replacement with the same issue. I contacted them for refund. They asked if I tried with wet cleaner. I told them yes, after dry cloth didn't work. Then they said they couldn't refund because I used cleaner which is not recommended. Vver deceitful of them. I guess don't use wet cleaner because they will use that as an excuse not to take responsibility.

Great low price glasses

Goggles 4 u has improved delivery times. The glasses are accurate and low cost. Get lots of compliments on the various styles. Have been very happy. Look for 70% discounts save even more.

Ordered black frames with photochromic tint, frame value £29.95 before discounts - I got mid blue frames, clear lenses no photochromic colour change. After a LOT of emails back and forth sending them photos of the both the frames and the clear lenses, they agreed to send me a new pair, only I was not allowed to select frames of the original value/quality, I had a max budget set of £12.95! They failed to provide a detailed invoice until I requested one, they failed to offer a full refund, so broke the law on both counts there! Basically Goggles4U, for the sake of £17 you now have a very disgruntled customer and very poor reviews on here and elsewhere. You have lost a loyal customer too! A copy of this complaint will now be forwarded to your Managing Director *

Horrible quality

I bought my first pair and was impressed really liked them, then within 2 weeks they broke. Ordered another pair because they refunded me on the first pair. Literally within 3 days the second pair broke. So, I thought third time's a charm right?. No third pair I got from the refund on the second pair broke within a day. I would NEVER buy from here again. The cheapest of qualities and YES you definitely pay for what you get. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from here. If I could give a negative 10 I would.

This is by far the worst online shopping experience buying eyeglasses. It's almost been a month. My order says shipped, but there is no shipping number and they can't provide one and I keep getting the same generic email again and again. They decided to refund my shipping of $5.95 but there's still no glasses and won't refund my purchase. Do NOT recommend.

Lies lies lies. I ordered glasses on May 27th today is June 22rd I have no glasses. They tell me only after I make contact my glasses are held up at customs. They shipped on June 1st supposedly. Read the reviews it's not a rare occurrence.
I asked for a full refund because I don't even want them anymore. Only after numerous complaints I got shipping fee refund. They say I can't return glasses because they have been made. The truth is I can't return them because I don't have the I bought a pair from Zenni and had them in under a week. Competitive pricing.

Poor quality

I have used direct glasses a few times and been pleasantly surprised at the quality etc so thought any competition would strive for the same but sadly not. My glasses looked OK but after only a short time the arm on one side just came away so I phoned Goggles for u who sent out a replacement pair very quickly but sad to say another arm has broken so I've reordered from glasses direct again and will not be using Goggles for u again.

These are low quality lenses, with bent frames and terrible customer service. If you have a problem they will leave you waiting and not be helpful.
I have taken glasses to an optician who confirms the prescription is wrong and lenses awful. I am having to go to trading standards for refund.
Save yourself the hassle and upset.
I received 3 pairs of glasses and all were faulty. One pair had bent frames, the others I could not see through properly. I sent a pic of my prescription so I did not enter info incorrectly. The 'thin' lenses are not thin. The vision is blurry around edges.
CUSTOMER SERVICE was awful. I received a replacement pair also faulty, and was left on hold for over an hour by different agents who all said different things. I was offered replacements by one agent, then the other said no. Their T&CS state that if there is a fault you have to return them tracked at your own cost which is insane.
I've no doubt they will respond below saying how they want customer satisfaction and saying I am wrong, but please believe me I genuinely am shocked that they can continue trading offering the service I've received.
I am a polite, genuine customer and as such have been treated dreadfully. Please do not use this company. Thank you.

However, in order to investigate the issue further and resolve it effectively, we kindly requested that you return the glasses to us.

Subsequently, we learned that the same issue existed with the sunglasses pair, which was perplexing as it was in good working condition originally. We apologize for the extended wait time when our agent put you on hold, and we assure you that we will improve in this regard. We are committed to standing behind our product, your full refund has been acknowledged and will be processed soon.

If you want your glasses fast go to eyebuydirect. This place is the slowest shipper on the face of the earth. Yes the glasses are cheap. But you will wait almost a month to get them. They DROP SHIP the glasses. They do not make them in the USA AT ALL. If you want affordable glasses that ship very fast go to eyebuydirect. Don't make the same mistake I did. You will be super disappointed here.

I bought three pairs of glasses. Including a pair of photochromatic glasses. I found out when the sun eventually came out that these were faulty and reported it / then got told the warranty was 15 days! Contacted customer services numerous times and reported on Trustpilot and they told me they are sticking by their warranty terms and conditions. I would strongly recommend you look at other companies with a longer warranty period as I could not possibly recommend this company to anyone. Been a very frustrating and irritating process which I have really not enjoyed.

Beautiful frames and the progressive lenses are perfect! I will only buy from here ever again because of their flawless lenses. All the glasses and prescription sunglasses pictured have been purchased from here. Customer service is easy to reach and they are kind and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place and always will. They have brand name frames (Tommy Hilfiger, Fossil, Hello Kitty, Seventh Street, Timex etc) for a fraction of the price you would spend literally anywhere else.

Frame Warranty

Frame welding part broken only 3 month old and they not honor defective frame warranty and offer me a 70% off new eye glass. Should have a one year frame warranty.
Don't waist your money. Also they shipped very slow it takes 2~3 weeks.
