The convoy to Ottawa raised over 10 million and got shut down. Why? Cause liberals paid them off? What a load of crap. Your company should be ashamed of it self. I'll never donate to them again and will never look at this company the same again

This was the first time i used the gofundme to donate money, I was supporting the trucker's convoy in Canada. The amount raised got so important that gofund me proceeded to seize all the money that was donated because they did not agree with the cause claiming it was violent when it so far has been a completly peaceful protest. I am allowed to reclaim the money I donated, but for those who don't, they will take it and use it as they see fit because the trucker's cause did not agree with their agenda. I am horrified by this abuse, and I will not be using this platform again and will warn all my friends and family away from this biased platform. I will look to other platforms for future donations.

Bows down to elite political pressure and refuses to allow certain donations such as the Canadian truckers.

Traitors to the Canadian public, to the person in the street. I hope your company folds, I will never use it again.

They have allowed Political threats to influence their decision to deny access to funds donated to the Convoy effort in good faith. This is criminal in nature and is unethical at best. This is exactly what the protest is about in part as well as the removal of all unconstitutional. Antares and to end HATE SPEECH BY THE PM with his attempts to divide the country. GoFund me is holding 11 million dollars of other peoples money designated for the freedom truckers.

Do NOT use GoFund me they are not good stealing money from rightful donors to a cause we all believe in.

There are many many Legit company's to use that are not going to hold your money

I herd what you people did to the truckers. Stealing 3.5million dollars from them. That money was to feed them, their families, gas, hotels if needed. I WILL NEVER GIVE MONEY THROUGH YOUR SERVICES. Fear you will steal that money too. I will tell everyone I know about what you did to our truckers. Shame on you and may GOD have mercy on your soles when you meet him. I was able to get my fund up. It takes a little bit of time to get the picture to show up properly. It needs to be easier to set up the picture. I can recommend GoFundMe agency to you.

I am unable to login to my account and have had no response from Go Fund Me.
I have tried to reset my password but it brings up error messages and says logon with Facebook although that option is no longer there.
Have tried contacting them via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram with no luck.
Tried emailing, no response.
There customer service is nonexistent. I would not recommend them.
Try elsewhere.

You are a terrible company. How dare you take down a fund for a small business that us trying to stay open. I can't believe you all are trying to silence a business too. I have used this site to get donations for three or four different reasons. I do exactly what is recommended to get donations started and to get to my goal. But not one of these gofundme fundraisers that I started has ever received a donation, not even a penny. And my fundraisers are about important things that are not stupid at all. But in my opinion, people that do stupid things are getting the money and absolutely way more than they asked for. This isn't a Fundraiser site of importance. It is a site for doing stupid crap and getting paid for doing the stupid crap. A very huge difference.

DON NOT USE, there is no safety on your donations. They are allow you to change the recipient at any time so that the money can be taken by anyone. My cousin Adam Chawla had a Gofundme his funeral but his evil dole dosser ex took the money after the organiser changed it. So nobe of the money went to the funeral and gofundme will not refund despite it going against their guarantees.

It was easy to open an account and submit a proposal for a project. I wanted help to restore my collectible car. Perhaps this should only be used for people who have real needs. I would appreciate better communication from this site.

Go Fund Me will not allow organizers to access their accounts and they refuse to turn over the money raised. Go Fund Me is dodgy and won't come to the telephone. They deliberately lock people out of their accounts. They then give fake error messages claiming you cant log in because email and password is wrong, then after that they claim too many sign in attempts made. Lies lies lies. They have no legitimate reason people can't log in. They make millions of dollars on interest only by holding the money 90 days then refunding donors in full. I am very stressed out and frustrated with gofundme. I created a campaign to help my family in Lebanon from the explosion, but I can't withdraw the donations that have been made! I wrote dozens of emails and asked for help but not one person from gofundme has answered me yet. There is absolutely no support at all! I'm starting to think gofundme is a scam because there are still 2 donors that have put money in to help people that need it, and I have got no answers from gofundme. Do not use Gofundme! My funds have been on hold and I can't get a response from customer service after sending multiple emails. Got an automated message saying they would reply within 24 hours and I am still waiting. My account has a message claiming they sent an email I actually never receive. These funds are to help someone in my family who desperately need it and people are holding me accountable for this money and I feel sick just thinking about all this. Would love to get a response from Gofundme.

That when a fund raiser on gofundme.com is started, that whatever money raised, the recipient DOESN'T receive the FULL amount raised? There is some money deducted. I recently was the victim of a job opportunity SCAM and one of the organizations I reached out to to seek help was our local news station. They set up a Zoom call so they could interview me. The piece ran three times. The day after it aired, I was informed that a viewer wanted to donate some money to me as a kindness (my situation was moving to them). The reporter suggested I start a Go Fund Me. So I did. Two months in since that was the only donation, I decided to see how I could receive the money (since by then I REALLY needed it). Setting up a transfer, I noticed the funds were sent to my bank account MINUS FIFTEEN bucks! It wasn't the FULL amount! I wasn't aware of this. So I just want others who may start a Go Fund Me to be aware.
