Great customer service

I got a letter in my email wrong so I didn't get the receipt I needed for something. I wrote and got a fast response, with a copy of the receipt inside the response and they sent the receipt email. Really good. Also was easy to use the site to send $$ to an overseas need.

Speed of a request

I inadvertently doubled my donation. One to Andy and the same to the "fund". I requested the tip back, and i had a response within an hour. Was very impressed with how gracious that person was. I will tip. Just not now.

It was easy to make a donation on the GoFundMe site. This site made it easy to follow through on a request from a friend on Facebook. I made a mistake when I was completing the online form, and had an immediate response to my request for help. The response was polite, helpful, and immediately solved the problem.

Wonderful experience

I must say great customer service, quick response and very professional. I was very pleased with all the help, I was having a issue with uploading a new campaign. I emailed support and within minutes, I got a response, help and answer to my problem.

I was confused with the tip option. In the 'total charge' box I put in the amount I wanted to donate. But what I had unwittingly done was agree to tip this amount on top of what I had donated. I contacted customer service and they refunded the 'tip' immediately and with good grace. I deducted a star because in the tip option there could have been a 'no tip' option which would have been clearer for me.

Bunch of thieves. They stopped payments to Canadian truckers. The donated funds were almost 10 million dollars and the truckers do not access to it because of political pressure. Basically they remove the donation page and froze the funds. They will reimburse donators.
This will affect your future as you will be investigated. Morons.

I started a gofundme to help out with an operation my dog was having. I was having a bit of trouble navigating my set-up and the tech support was right on it and really quick to answer all of my questions and help me out. It was very wonderful and reassuring to have someone help me, especially as I was very emotional given the nature of gofundme request. They have been wonderful.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and created this fundraiser, this is the second time GoFundMe deleted this account along with by WePay owned Chase. They did not give me an answer this is disgusting and disgraceful. I might potentially contact an attorney about this. If I can give 0 starts I would. Friendly and prompt service

I needed at various times support to add a donation offline, to deactivate a campaign, to add a photograph, add a bank account and such. I consulted with several staff members. I always received immediate response, willingness to help and kindness. Very pleased with my experience.

I would recommend to stay away from this platform. If you donate money and the money are misused, they are not refunding you. They told me that they were working with the organizer, and they think that there wasn't any misused of funds. Of course that the organizer is not going to recognize that the funds are misused if the organizer is the person who want to keep the money. The funds were donated for a cancer treatment, but the person who supposed to get the treatment sadly passed away before she could receive the treatment. If you ask me, the funds are not used for the purpose were donated.

Fast and curtious response

I closed my accountant because I reached my goal but then wanted to send out an event update to those who donated. Within 5 minutes of asking how to reaccess my account for this purpose I had received a webkink with re-authorization.

Freedom 2022 Convoy
February 4, 2022

They have allowed Political threats to influence their decision to deny access to funds donated to the Convoy effort in good faith. This is criminal in nature and is unethical at best. This is exactly what the protest is about in part as well as the removal of all unconstitutional. Antares and to end HATE SPEECH BY THE PM with his attempts to divide the country. You should be ashamed!

Responses to my queries came quite quickly, which was great as I was very focused on what I was doing and didn't want to sit around for hours waiting for a reply - I needed to complete the campaign and get it reviewed to start sending out. Answers were exactly on point, I didn't need a long back and forth conversation to clarify things, and the people responding were all very polite and seemed happy to help - I felt like I was talking to a friend!

Disgusted with this service. By NOT doing their fact checking as they have said that they do, you would have found that this is in fact a peaceful protest. As always protects do upset some folks, that is in fact the very nature of what they are meant to do. Change never happens without a little upset as the ones "losing" power are upset. This decision by GoFundMe will have far reaching effects. With the advent of etransfer and other forms of currency transfer I can easily see GoFundMe becoming a dinosaur and will go extinct. I for one will never use or support this platform again. I will find a way to donate directly to the cause. In this case the FREEDOM CONVOY 2022 and help our truckers again!
