Blake took up the slack from a previous visit by another technician that didn't do such a hot job from before.
They use aggressive tactics to get folks to sign up for services that extend upwards to 6 months worth of payments. Very hard to cancel.
Serviceman was exactly on time as promised. Called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Attentive to my concerns. Professional. Highly recommend.
