Took about a week to get, never received tracking info before reaching out to customer service to get an eta on the part. Part arrived damaged in box.
Received item on time. The tail light assembly was just what I needed because as a replacement to the broken one on my car.
Website just takes a long time to load and process. Other than that it was easy enough to get through. My part fit perfectly and was a simple repair that saved me several hundreds of dollars.

USPS delayed my order a couple of weeks, don't know where it went, but I finally got my part. Customer service was helpful by giving me the tracking number.
I would have liked it delivered sooner. It took 12 day to get it delivered.
