SCAM

I made a purchase on April 11,2015 for an iPod touch Generation 4 for a total of $133.84. The money was taken out and little did I know I was charged for making 2 orders...? The first order was cleared but the 2nd was declined. Did I mention that I got an email stating the product should arrive on the 22 of April...? Well today is May 1 and still no product, NO REFUND! They have an automated email system and so you can't even correspond with a real person. I've contacted my card carrier and have filed for a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST... Please SPREAD THE WORD!

Did withdrawal but didn't get my money.

Bad! Sold my phone 5S did a withdraw but didn't get the money. Sent (3) emails and no response I guess that's why they have no contact number Contacting the BBB to file a complaint.

Gamestop who?

I've been using Glyde for years now and don't plan to stop. You get more for your games and can get games all from the comfort of your home. I tell everyone I can about it. I've never had any issues with sales or purchasing of any games.

I ordered my phone April 5th 2015, seller did not receive shipping kit until the 11th, when i first clicked purchase they said the phone should get to me on April 14th, well it is the 13th and as far as my knowledge the seller has not even shipped it off yet. The status still says the seller has received the the shipping kit. I've spent too much money on this phone for it not to get to me in a timely fashion, nobody should have to wait OVER A WEEK to receive anything, if it was coming from out of the country I could understand. After this purchase If i even receive anything. I WILL NOT BE DOING ANYTHING with this website again.

Mailers sometimes take 8 days to show up

I've used Glyde for several years. It's usually great, but sometimes the mailers take 8 days to arrive. If they could iron out that wrinkle, I'd give them 5/5 for sure.

Amazing site

I have now sold 2 cellphones on this site within a short time. The amounts I recieved have been great. It was an extremely easy process because Glyde does it all. All I did was list the phones and wait. The first phone( IPhone 5s) sold within 48hours. The second phone (IPhone 4s) sold in less than 24 hours. Glyde sent me the mailing boxes with return labels, I put the phones in, put on the new shipping labels Glyde provided and drop them at the Post Office. I had my money quickly and the whole process is amazing! I highly recommend Glyde

Miserable experience

I bought a phone on glyde and, like many people, got an email asking me for answers to 5 questions about my card; most of these questions I had answered when I set up an account. Not being able to verify that the email was coming from Glyde, I asked them to call me so I could at least talk to a human. They said that they were unable to do so, even though they had asked me for a phone number in case they needed to contact me. They kept saying they would cancel my order if I didn't answer the five questions, even after I told them I was not answering these questions over email. After a couple of days, I cancelled my order and went to another site. I don't know how these people stay in business with such awful customer service and sketchy emails. There are much cheaper and easier ways to get a used phone.

The lesson I have learned, is that I was lucky this time. I got my IPad back and was able to repair the damage the buyer had done.

Glyde seemed like a good deal to sell my IPad 2, better selling price and less hassle then Craigslist or Ebay. I listed my item, 6 days later I received an email that it was sold and the mailing kit was on it's way. I took 10 days for the kit to get to me, certainly longer than I would have expected. I had completely cleaned everything off the unit as instructed and dropped it in the mail the next morning. Three days later I was told that the IPad had delivered and the next day got another email that the buyer had made a complaint about the condition of the item. It took another 10 days to get the IPad back to me.

The IPad was in perfect working condition when I put it in the mail. I had always kept it in a case and always had a screen protector. I sent an email asking about the complaint but was never told what the buyer found wrong with it. When I received it back, the unit looked fine, but when I tried to start it back up I had trouble setting it up. What I found was that the buyer had turned on Voice Over. It took some time but I finally managed to get it up and running again and was able to get Voice over turned back off. I had NEVER used that feature, it was not set up that way when I sent it out, I can only surmise that the buyer was playing around with the unit, turned it on by mistake, couldn't figure out how to turn it off so returned.

I sent a email to Glyde asking if there was any protection for the seller against damage done by a buyer and was told. "My best suggestion is to double inspect the item and relist." Yea, I think not. I'll go go Gazelle, maybe not get quite as much, but will not worry about a month later getting an irreparable IPad back in the mail.

In all fairness, I have no complaints with Glyde other then the time it takes to complete transactions. I always got responses from "Frank" (expecting that's a generic name) in a reasonable time. I just don't feel at all comfortable doing business this way again.

I ordered a phone. Got an email th e same day asking me to answer 5 questions because they put my account on hold. I answered the questions but my account was still closed and my money returned. I sent an email asking why they said they could not identify me. They want you to answer 5 questions: the name of your bank, card number, cv number in the back of the card, telephone number in the back of your card and your telephone number. They call your card to verify your financial situation. Just Beware.

Very Easy

The entire process was very simple. I was able to list my phone near the suggested sale price, and then it sold within a week. All I then had to do was place my phone in the box that was sent to me and put it in the mail to be shipped to my buyer. 72hrs after the shipment arrived to my buyer the funds were entered into my paypal account. I would definitely use this service again.
