I received my Iphone 4s but needless to say it was locked and I could not use it and that was really the only bad thing about using Glyde. The customer service was fantastic. I contacted them via email explaining the whole situation and Julie was so helpful and follow up so quickly that I was so relieved about the purchase. They sent me a box back to return the item and I was refunded once they received it back. I'm sorry the iphone did not work out but I must say the customer service they offered was the BEST and thats why I was giving them 5 stars. I always go with CUSTOMER SERVICE as my first choice. Thanks so much Julie at Glyde. I will continue to search your website for other items in the future.
Sold my iPhone via Glyde. Several days later I received an email stating that the buyer had rejected the phone because it was a knockoff. I immediately emailed Glyde and told them that I bought it at Apple, used it for years and that they - Glyde - had validated the ESN/MEID.
I received a form email stating that they will only charge one half the "shipping fee" the next time my phone is returned by a buyer@#$$%. Anyway, 10 days later, I still don't have my phone back. Wrote to Glyde again and, in a return email they sent me the link to the USPS. No personal comment, no apology, they just don't care.
I have ordered from many companies online, but have received the worst customer service experience I believe I have ever had. I will never attempt to purchase anything from them again and I will reverse to charge tomorrow.
We love the phone we got from Glyde, we loved the purchasing process and the price, and the phone arrived fast. Highly recommended.
Great concept but inefficient process leads to higher overhead and prices. For example when I sell a game, the shipping envelope is sent inside another shipping envelope. You just need to send one envelope with a pre-paid shipping label inside.
Since first hearing about Glyde from a friend, not only have I saved money with buying things, but I've made money selling the stuff I'm no longer using around the house. Glyde is efficient, simple, fair, and trust worthy.
The single issue that I have with Glyde is buyer/seller protection, or lack thereof. If a less than ethical buyer claims damage it's the seller's fault, even if it really isn't. Sold a near perfect game, buyer (I assume) played and finished it, then claimed it was damaged and returned it. Got it back in near perfect condition. Perhaps all returns going through Glyde would be an option, but of course I have no idea how much work this would be for Glyde since I have no data on returns.
First time was no hassle. Great customer support and easy transaction.

Extremely easy, got my money fast. The package took a few days to get to me, but it was easy to pack and really easy to receive my money. I got more than I expected for my phone, definitely worth using again.

While it took a little longer than i wanted to complete the transaction it was smooth and worry free. Very easy to complete and they take care of everything.
Glyde failed to communicate with me properly regarding an issue with one of their shipping kits. The whole transaction took 2.5 months.

Its easy to buy and sell things at a reasonable price. When selling the shipping materials are sent to your address to the recipient ready to go.
I try to buy most of my games new, but for some that I don't mind buying used, Glyde is the best option. They usually offer the cheapest prices for games which is really cool because it's driven by the market.
I enjoy the fact that when I'm selling, it's hassle-free. You don't have to worry about shipping your games because of the convenient prepaid envelope they send.
I received a different game from the one I purchased once, and the customer service was quick to remedy the situation and refunded my order.
I like glyde a lot. I can sell games and get a good deal of money back. It's slightly more convenient than selling at a retail store and you get better value. The envelope system works well and they email you reminders if you get lazy about sending your envelopes (which I often do). They are a good service.
