It was just like their description. List your item using their recommended settings- it sold within a few days. The shipping materials arrived a few days later and I sent out my item. Then a few more days and the money was in my account. I wish I had more items to sell!
Offerred 2 phones on Glyde, easily cleaned hard drive, and sold both. The first... no problems... The second was rejected by buyer. The word "damaged" in the explanation for the rejection, but I could find nothing wrong. I will try again with a third extra phone, but would have appreciated a more detailed explanation.
Got more for my phone than I would anywhere else! Total process took about a month but I had one buyer back out.

I researched 8 different websites to sell my phone and Glyde offered over $100 more than all other websites. It was the easiest sell I've ever made. A couple of clicks on the site, boom! I've got a pre-labled box on my doorstep, I pack and drop the box off at a random USPS receptacle, and I've got my money in my bank account within a week. I even got a very convenient and not-at-all-annoying text when I forgot to check my email to verify my sale. I'm now about to upgrade again because I know that getting rid of my current phone is too easy and I can get the most money back for it.

Everything went exactly as described. I would my only reason not to provide 5 stars was the time involved. It took two weeks for the entire process which seemed a bit longer than necessary.

This website was very easy to use and helpful for selling my phone. The instructions were clear, the packaging kit made it very easy to package up the phone and send it out, they kept me updated on my sale, and the proceeds were deposited into my account within the time frame they promised.

I started the process of ordering in iPhone at the end of May - it took OVER 4 weeks to receive the phone, and it didn't work. Tried to work with Apple and AT&T to get the problem solved, but phone did not work.
So, they sent me packaging to return the phone - which is nice - and I sent the phone back - and did receive immediate credit.
In the meantime I ordered a second phone (only because there are 6 of us and I can't afford brand new phones). Again, took OVER 4 weeks to receive - got it today - and it is REALLY BROKEN. It actually has something broken inside of it and it makes a noise when you move it around. Again, did our best to work with Apple & AT&T to make the phone work and they all but said - the phone is "crap". This one is actually in worse condition than the first one.
So, I am now TWO MONTHS into using Glyde.com to get a reliable used phone and I still don't have one. Oh! And now I have to pay 1/2 of the shipping to send this garbage back to the seller.
STAY AWAY! HUGE WASTE OF TIME.
I purchased a game on 6/20 and was supposed to recieve it around the 29th. Now it is the 30th and my game has not even been SHIPPED by the seller. They have had the shipping kit for days now with no sign of them bothering to send it. I tried to contact glyde through their email but have had no reply except for an automated message and they have no information on their FAQ about a shipping deadline for their sellers.
In fact, I ordered another game off of the amazon marketplace for cheap on the 28th and it is going to arrive tomorrow. I paid $2 for shipping, less than glyde and weeks faster. I would cancel the order on glyde and buy the game off of amazon but I would still have to pay for the shipping since the kit arrived at the seller's. I had high hopes for this website and i'm disappointed to say that it's an overall substandard and unreliable service.
Ordered an iPhone a few days ago and everything was fine. However glyde charged me for a phone I don't have. Then the seller change their mind and cancelled! So glyde took it upon themselves to take more money from my account and buy me another iPhone from the site. Now glyde has taken out over $400 from my account. I emailed them but now they have my bank information... They didn't even ask if I wanted the other phone they just assumed. I feel unsafe at this point and will go to my bank today to see what can be done. This site is a scam and I will be removing my information and deleting glyde indefinitely.
I bought an iphone 5s from glyde. It seemed to be working well within their 72 hour return window but a couple of weeks later the camera starting taking cloudy pictures. I took it to the apple store and they told me the lens in the phone wasn't original and they would not touch it. The phone was supposed to be in "excellent" condition. Glyde doesn't seem to care about customer complaints. I will not buy from Glyde ever again.
Very disappointed with turnaround. Seller has had shipping kit for days. Not shipping product for some reason.

I purchased an iPhone 6 from glyde and received an email stating there were questions I must answer before the order could be processed. I wasn't comfortable with the questions they wanted answered so I chose to cancel the order. A manager named Julie emailed me explaining why the questions needed to be answered and I declined. After that I never received a response back after numerous emails followed. Worst customer service ever and they don't care at all. Never been scammed until now and it sucks. Don't purchase anything from the pos website.

It is perfectly fine to decline to answer these questions. If you have declined to answer these questions, your pending charge is voided and we do not charge you for the order. Answer: Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend
