I placed an order for an older game, that was selling for about $16.00. Used a card I use for all online transactions. Next day I get a message from Glyde saying my account has been placed on hold. I contacted them, and was told via email that they use a third party software that flagged my account as suspicious, and the canceled the order and said I would not be able to use their site.
I then asked that they please verify that they have removed my personal and billing information from my account, as I cannot access it with the account on hold. They have refused to respond.
My personal belief is that this is there way of handling a transaction that they no longer have to be sold that is being listed.
My experience makes the site feel very untrustworthy, negligent, and they have no desire to provide any form of customer service or support.
Never had an issue before. Use them at your own risk. Seems to have very fradulant business like practices.
My girlfriend tried buying a phone on here, and as with some other reviewers, she got an email stating they were suspicious of fraudulent behavior, and the transaction was put on hold. I then tried to buy a different phone for her, and I got the exact same automatic email. I think this site is a scam, and I wouldn't waste your time.

Apparently Glyde has faulty fraud detection software and has now flagged my account. I find it almost funny as my credit score is 830! It is so ridiculous that you cannot talk with a person, almost as bad as ebay! No real customer service!

Glyde got our three phones and after some pushing paid us on two. All were sent at the same time to people who bought them.
We sent an email and reviewed on SiteJabber. We emailed them through the site on Aug. 6 and they sent an auto response on same day stating: "A real person will follow up with you..." NEVER HAPPENED. They are liars.
Now we are two weeks later and still nothing. Beware there will be no way to contact a human there. For all we know they are in Eastern Europe using proxy servers to take money from people. Jerks and losers one and all.
Well finally someone has contacted me and i am awaiting a return kit. So we will see but this is a horrible site. You would think after all these negative reviews this company would stop scamming. Its just not good business at all and they dont seem like there worried about making there name better at all. They really need a phone and respect for people i bet they have a list a BBB of bad $#*! complaint! This is really sad

Ordered my phone there after a week of no further updates I tried contacting them till I got a respond back and forward bla bla bla... Bottom line I disputed the charge and warning your guys stay as far as possible, they seem to be crooks.

I ordered an iphone 5s from glyde because it was a great price.
I ended up having to wait for a week and a half to get the phone and then when we took it to the AT&T store to get it activated, IT HAD BEEN REPORTED AS STOLEN!
You can imagine how the people at the store looked at me.
They don't even have a phone number you can call to help you get it figured out.

It has now been six days and I still have not gotten paid I will never use this site again and I recommend that you don't also unless you're willing to wait quite some time for your money

This site is sweet, it gives people the opportunity to get rid of the games they do not want, and/or buy used games at great prices. I have used the site for buying and selling and the entire process is very easy to use.

Answer: Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend
