I had an extra Samsung Galaxy smartphone that was merely taking up space. I was able to sell my phone and get a reasonable price for it. I compared thisbsote to several others, & Glyde was by far the best choice.
Glyde made it super easy to connect with a seller. I sold 2 phones very quickly, even though 1 was returned by a buyer because a corner of the screen protector on the iPhone was cracking slightly at the bottom. Glyde had the phone returned to me and I removed the screen protector making the phone virtually flawless. I was worried that I might get a bad review for the screen protector, but Glyde gladly re-listed my phone and it sold in a matter of hours!
I have used Glyde.com twice now and both times have been a "pain free" experience. They have fantastic customer service and it's a great place to get used games. The site is very well executed and super easy to navigate. I defiantly would recommend this site to anyone buying used games (or electronics, although I have not bought any electronics from them).
I was really excited to use Glyde after hearing how my professor liked it. But I had nothing but problems... the seller was not timely, it took almost 2 weeks after they got the box to ship my product... it was unprofessional and I am unsure if I will use them again. However glyde did try and work with me to help make the experience better.
Sent my phone through Glyde and it was misplaced through USPS. Glyde immediately took the "not my problem" approach and was unwavering in their terrible response times, lack of effort looking into my issue, and avoiding questions. I now have no phone, no money, and no means of recovering my device. I cannot figure out why they have a customer service department.
Price was fair but it took almost a month from when I listed my phone until I received payment. If I had it to do all over again I would have sold on eBay. I used this site because I wanted to sell my phone fast but they use the absolute slowest shipping methods to receive the shipping kit and to send the phone.
Tried to buy a Samsung Galaxy 4 times! Each time I would get an email two days later saying the seller had "canceled" the transaction. Then they claim to take the seller off the website. Doubtful since they dont release the sellers username or anything. It's absolutely crap.
I was a little wary about trusting an unknown site as a platform to sell my I-phone. The process was very smooth and pain-free. Glyde's instructions were clear and easy to follow. Glyde's service in sending the mailing materials and my payment was excellent. I highly recommend and would absolutely use Glyde again.
I bought two iPhone 3GS phones. They came in 5 days well packaged and in excellent condition with all charging accessories. Glyde sent a couple of emails informing me when the packaging arrived at the seller, when the phones shipped, etc.
I'll be in the market for an iPad soon and will definitely be looking to Glyde to find me one that I can afford.
After researching different sites to sell our iPhone 4s''s, I chose Glyde. Registration was easy. Everything was explained clearly. The whole process from listing the phones to transferring the funds to our bank account took about 3 weeks. We netted much more than other sites. Very, very happy with Glyde and recommend it strongly.
I bought a iPad air with 4G from this seller and upon receiving it, I didn't check it whether it's a 4g or not cos I was using only the wifi option. After few months I tried to use the 4g using a sim, but I found this is a device with only wifi and doesn't have 4g option as advertised. I let the company know this and they promised me they will issue a coupon code which will give me a 15% discount, but when I tried to purchase an item from the site my card has been blocked and put on hold.
I send them multiple mails to activate it, but no use. They actually intent to block me from using the coupon code and they did. Though I have purchased so many items from the site in the past, they don't need to verify my card again and put ti on hold... Please don't go for Glyde as you have so many other easier options in the market.
I've made over $1,000 selling on Glyde. This is the easiest service you'll ever use. They don't buy the phone from you but facilitate the sale to other users. Every time I upgrade a phone, I never have to pay anything. I sell the phone on Glyde and it covers the cost of the the phone plus extra money for accessories. Don't bother trying to sell your device on other websites that give you a fraction of the amount your device is worth. We know the dangers of selling on Craigslist or situations putting yourself in harms way. Sell on Glyde and watch the money roll in!
Glyde couldn't have made it easier to sell my cell phones and ipad... I got more than twice the price that any of the other sites were paying... all I had to do was list it and they did the rest... I will recommend Glyde to anyone who wants to get rid of their devices
Great experience and obviously I'm very happy
I got a great phone from Glyde. Unfortunately I had not realized that I could not take the phone with me overseas to use unlocked. However, I contacted Glyde to ask for a refund. They accidentally quoted me a higher refund price than they ought to have, and because of their mistake they gave me that higher refund. They were extremely honest, helpful, and focused on customer service throughout. An upstanding company that I will recommend to anyone in need of electronics that they offer.
Everything went swimmingly except my final payment. It seems the scan for the delivery by USPS didn't go through and it delayed my payment by a few days. Went I sent an email to follow up it was answered immediately and very thoroughly. I've already recommended it to friends and will use it again in the future.
I ordered the Samsung Galaxy SIII certified from Glyde.com and I have to say I am very disappointed. I spent 187.00 on a phone that was shipped to me broken. I am not able to charge the phone. I have sent an email and had no response in over 24 hours. In this day n age it's rare to find a website that will scam you and take your money but Glyde. Com will sure do that. I have to stay in contact with my children and work everyday, now that I purchased my phone from Glyde.com I will no longer be able to do that. Stay away from with website! 187.00 down the drain!
I needed to sell my slightly used iPhone 5 and I really didn't want a lot of hassle or work to do. Glyde couldn't have made the process easier. I definitely recommend it. I'm not sure if I would have gotten more money if I would have sold it through another sight like eBay or whatever. But I do know that I hate having to deal with shipping and all that crap. Plus I didn't have to worry about talking to anyone or having to be murdered through Craigslist. Piece of mind is worth a lot... Just saying.
I just sold my iPod Touch 5G on Glyde. It sold within 24 hours and I pocket $50 more than selling it on Gazelle. It does take quite awhile for them to send the shipping package because they constantly hound you to accept the sale. It is obvious I accept, I am trying to sell! It is one unnecessary step that would cut out delays. They send you the package with a return label, you drop it in the mail = very easy. This part of the process is flawless, it is waiting on the buyer to accept. If they don't, you will be facing all kinds of hassles. Luckily mine did and I received payment in my checking account. Easy. As long as you don't send junk you should be fine.
This is the second time I've used this cite. The first time I used Glyde there was a problem with processing and when I contacted them I had to pay ten more dollars than what they initially told me because by the time they processed everything the "sale was off". I went back to these guys because, despite that, their rates are lower than anywhere else. About ten minutes after purchasing my order I got an email saying my account was being put on hold for some reason. I had plenty of money in my account and had orders from other websites that had gone through, so it couldn't have been my card. I emailed their "customer service" team and received an automated email saying someone would reply in 48 hours. I've yet to receive any response and it's been three days. I can't even try and cancel my order or look at their FAQ because my account is on hold.
This was the first time I used Glyde after selling my last 3 phones on other resale sites. Glyde couldn't have been easier. While there was no guarantee initially, the offer prices were well above all other sites. The sell occurred quickly and the shipment box included everything. Quick and easy, I would definitely recommend Glyde.
Answer: Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend

Hi Bonny,
I am so sorry that this seller sent the incorrect model. We'll help you get your account back on track and see what is wrong with the card. It could be that it hit its expiration date. Please follow up with us at service@glyde.com or let me know the order number here.
