This company destroys lives, robs us and anal about everything. Approved my loan then asked for more paperwork, 4 times it was sent, only to receive 2 denial letters in the mail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT IN THE UNITED STATES, THEY ARE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS. THEY ARE CORRUPT. I WONT WASTE MY TIME RATING THEM, THEY DONT DESERVE A RATING.
I am trying to make arrangements to get an extension on my payment.I called in May to do this they told me I had to be past due. I called In June and got the run around and was told I wasn't eligible because I needed to be critically behind. They tell me something different everytime. Nothing but a FRAUD COMPANY. I have on time everytime execpt May when I ran into a financial problem.Just check my history

Very quickly they let you know how low you are, jump thru their hoops do as they say... Like walking on egg shells... Truly they are the worst of car loans. I used a real company to re do this loan. And happy don't know how my pain got to these jokers because I have really good credit... Stay away at all costs. Even if you have to ride a bike.

Working with this company is a nightmare. Their customer service is horrible, you're constantly transferred around and your issues are never resolved, the reps aren't very knowledgeable and the overall experience of working with this company is frustrating.

I've been financing through global lending for seven years and would not recommend to anyone. No flexibility with financing/ refinancing all they care about is making money customers don't matter. They'll let you make extensions on your loan but don't tell you it's a "balloon" payment and at then end you need to dig deep in your pockets to produce the whole amount of the loan. The loan length don't get extended as they make you believe, and then your payments will continually reflect as being late until that balloon payment/ money owed on the end of the loan is paid. Instead of helping my credit as I was hoping it destroyed my credit and not to mention the payments and rates are through the roof. Unless you like throwing money out the window RUN the other way!

I've been receiving spam calls daily for 3 years now. Talking to the reps is shady at best as I've never had a loan through this company and the calls started BEFORE I'd even owned a car (paid in full). They just state that I owe money, ON WHAT? I was 19 and hadn't even had a drivers license yet, let alone a car when I started to receive countless robocalls. I've changed my number twice since receiving the daily spam calls and they eventually start up again. I own my car. I've never gone through this company (or any company) for a loan. I have to go through my blocked voicemail box weekly to clean out over 20 calls from them. I've managed to block all of their office numbers but every once in a while a new one will pop up and be added straight to my block list. It's annoying. I assumed this was a scam company until I realized people actually have to get loans through them. Stop calling my phone on a loan I have never had. You can't even verify my information when I tried confronting you guys 3 years ago. Leave me alone.

I only gave 1 star because I had too. They don't deserve even 1 star. Run from them. Customer service is horrible. Every single agent tells you something else. They took 2 payments at once and now it's taking almost a month for them to refund the money. They have lied and said it would be in my account by a certain date and then on that date told me another 7-10 days. They are ridiculous and should not even be in business.
This company will like to you every set of the way! I financed a vehicle through them July 2021 for 23k by March 2022 I totaled it. I had insurance and gap insurance on the vehicle which my insurance paid the 16k by the end of March. I was talking with them trying to get them to work with me because I had to purchase a new vehicle. They acted at first as if they were going to be helpful, but they weren't. I made what payments i could and in the end once they received all the insurance my it left me owning 868. I continued making payments they started calling even threatening to report to the credit agencies, which im like go ahead because im doing all i can and making payments. I spoke with another lady named Lorrane around July or Aug about the account where i told her about the threats that were made as well as im trying to make payments. She informed me that if i had the vehicle paid off in within 6 months of the accident that they would forgive all the late payments and take them off. Ok that's great! She said it to me in 2 different conversations we had that this would happen as long as i had it paid in full come Oct 6th. By Sep they marked it as a charge off to which i called and asked why because i had been making payments, because at this point i only owed 239. I did not understand that at all since i had been communicating with them making payments, and they gave me a deadline to have it paid by. I had it paid in full prior to the end of Sep they went n and changed my credit to paid, charged off which that wasn't what she said would happen. I called which i talked to a different lady who informed me they cant change credit reports, and i'm like I know what Lorrane told me on the phone more than once and y'all need to pull those tapes. These companies sit up here and lie every set of the way and don't hold up their end of the bargain even though i did mines and had the account paid off in the amount of time they told me.
They told me that my account needed to be current to get an extension for 2 weeks to change the due date SO I got the account current I tried to do payment extension on it and they told me the payment is still processing I need to call back in a couple days so I called back in a couple days they then told me I couldn't change the due date till the 13th because it would show an overlap in the system and due dates so I had my fiance call on the 13th they told her they couldn't do anything until tomorrow being the 14th I called back on the 14th and they are now telling me that because the account is past due they can't change the due date until it's current these are biggest CONARTIST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.!
My car got in a hit n run mostly totaled the insurance is messing with me and shop and adjuster taking for ever I tried to work with them on payments they were rude did not log any info in they hung up on me I haven't had my car in 6 month what a joke

I was not 30 days late and I have proof, also on the night of February 28th, 2022 I was trying to make my normal payment and the website was not working. I called and could not speak with anyone because it was after business hours so I payed my payment the next morning March 1st, 2022. That should not constitute a 30 days late on my credit report. This has caused me a great deal of emotional distress because it has caused me to be denied for certain credit products. I pay my bill every single month, I am not a delinquent. Please update my credit report.
Also, 2 of the bureaus report that I was late in February and one of them claim that I was late in January. Obviously that is false reporting and misleading.
August 25,2022: I was told verbally by a supervisor on the phone that I can send a proof of the website malfunctioning on the night of February 28th, 2022 and that would be enough to correct the 30 day late payment on my account.
August 26,2022: I sent the proof of time stamp to Global Lending Services but later that night the credit dispute came back as verified on Equifax.
Every time I've tried to reach customer service, I am routed to someone else that DOES NOT answer. On a Friday morning at 10 AM. Also, they tried to take payment out of my bank account weeks after I voluntarily repossessed the car. I called in a panic- once again, they can't help because they are sorry people that can't do their job/and don't care about the customer. Transferred to someone that NEVER ANSWERED after 20 mins on hold. Called back original number, got someone that cancelled my payment for me, as my account/sign in info was never given or prompted the whole time I had the vehicle, no way for me to access my information or cancel it by myself. (SET UP) Turns out the first girl I spoke with about cancelling payments was just lazy and or stupid. Zero stars. Leave the dealership immediately if they deal with GLS because they are most likely crooked also if they are connected with GLS.
I got my car in 2017 from Crown Mercedes. The price of the car was *******. I was so happy. I was finally getting my dream car. I knew that the interest was a bit high. I was told that I could refinance in a couple of years. After two years, that never happened. I paid on the loan for 5 years and to date, My pay off amount is *******. How is that possible? They will hit you with exorbitant late fees and even with me paying atleast 100 more on my monthly payment they never applied the overage to absorb the late fees. There are even months where it shows on my ledger that a payment was never posted!
After years of constant harassing phone calls multiple times a day, emotional stress so much that I suffered anxiety and depression because I felt like I was in a choke hold. I still have yet to get a copy of my contract. After much thought, I gave up my car. I feel as if a weight has lifted from my shoulders. What turned out to be a great day in my life turned into a nightmare. These people need to pay. I am starting to question even if I had a loan with them in the first place. I never received a copy of my contract.
They don't work with you at all, if your late they sending threatening letters. They called my husbands grandma instead of calling him or me to discuss our account! Was short on the note by $25 but didn't know it, could have been an easy fix if they had called to notify us. There website is very glitchy, and doesn't update that you actually paid your note when the payment has been taken from your bank. This is by far the worst loan company I've ever dealt with.

Zero stars should be allowed in this case. This is the most horrific loan company I've ever dealt with. I understand some people may be at the mercy of accepting a loan from smaller banks due to financial difficulties. When I was purchasing my car I came in the dealership with my pre approval after doing my own research and they came back with this lender who's interest rates were appealing so I went with it. Biggest mistake I've made. Up until last month they would charge you processing fees if you paid in any way other than through their online portal. What they don't tell you is their server crashes CONSTANTLY. I've been double charged for my payment on multiple occasions! Typically after a long wait period and call backs they will roll over my money to next months payment, principal or issue me a refund. But only if you catch it first. If you don't notice, they will pocket that money and it will go towards nothing on your loan. I was double charged yet again and this time they argued with me that I was not double charged until I faxed them a copy of my bank statement. Now 5 weeks after they promised a refund and speaking to 2-3 different people a week I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY. These people are insufferable. They don't take notes when you speak to them so when one person tells me it'll me in my account next week and the follow week when it's not, someone else tells me it's actually been sent out by mail. (Which no one can find evidence I was told that even though all the calls are recorded) 3 weeks later I still don't have my money. But what I do have is a random late fee for a payment I made early? Half the time you're on the phone with them it "disconnects" then you have to wait 30-40 minutes all over again to speak with someone who tells you something completely different. It's one thing after another with this bank. The only competent person on their team is Lorraine. Girl if you read this please go elsewhere. You're far too good for GLS. Will be refinancing ASAP
They "claim" they want to work with you about your car payments, but they're LIARS. I had contacted them before I went out on FMLA and asked them to postpone my payments on my loan, because i would be out of work from March 29th 2022, until sometime in June of 2022, i even asked about refinancing, and i was told that THEY DONT REFINANCE, and then they came and repo'd my car even though i was trying to make a payment. It wasnt the amount that they were satisfied with, but it is all that I can afford at the moment. So now, i am without a vehicle, and I have doctor appointments to go to, and ill probably lose my job whenever its time for me to go back to work. They arent concerned about ANYTHING OR ANYONE'S SITUATION AND ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU POINT BLANK. Plus they blow up your phone EVERYDAY even after you tell them to stop.
The are scamming stealing people money my car was reposed and I received different information from reps every time I call and they stated I would be charged and estimated amount for the actual repo fees and I spoke to the company who had my repo my car and was inform the actual cost for the repossession GLS is charging me more then the quoted price & when I ask for an invoice they will not provide a copy & every representative I speak with is polite but inconsistent, I'm not confident receiving any information nor am I confident believing they are truthful and I'm hiring an attorney to start a class action suit, they are definitely stealing money from customers!
I have been misguided and lied to about my account for 3 months straight now. Very rude, disrespectful, and belittling.
GLS is the worst. They will call 18 times a day if you are 1 day late. They give you a hard time for asking for a due date change. They will tell you a deferred payment is possible only to have another rep tell you that the car is subject to repo. In thd midst of a pandemic they do nothing to help and refuse even to waive a late fee. You call customer service to have someone from a foreign country that you can not understand. I refinanced my loan with a credit union and chopoed 12 points off of my interest and got my payments cut in half. So glad to be done with this loan shark company.

Answer: I'm sorry to say but you got scammed just like I did. Global Lending services LLC is a finance company that works with automobile financing through dealership. They would not have asked you to do anything like that. Global Lending only deals with loans that are covered by collateral, car loans, RV's, boats, things that they can repossess if you miss one payment. In general, unsecure loans are usually payday loans and personal loans offered over the internet by companies like plain green loans, opploans.com, greeb trust cash some are actually actually native American Tribes loans from $200 - $2000, short term at a very high rate of interest, barrow $1000 and you have to pay back over $3000 over a period of one to two years. Did you apply for one amount and he called you about bumping up to a higher amount? That's what happened to me. $10,000 is a lot of money, if you had over $2600, which you had taken from you by him, I think that you were taken advantage of and there's not much you can do about it, but file reports with the authorities and the FBI, go to www.ic3.gov there you will be able to file a complaint and print copies to give to the local authorities. They may not be able to do anything about it but you find that having a case number helps you when reporting to different agencies. There's a a couple, one is The consumer financial Bureau or something like that. Also report it to the Attorney General in the state in which you live. It's embarrassing, I know, I'm going through it myself. But you need to get the word out to others that these Bad guys are out there doing this to unsuspecting people who are already having financial problems. Something like this is devastating for someone who is on a fixed income and unfortunately those are the ones that they pray on.
