Zero stars should be allowed in this case. This is the most horrific loan company I've ever dealt with. I understand some people may be at the mercy of accepting a loan from smaller banks due to financial difficulties. When I was purchasing my car I came in the dealership with my pre approval after doing my own research and they came back with this lender who's interest rates were appealing so I went with it. Biggest mistake I've made. Up until last month they would charge you processing fees if you paid in any way other than through their online portal. What they don't tell you is their server crashes CONSTANTLY. I've been double charged for my payment on multiple occasions! Typically after a long wait period and call backs they will roll over my money to next months payment, principal or issue me a refund. But only if you catch it first. If you don't notice, they will pocket that money and it will go towards nothing on your loan. I was double charged yet again and this time they argued with me that I was not double charged until I faxed them a copy of my bank statement. Now 5 weeks after they promised a refund and speaking to 2-3 different people a week I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY. These people are insufferable. They don't take notes when you speak to them so when one person tells me it'll me in my account next week and the follow week when it's not, someone else tells me it's actually been sent out by mail. (Which no one can find evidence I was told that even though all the calls are recorded) 3 weeks later I still don't have my money. But what I do have is a random late fee for a payment I made early? Half the time you're on the phone with them it "disconnects" then you have to wait 30-40 minutes all over again to speak with someone who tells you something completely different. It's one thing after another with this bank. The only competent person on their team is Lorraine. Girl if you read this please go elsewhere. You're far too good for GLS. Will be refinancing ASAP

Well to start off I had to use this company because Capital One was late in responding to my request at the dealership for financing and since I was already at the dealership for 7 hours I was ready to go. The dealership came back to me with this Lending company and since I was so desperate to leave I agreed. Once they told me the due date I specifically asked if I can split my payments in 2 every month. The dealership said I would have to talk to the lending company about it. Fast forward a month and I get my welcome packet in the mail. I call and asked if I can split my payments to come out automatically each pay period something that I have been doing since I've been driving. They flat out told me yes you can split my payment but that there was only a 10 day grace period which would make me late EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I told them I have never heard of this and technically how can the payment be late when the month wouldn't be over yet. Which would mean they are able to inaccurately report late payments on people's credit report. Every company I have ever used for financing ALLOWS you to split payments within the month except this bull $#*! $#*! company. This place is a complete SCAM and I wish I knew what I know now because I would have never used them and just waited for Capital One. I did tell them after a year I will be refinancing with another bank because this $#*! they are doing is scandalous.

They told me that my account needed to be current to get an extension for 2 weeks to change the due date SO I got the account current I tried to do payment extension on it and they told me the payment is still processing I need to call back in a couple days so I called back in a couple days they then told me I couldn't change the due date till the 13th because it would show an overlap in the system and due dates so I had my fiance call on the 13th they told her they couldn't do anything until tomorrow being the 14th I called back on the 14th and they are now telling me that because the account is past due they can't change the due date until it's current these are biggest CONARTIST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.!

Global lending fraud

Global lending claimed eight late payments. After I produced bank statements proving no late payments, Global lending closed account as bad debt.

Dont fool with these people

I can't wait to refinance and I just go my car a month ago. This is the dumbest most unprofessional company ever. Firstly, I'm so glad I'm no dummy. Today is the normal day my car payment would have been made if I was still with my prior car finance company (NISSAN). I got this lender's information off of the internet (SINCE I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE DOCUMENTS REGARDING MY NEW CAR) called to see when my payment was due and sure enough it was today. The phone system said it verified me via my phone number when I called. I went to make the payment, then the auto system asked for the 10 digit account number.? Um, hell now I have to call this dumb $#*! company and deal with these dumb $#*! people. I call to get my account number and they have a person that BARELY speaks English trying to assist. Fu*k these people. But its my own fault as well. My credit was horribly messed up since opening my own business last year. I went from being financed by the direct dealers (NISSAN, FORD) to having to deal with 3rd party crap $#*! companies... lesson in life, keep your credit score up so you don't have to deal with others.

As a minority owned vendor providing services to auto finance lenders, I
Have tried to do business with Global Lending Services in South
Carolina and Atlanta for several years to no avail. They prefer to do
Business with large corporations rather than help out asmall minority owned business. The larger companies with 75-100 or more employees, multi million dollar companies that are not owned by women or minorities but by filthy rich men or even larger shell companies who fly multiple representatives to Atlanta and Grenville SC to wine and dine, play golf, give them keys to use the companies condo on the beach for limitless vacations, unlimited use of the box seats for sporting events, slip them cash under the table, and the likes. The VPs operates this way so why shouldn't the people beneath them do the same? GLS sends vendor relations people to "visit" your location so they have the opportunity to be bribed so they can determine who to hand out their contracts to. Then when the executives from those larger corporations get together they laugh and talk about these GLS company representatives and what they gave them to get their contracts in front of all of the other vendors. Other lenders use a third party for outside visits to avoid such dishonesty and corruption. GLS needs to clean house starting with the managers and assistant managers of their departments. Corruption runs rampant in the departments that deal with the consumers.

After this review, I know they will never do business with me but it needed to be said. There are numerous small and mid size businesses trying to make it in this world and companies like GLS that do not try to do business with them should be embarrassed.

It 2019 guys!

I just recieved a call from one of the reps Sherry at ext ******* from Global Lending asking me for Rosie Osorio and Oscar Govin. I explained to her I knew nothing of them and had no contact and that how and why would she be calling me. She then said they had a daughter and kept on with more information that I have nothing to do with or care. I called back and asked for a supervisor. I was attended by a rep who transfered me back to Sherry who I was trying to complain about for harrassing me without me being a customer of theirs. I was hung up on when I called back I got a so called Carlos as a supervisor who was rude did not even ask me for the persons name who Sherry was calling about. Told me that I was rambling and that if I dd not be quiet he would just hang up on me. I told him he was very unprofressional and that he should not be a supervisor if he was one. Global Lending is a HORRIBLE company with HORRIBLE employees who are using their work timeto harrass people who have nothing to do with them.

This company will like to you every set of the way! I financed a vehicle through them July 2021 for 23k by March 2022 I totaled it. I had insurance and gap insurance on the vehicle which my insurance paid the 16k by the end of March. I was talking with them trying to get them to work with me because I had to purchase a new vehicle. They acted at first as if they were going to be helpful, but they weren't. I made what payments i could and in the end once they received all the insurance my it left me owning 868. I continued making payments they started calling even threatening to report to the credit agencies, which im like go ahead because im doing all i can and making payments. I spoke with another lady named Lorrane around July or Aug about the account where i told her about the threats that were made as well as im trying to make payments. She informed me that if i had the vehicle paid off in within 6 months of the accident that they would forgive all the late payments and take them off. Ok that's great! She said it to me in 2 different conversations we had that this would happen as long as i had it paid in full come Oct 6th. By Sep they marked it as a charge off to which i called and asked why because i had been making payments, because at this point i only owed 239. I did not understand that at all since i had been communicating with them making payments, and they gave me a deadline to have it paid by. I had it paid in full prior to the end of Sep they went n and changed my credit to paid, charged off which that wasn't what she said would happen. I called which i talked to a different lady who informed me they cant change credit reports, and i'm like I know what Lorrane told me on the phone more than once and y'all need to pull those tapes. These companies sit up here and lie every set of the way and don't hold up their end of the bargain even though i did mines and had the account paid off in the amount of time they told me.
