Fraud alert! I have an excess payment for $3708, 50 and they won't refund my money. Every customer service agent always give me different excuses, event the "MANAGER" are very rude and horrible. They will treat you like you are begging to get their money. WHILE IT'S MY MONEY THAT THEY NEED TO PAY BACK! They told me they sent the check on February 20th but no tracking number, no confirmation email. NOTHING! It's APRIL NOW and i never received my MONEY! Some of them said it take 7 to 10 business days some of them said up to 14 days some of them said up to 30 days some of them said up to 45 days and keep going on and on like that. And months later, thousands of calls to them later i never received my money back. They said i have mail trouble to my address. SURE! I NEVER HAVE PROBLEM TO RECEIVE THE LOAN STATEMENTS FOR THEM. But when it comes to my check it just never come! Simple, if you sent it i will receive it. BUT IF YOU ARE NOT SENT IT! How am I supposed to receive it?! I asked them to issue a new check and make sure i get a confirmation for that or a tracking number. NOPE! THEY NEVER DO THAT. Basically they just want to keep your money. And do their best to not refund it! RUN, if you hear their company name RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! You're not that desperate to dealing with this company
Dont do a deferred payment. I was told the payment would be added to the end of my loan. Out of work from Covid 4 years ago but have been making my payments. Now if i dont pay their 'surprise' balloon payment in 120 days they will write off my balance and report it to the credit bureau as a charge off. Even though they still expect payment or will repossess. Not at all customer friendly. Shady af.

I financed a car through a local dealership on 9/11/24, as I was needing temporary financing until my funds finished transferring to my checking account and I had access to my full funds. The transfer was complete on 9/12/24, so I began calling GLS on a daily basis (on the days they had operating hours) asking to pay off my balance in full. They kept telling me my account was too new and not set up in their system yet, so they could not accept any payment toward my account. They finally finished setting up my account on 9/18/24 and refused to waive the interest I had been charged since 9/12/24. It is not fair or just for them to charge me interest for that period of time when they repeatedly told me they did not have the capacity to accept my payment and essentially kept refusing my payment. They were even supposed to expedite setting up my account since they were aware that I wanted to pay it off ASAP (unlike most customers who are probably just waiting a few weeks until their first monthly payment is due), and it still took them several days to set it up. In addition, when I finally did pay it off, I was told by Ashley from their escalation department that they could only do $5000 per transaction at a time, so I needed to pay in 3 total transactions. It was not until I had already completed the first 2 transactions that she informed me of the 3-day payoff balance to allow time for the payment to process since I was using a bank account, as it takes longer than using a bank card would take. She should have informed me of this prior so I could have decided to use a different payment method and owed a lower balance. I filed a BBB report and I'm requesting that the company refund the interest they charged me from 9/13/24 onward; please note that I asked them directly prior to paying off the balance, and they declined.

Global Lending Service has the worst customer service ever! They have no compassion for anybody.My engine went out in my vehicle.2 years to the date after I bought my vehicle in the time.Prior to that two years I replaced two turbos. Global lending service has Done nothing to really help us.They do not refinance vehicles. Customer service will set and call every single day multiple times a day, if you are three days late on your loan for whatever reason. I tried getting a loan to get my engine fixed, and I was denied and I asked global learning service To write me a letter to the bank (Because that's all my bank required) and they said it's against their policy; they are not able to write a letter. I would not use global lending services for any more future loans. Nor would I recommend anybody to use global lending services for any type of loans.They are absolutely horrible!

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ASAP.
I have a loan for my car through them and in all my time with them I have never been late on a payment. Infact I've been early paying my payments. Until recently I was hospitalized and put into a coma for 3 weeks. During this time I had family try to contact them to explain and they refused to listen. Aswell multiple employees have lied to me over the phone and shown no compassion or customer service. After I called the day I got out of a coma and the hospital. To use my deferment s. They said I couldn't because I didn't qualify lie number 1. I was told when I got the loan I could use my deferment at any time for emergencies well that was a lie. And I asked not to be called as I was just getting out of the hospital. They have continued to harass me 4 times a day for the past 14 days. Depleting my health even more. This company does not care about their customers and will do whatever they have to make you feel guilty and talk to you like your not a human at all. I am seeking legal counsel because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. And I'm refinancing asap. Stay away from this company at all costs. But I bet they don't do anything to make it right we're just a number and they will take advantage of you anyway they can. If I die I have directions to my family to sue the $#*! out of them for this. God bless any customers that have loans with them they will need it.

I had no choice but choosing this lender when I bought my car, but these are the worst people I have ever dealt with. I have NEVER been 25 days late (when they sent it off to credit company) with my payment since April off 2022 and called and asked for an extension to put my current payment at the end of my loan and the girl was SO rude. They have no clue about customer service. The rates are ridiculous. They start hounding you if you are a couple of days behind and if you tell them what date you will be paying they have no clue how to put that in the system. They keep on hounding you 2-3 times a day. In the beginning of my loan I had it set up to be taken out of my checking account. There was something wrong with their system and they ended up charging me TWICE total off $1200! I disputed one of the charges and now they wont let me pay from my checking. Be careful when you pay your payment. ALWAYS make sure you have proof because their system is one of the worst. I love my car but HATE the finance company. Looking to refinance so I dont have to deal with this company EVER AGAIN.

Why!? Is it so freaking hard to get a current statement showing that your account is up to date. I had a chat with a Representative and she sent an email with my name, address and our account status, however our potential mortgage lender would not accept it because it was an informal email. If it had been on a letter head then it would have been accepted. So frustrated with the company

The worst possible lending "service" They have robbed me blind rushed me to sign paperwork by saying they had an appointment immediately after mine. They never sent me any information the website is designed to screw people over they charged me an extra 4K on my loan. They sabotaged my credit score by removing all reported payment history as soon as they saw I was paying extra to save on interest. The customer "service" does not exist. This "lender" is a DISGRACE to the human race. A 1 star review is overly generous for these dirtbags.

My problem is when I am trying to speak to someone when dealing with my car loan they help me out in no way I've asked for my contract on several occasions I can't understand their accent I have no idea what they're saying so I apologize for being white and I cannot understand what they're saying. I'm upset about this because this is my money we're talking about how I'm supposed to manage it and I am not getting many satisfaction through these people especially when they don't speak English correctly. They refuse to transfer me to a supervisor they have not mailed me my contract they only mailed me my statement and they constantly ask the same questions over and over again about my account when nothing has changed on my account but they keep asking me my phone's number my email etc etc etc and I keep telling them if something changes in my life I will tell them stop asking me 20 Questions over and over again every time I call up there nothing has changed my account this has to be the worst company I ever had to deal with

My fiancé financed a car through Global Lending because at the time, his credit was less than great. He has had the car since 2019. We just voluntarily surrendered the car after 5 years because he found out he has paid almost $20,000 and they still want $13,500 as a pay off. They also informed him thst regardless of paying as much as he has, he will still be held responsible for whatever the car does not sell for. Not to mention they claimed they "can't find the car" and they have harassed numerous family members of ours. And the car has been sitting in the same spot in plain sight waiting on them for a week. DO NOT DO IT. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT.

So my husband picked the car and we got financed through Global lending. This place is absolutely horrible. We fell on hard times and got 2 payments behind while still paying the current. They came and picked the car up not with a tow truck. I have it on camera. A man hoped in the car from another car and drove off around 1 in the morning. We didn't have the past due upfront and went to at least get my husband wallet out the car which was left. We stood outside in the cold and rain. We got our belongings but it is very unclear on how to pay to get our vehicle back. This company is ruthless and treats you like trash

I have only been a customer for a short time and already have had such a horrible experience. I went on to their website to make my 2nd payment and an error accrued and it stated try again. So I proceeded to try again and they processed it twice so the payment can out of my bank account twice. I called to report what had happen and they stated it would take 15-30 to see my refund. What good is waiting that long when I have other bills to pay. The manager stated he couldn't do anything to speed up the process. Boy they can the payment instantly but 15-30 to get it back. RIDICULOUS. Oh by the way the 1st person I spoke to stated that their website does that all the time. If that is know, FIX IT!

This company harassed my employer for proof of income despite being provided check stubs and bank info showing deposits. Absolutely atrocious customer service - they lie and then their phone system won't allow you to complete a survey. I was put on hold for 30 minutes then just hung up on. Beyond disgusted.

For the last two months has been very difficult for me and my family not just for making the car payments on time but also to experiencing hardship financial difficulties dealing with my job and I kept the communication with them but for some reason they claim that they said they call me like everyday tand they never did receive any call from them and this 2 weeks ago I was heading to the ICU and one day the car was gone so I'm thinking that someone has stolen my car but to find out it was repo so when I called them they said they've been calling me three time every day and all this was happening I have my phone on so how is it possible that I wasn't getting your phone call but to make a long story short some of my personal belongings are in the car and it's towing company that they use you got to pay $50 to get your personal belongings out and let's just ridiculous that I have to pay $50 to get out my personal belongings they giving me 16 days to reinstate whether or not if I want to get the car out if not basically everything is gone including my personal belongings so I am like literally just so much it's been a totally disaster

My car was wrongfully impounded. When I paid the fees, they told me they would not report it as a repossession, paid the fees. It was reported on my credit report, as repo/never late. Agents denied having the convo with me, also told the agents I recorded the previous conversation and they hung up the phone on me. They also tacked on additional fees which they refused to send me a written explanation of. Shady company, never told me that they picked up my car just a notice of sale came to my house. Untrustworthy don't lend with them ever!

I paid my bill and realized they took it out twice. I gave them a call and told them and the person I spoke to said that they would put in a request for a refund and it was gonna take 7 to 10 days so I called back yesterday and asked for an update, because I still have yet to receive the money, I spoke with someone different and they said that they were going to speak with someone else put me on hold for a while came back on the line and said that they were going to have to process it a different way and that there is some type of misunderstanding and that they apologize, but it would be another 3 to 7 business days. What I'm so angry about is if I am just a day or two late they send me a letter talking about they're going to repossess my car. Now I'm sitting around trying to wait another 3 to 7 days after the 10 days I already waited. He had to restart the refund or something. I'm not sure what is happening but now my other bills, including my car insurance is getting held up and I'm going to end up lose my car insurance because y'all are playing around with my money. DO NOT USE THEM! I am absolutely livid and out of the 2 years of having them I have had them take my payments out twice a couple other times!

I lost my job going on 6 weeks waiting for unemployment tried to let customer service know that I'm not running from my responsibilities they belittled me told me to borrow from family I don't have and continue to call multiple times a day harassment. You know when you are doing what it takes to get through the depression of hard times then be treated like trash by a company when your honest and promise to get caught up as soon as you get money it's not good business.

If you can avoid using them as your lender DO IT. Rude customer service. Not a helping company in the least, if you fall on a hard time it's an act of God if you need a deferment. They will call you at least 4 times a day if you fall behind and if your making payments weekly to catch up you still get the ungodly amount of calls daily. It's an embarrassment trying to do the right thing and get punished for trying so hard to catch up with no help offered.

Answer: I'm sorry to say but you got scammed just like I did. Global Lending services LLC is a finance company that works with automobile financing through dealership. They would not have asked you to do anything like that. Global Lending only deals with loans that are covered by collateral, car loans, RV's, boats, things that they can repossess if you miss one payment. In general, unsecure loans are usually payday loans and personal loans offered over the internet by companies like plain green loans, opploans.com, greeb trust cash some are actually actually native American Tribes loans from $200 - $2000, short term at a very high rate of interest, barrow $1000 and you have to pay back over $3000 over a period of one to two years. Did you apply for one amount and he called you about bumping up to a higher amount? That's what happened to me. $10,000 is a lot of money, if you had over $2600, which you had taken from you by him, I think that you were taken advantage of and there's not much you can do about it, but file reports with the authorities and the FBI, go to www.ic3.gov there you will be able to file a complaint and print copies to give to the local authorities. They may not be able to do anything about it but you find that having a case number helps you when reporting to different agencies. There's a a couple, one is The consumer financial Bureau or something like that. Also report it to the Attorney General in the state in which you live. It's embarrassing, I know, I'm going through it myself. But you need to get the word out to others that these Bad guys are out there doing this to unsuspecting people who are already having financial problems. Something like this is devastating for someone who is on a fixed income and unfortunately those are the ones that they pray on.
