Well as you know the whole has been affected by the virus. However I call GLD to notify them that I was affected by this. No tried to help me. All they could say was pay what you can. I told the to come and get the vehicle just let me know when. I will take my things out. It's a shame that they are doing this in a Pandemic. This speaks volume about this company.
The company does not answer, the title department is never available and no one cares to help or follow up, i have not been able to re-register my car, because they have not transferred the title to my name, i was able to speak to them once and all i got from them is that it would take anywhere from 4-6 weeks before the tittle transfers to my name, what should i do, bill them for storage fees? This is ridiculous, the Senior Management is absent and is obvious that they do not care, they are unreachable no one knows who they are in their company or how to contact them. Avoid them even if is the last resource
My car got in a hit n run mostly totaled the insurance is messing with me and shop and adjuster taking for ever I tried to work with them on payments they were rude did not log any info in they hung up on me I haven't had my car in 6 month what a joke
I am so glad I no longer deal with these idiots. So much disrespect and bullies, I will make sure everyone knows not to deal with these things. Karma is coming big time! There is a GOD! I paid my bill and realized they took it out twice. I gave them a call and told them and the person I spoke to said that they would put in a request for a refund and it was gonna take 7 to 10 days so I called back yesterday and asked for an update, because I still have yet to receive the money, I spoke with someone different and they said that they were going to speak with someone else put me on hold for a while came back on the line and said that they were going to have to process it a different way and that there is some type of misunderstanding and that they apologize, but it would be another 3 to 7 business days. What I'm so angry about is if I am just a day or two late they send me a letter talking about they're going to repossess my car. Now I'm sitting around trying to wait another 3 to 7 days after the 10 days I already waited. He had to restart the refund or something. I'm not sure what is happening but now my other bills, including my car insurance is getting held up and I'm going to end up lose my car insurance because y'all are playing around with my money. DO NOT USE THEM! I am absolutely livid and out of the 2 years of having them I have had them take my payments out twice a couple other times!
My fiancé financed a car through Global Lending because at the time, his credit was less than great. He has had the car since 2019. We just voluntarily surrendered the car after 5 years because he found out he has paid almost $20,000 and they still want $13,500 as a pay off. They also informed him thst regardless of paying as much as he has, he will still be held responsible for whatever the car does not sell for. Not to mention they claimed they "can't find the car" and they have harassed numerous family members of ours. And the car has been sitting in the same spot in plain sight waiting on them for a week. DO NOT DO IT. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT.

Their customer service rep called me a liar without saying it exactly. She kept telling me how I have good credit or my interest rate wouldn't be do good. I didnt know 13.95% was good. This is the company last on the list they call when no one else will give u a loan to get a vehicle. I've paid more on Interest than I have principal. They make sure they get they're money. I paid extra AND paid early. I'm two payment behind and they say they're coming to get it. They already said this once and sent the paper saying they'd come get it in a certain date then two weeks later a guy calls want to know if I can make a payment. I said thought they was coming to get it. He said oh they just say that.
Due to COVID-19, they have no customer care options at all. I will be sure to avoid anymore business with them in the near future. Not even a one month extension. I was even willing to pay the interest to move it to the end of my loan. Can't wait to refinance my loan elsewhere than this Company. Everyone i know has gotten help by thier auto company. This is by far the first company I know that has no sympathy for thier customers during this pandemic.
Working with this company is a nightmare. Their customer service is horrible, you're constantly transferred around and your issues are never resolved, the reps aren't very knowledgeable and the overall experience of working with this company is frustrating.

I am writing this review on behalf of my son in law and daughter. The vehicle they purchased used 2 years ago has had nothing but problems first year transmission went out, 7,000 later now this year motor is blown, only vehicle they own and with COVID going on, my daughter and son in law have contacted them for help, they are rude, not helpful and very rudely let them know they have no options and my son in law has been laid off since August. Do not deal with this company EVER!
So back in Feb of 2020 before all hell broke out with Covid I got my car back they never put it back in my name never paid it no mind that I never got a registration renewal in the mail because of everything that was going on in the world. So long story short I tried to get the car inspected and realize my registration expired last year an these $#*!s never put the car back in my name. Got approved to refinance my car but can't because the car still not in my name after sending paperwork back to them last November smfh. This company has $#*!ed me so much on the last two years I finally gave birth to a 2 pound 3 ounce hermorrhoid smfh
I've had a car loan for just over 30 days this company never sent a letter or any other correspondence to let me know where to send the payment then talked $#*! saying I signed a piece of at the dealership. Nothing we got had a address to send the payment. So I waited to get something in the mail, never did. Got a certified letter 2 weeks after the payment was due i called the company
And they spoke to me like they weredoing me a favor by never sending a notice, and a address to senf the payment. Working to work would be less bull$#*!. I'm getting out of the loan as soon as possible.
This is the worst company ever. They will not work with you at all. Absolutely disgusting! I've had some difficulties after Covid with work hours being decreased. Asked this company to assist me in placing one month to the back of the loan to get caught up and be current. Just one month and they refused. Many of us have had to struggle to get caught up because of the pandemic. And to be in business with a less the caring fiancé company, makes it even the more difficult. Can't wait to be able to refinance. Would NOT recommend this company.
GLS is the worst. They will call 18 times a day if you are 1 day late. They give you a hard time for asking for a due date change. They will tell you a deferred payment is possible only to have another rep tell you that the car is subject to repo. In thd midst of a pandemic they do nothing to help and refuse even to waive a late fee. You call customer service to have someone from a foreign country that you can not understand. I refinanced my loan with a credit union and chopoed 12 points off of my interest and got my payments cut in half. So glad to be done with this loan shark company.
Every time I've tried to reach customer service, I am routed to someone else that DOES NOT answer. On a Friday morning at 10 AM. Also, they tried to take payment out of my bank account weeks after I voluntarily repossessed the car. I called in a panic- once again, they can't help because they are sorry people that can't do their job/and don't care about the customer. Transferred to someone that NEVER ANSWERED after 20 mins on hold. Called back original number, got someone that cancelled my payment for me, as my account/sign in info was never given or prompted the whole time I had the vehicle, no way for me to access my information or cancel it by myself. (SET UP) Turns out the first girl I spoke with about cancelling payments was just lazy and or stupid. Zero stars. Leave the dealership immediately if they deal with GLS because they are most likely crooked also if they are connected with GLS.
I bought my chevy of course from a chevrolet dealership, and they set me up with this crap company a year ago with a 21% interest rate, flash forward to this year, covid-19 no help from them during that time period, and now I'm joining the Navy so I lowered my insurance cuz I'm not driving it, and mom said I got a letter saying no you need full coverage, and I called them and they transferred me 3 times just to give me another phone number to call when I don't have time to do so. Can't wait to refinance.
This is the worst company in the world to do business with. During this pandemic, I have tried on numerous occasions to ask for a car deferment. They never do anything to help their customers. First I was told I must make six consecutive payments. I've done this since January, even though being out of work for five months due to the corona virus. Then they say, oh you must make one more. So I scramble to get the money and then when I ask again they say no it is to the managers discretion and we say no. They refuse to do a due date change with me, and love adding late fees to my account. They put a repo hit on my car, even though for the entire year, I have made arrangements and have paid them, sometimes going without food or other essentials or even borrowing to pay them. Their customer service agents are from China and you can't understand what they say. It is absurd and disgusting that during a pandemic with so many displaced workers that Global has no program to help. I was informed today I have 27 payments left to go. I'm hoping for a better year in 2021 so I can hopefully double up on these payments and be done with them in a year. NEVER AGAIN... Stay far away from these blood sucking maggots.

I am trying to make arrangements to get an extension on my payment.I called in May to do this they told me I had to be past due. I called In June and got the run around and was told I wasn't eligible because I needed to be critically behind. They tell me something different everytime. Nothing but a FRAUD COMPANY. I have on time everytime execpt May when I ran into a financial problem.Just check my history

I had an accident last weekend and both cars were totaled and it wasn't my fault. And because that person had bs american access my insurance took care of most and left me with 2,500 left to pay my loan place and so I spoke with a rep of globallending and asked if it was possible to get another loan and add the remaining balance due because I really didnt want to lose their business and I was told it's really up to the car place if they do business with global lendings so of course I'm under the impression it was okay so I go to the same car place and test drove 2 cars did all that paperwork and waiting and unnecessary credit hardship just to be denied by you when you simply could of told me on the phone the real deal. Despite the accident I made all my payments on time, early, even paid more then I should sometimes not to mention you dont report my payments only to be treated like this thanks for making my life harder I'll never refer anybody here

Answer: I'm sorry to say but you got scammed just like I did. Global Lending services LLC is a finance company that works with automobile financing through dealership. They would not have asked you to do anything like that. Global Lending only deals with loans that are covered by collateral, car loans, RV's, boats, things that they can repossess if you miss one payment. In general, unsecure loans are usually payday loans and personal loans offered over the internet by companies like plain green loans, opploans.com, greeb trust cash some are actually actually native American Tribes loans from $200 - $2000, short term at a very high rate of interest, barrow $1000 and you have to pay back over $3000 over a period of one to two years. Did you apply for one amount and he called you about bumping up to a higher amount? That's what happened to me. $10,000 is a lot of money, if you had over $2600, which you had taken from you by him, I think that you were taken advantage of and there's not much you can do about it, but file reports with the authorities and the FBI, go to www.ic3.gov there you will be able to file a complaint and print copies to give to the local authorities. They may not be able to do anything about it but you find that having a case number helps you when reporting to different agencies. There's a a couple, one is The consumer financial Bureau or something like that. Also report it to the Attorney General in the state in which you live. It's embarrassing, I know, I'm going through it myself. But you need to get the word out to others that these Bad guys are out there doing this to unsuspecting people who are already having financial problems. Something like this is devastating for someone who is on a fixed income and unfortunately those are the ones that they pray on.
