Never again
October 2, 2020

Had a 2015 Ford Fusion through Capitol One, that car wash totaled after getting hit by a drunk driver. Went to dealership a week later to get a new car and GLS approved me but with an 18% interest rate since I was still showing an open auto loan for the Fusion. (2 weeks after wreck)
Fast forward 4 years later, still owe $******* on the car that total amount financed was $*******. 2 years left on the loan at $443 per month. I drive a lot of miles, car has 172k on it now and is not worth more than $3000. I make payments half payments every 2 weeks to make it easier to manage my finances. The last payment is made a few days after the due date and like clockwork, the day after due day the auto dialer goes wild and calls usually 3 times a day. The website is not convenient to be able to set up future payments for more than a couple weeks. Everyone is not trying to get over on the system, just trying to make the best of a messed up situation would be nice if they didn't treat all of their customers like deadbeats.

Shut them Down Please
September 28, 2020

This is the worst Company we ever did business with. They do not care about their customers or what is going on in
The world today. They make me sick and I am so tired of dealing with them. Its almost like they harrass their
Customers. You can talk to 3 or different persons and you never get an answer and everyone tells you something
Different and they DO NOT CARE OR HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. We are looking for another Company to finance our car. CAN NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE ANY LONGER.

For the last 4 years I have made a $405.00 car note, have a choice to refinance but chose not thinking would help my credit, I have few up & downs, they would ask to put car loan 2 months behind contract, now that only owe them 1,000 left they are reporting me 60 days late took my credit down 80 points calling everyday 3 or 4 times a day I now a new challenger financed by capitol one so far so good, global should ashamed of theirselves especially during a pandemic when other establishments are helping. Glad I'm dont with them & they can kiss my ASSETS

Moved-On
July 19, 2020

I never once had a problem with them however my interest rate was a little higher due to bankruptcy it was 16.93 which the money I have been paying for was going to interest and not the car itself. I refenced with open road landing. I have to say way better interest rate and my car payment was way lower. It seems this company works with people with little to no credit or bad credit. Help this helps.

Their customer service rep called me a liar without saying it exactly. She kept telling me how I have good credit or my interest rate wouldn't be do good. I didnt know 13.95% was good. This is the company last on the list they call when no one else will give u a loan to get a vehicle. I've paid more on Interest than I have principal. They make sure they get they're money. I paid extra AND paid early. I'm two payment behind and they say they're coming to get it. They already said this once and sent the paper saying they'd come get it in a certain date then two weeks later a guy calls want to know if I can make a payment. I said thought they was coming to get it. He said oh they just say that.

Global has done nothing but give us run around and put all my information out. We missed one payment and they were quick to call family and friends NOT on my contact list for money. So all my family and friends knew I was late on a payment. They also admitted to getting my information through my SOCIAL SECURITY and CREDIT! Which is absurd. Then I finally get my unemployment after 3 months of waiting. They repoed my car and made us go through 5 different numbers just to find out global sent my car to an auction after 3 days of being repoed when I was told I had 15 days before it would go to an auction. The rep Was rude to me and we had paid 2000 and still may not get our car today! I'm very upset and I recommend no one servicing through them. We will be refinancing our car through someone better! Worst company ever. I hope they go bankrupt and all their stocks and businesses fail! Nothing but a bunch of greedy bastards.

Bull$#*!
June 27, 2020

I had an accident last weekend and both cars were totaled and it wasn't my fault. And because that person had bs american access my insurance took care of most and left me with 2,500 left to pay my loan place and so I spoke with a rep of globallending and asked if it was possible to get another loan and add the remaining balance due because I really didnt want to lose their business and I was told it's really up to the car place if they do business with global lendings so of course I'm under the impression it was okay so I go to the same car place and test drove 2 cars did all that paperwork and waiting and unnecessary credit hardship just to be denied by you when you simply could of told me on the phone the real deal. Despite the accident I made all my payments on time, early, even paid more then I should sometimes not to mention you dont report my payments only to be treated like this thanks for making my life harder I'll never refer anybody here

Well as you know the whole has been affected by the virus. However I call GLD to notify them that I was affected by this. No tried to help me. All they could say was pay what you can. I told the to come and get the vehicle just let me know when. I will take my things out. It's a shame that they are doing this in a Pandemic. This speaks volume about this company.

I was able to get a 1 month extension in March due to covid-19. When I tried to get one for April they told me I wouldn't be able to get another one unless I made a payment. The person said if I made my payment in April, I'd get another extension in May. So I made my payment and now they are telling me I don't qualify. 3 employees say they saw the notes on my file that state I was promised another extension if I made my payment "but unfortunately you don't qualify for another extension"
I spoke to someone and she said she would put in a request to management and I would either receive extension paperwork in my email or a manager would call me back. Neither of those things happened and it is now 12 days later.
I called customer care and I get "unfortunately you don't qualify". I ask for a manager. The person she puts on the phone I'm pretty sure was NOT a manager because she just kept mimicking what the customer care rep said. I said ok, I want to talk to YOUR boss. She says she will set up an "escalation" and I should receive a call in 5 days from "upper management"
I worked in this customer service game for over 20 years and I know everything they are doing right now.
Please tell me a verbal/documented promise to me counts as some kind of a contract?

Due to COVID-19, they have no customer care options at all. I will be sure to avoid anymore business with them in the near future. Not even a one month extension. I was even willing to pay the interest to move it to the end of my loan. Can't wait to refinance my loan elsewhere than this Company. Everyone i know has gotten help by thier auto company. This is by far the first company I know that has no sympathy for thier customers during this pandemic.

I bought my chevy of course from a chevrolet dealership, and they set me up with this crap company a year ago with a 21% interest rate, flash forward to this year, covid-19 no help from them during that time period, and now I'm joining the Navy so I lowered my insurance cuz I'm not driving it, and mom said I got a letter saying no you need full coverage, and I called them and they transferred me 3 times just to give me another phone number to call when I don't have time to do so. Can't wait to refinance.

Covid-19
May 5, 2020

I called to request an extension since being laid off due to covid-19, All I Got was a BIG NOOOOO, I was told that they are not giving extensions as of May 1st. This company is a joke, they even have on their paper statements that if making a payment is difficult that they have options so I wonder why they have that on there if it's not true. I'm so frustrated that I could possibly loose my car since I'm still waiting on unemployment.

Worst possible company on the face of the planet. I made my truck payment with proof that I made it, and the company refuses admit it. I've been dealing with this BS for over a month. They have dinged my credit, lied to my bank, lied to me more than times I can count on both hands, will NOT even Acknowledge any email sent to them, and the staff will literally call you a liar & hand up the phone. They will steal your money and help you look for it. Definitely gonna be hearing from my lawyer.

Just want to say you are the worst company.
You are so heartless!
People are out of work and need help.
When I called I was told you would not give any deferment to those that are struggling in this time out of work.
Other companies are giving up to 6 months!
You have made me have to choose to feed my family or make a car payment! Guess my children will be hungry.
I WILL refinance as soon as possible! You will not get any more money from me!
Heartless, soulless and greedy people! I'm going to make sure everyone knows how you are doing business!
