I started with Glowhost hosting only because they were cheapest web hosting provider. I did not want to spend lot of money of my website. After spending some time with this web host, I realize that its not right to say that only expensive companies can be good companies and one does not get good things in low cost.

It is so cool to see such care being taken with teaching an obviously excellent system! You have a great service. I'm a web developer and I host all the sites I build for my customers with you because i can count on you reliability and know that I will get customer support when needed. I have registered 2 domains and decided to host my sites with Glowhost for ourselves and our customers. One reason we chose Glowhost was for the cheap pricing for hosting, as we want to save some money for future projects and get reliable technologies services. The setup is quick and easy, and if we ever have questions, they are answered very promptly. We are very satisfied with Glowhost!

I have been with Glowhost for a long time. While they don't have much variety in their packages (they only have two... they had just the one when I first signed up so they are improving), what they do offer is outstanding.

I was used to 3-5 day turn around for even the most simple of questions with previous hosts. Glowhost web host not only answers support requests and questions the same day but often in the same HOUR that questions are submitted. All in all, it has the best customer support department around.

Luckily I've haven't had to use the support a lot, but when I have had to use it, responses have been very fast, and they will work with you to get things fixed. Lots of features offered by glowhost team, very knowledgeable fast and friendly support and the price is reasonable.

I'm sending one more email to thank Glowhost, with complete sincerity, for the quality of the technical service provided. I just spoke with support, they immediately pointed me in the right direction over multiple issues where previously I would have been left with hours of confusion. This is the type of assistance essential to the web developer. I would recommend Glowhost web hosting services to other webmasters.

I keep on falling in love everyday with Glowhost! They're all extremely knowledgeable and easily understands my geeky techno terms. The main thing is that they have sorted my issue out and today everything is all up and running for me. At no point did I feel as I was a being a difficult customer (which I am sure I was!) to deal with. Nothing was a problem for the team at all.

Every support ticket I have put in has been responded to in under 5 minutes and just about every ticket I have put in has been fully resolved within about 10 to 15 minutes. I have primarily used their support desk for help although I have contacted their tech support guy via MSN as well as calling them when I was not near a computer and they have always been very helpful. Glowhost provider is Fantastic!

I have been thoroughly impressed with Glowhost from the beginning, after doing research on this site and then deciding to signup with them. The best part is the customers service. I have had several after hours questions and have always had a response within ten minutes, in some cases immediately.

The hosting service is first class and I would never go anywhere else! Absolutely fantastic! They take all of the hassle and technical stuff out of web design, I can just tell them what I want and leave it with them, they sort out all the bells and whistles!

Others may be good, there may even be someone better, but my experience has been completely satisfying and I would recommend Glowhost web hosting to anyone. The upload and download speeds are incredibly fast, and the features are standard but very well supported.

Recommended! Glowhost hosting is my forth hosting provider I have been with over the last 2,5 years. I wish I would have found them from the beginning. They have affordable hosting, excellent service, and a great staff.

The reviews here were spot on with respect to Glowhost. Their support is top-notch; they were quick to answer my questions and proactively ask me if I needed assistance. I can vouch that they are always watching as they contacted me during my signup process (I had to reactivate my PayPal account and it took me about 10 minutes) to let me know they were aware of the delay and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to assist me.
