Great hosting! I have been using glowhost wordpress hosting service for 4 months now! The server stopped working once but after 25 mins they fixed the problem and even upgraded the hardware at no extra charge! Best support ever! They will help you with anything be it Scripts, Billing, or the server itself. I plan on being with them a long time.

Excellent support, excellent response time...I would highly recommend them. Glowhost.com customer service is friendly and has always been great. I have wanted a few things changed with my account and they have all been done within minutes of me asking (upgrading and downgrading packages).

Glowhost is the best hosting I've ever been with. Great uptime, great prices and even great support staff! The thing is that they helped me through two domain changes in under a week without slowing down, there always improving, and I am always up. The speed is fast with the new upgrade they just gave out! Everything works like a clock and I am 100% satisfied using their ssd web hosting services.

Go with Glowhost hosting provider because you will not regret it! Their interface for website and email maintenance is superb! It's so easy to manage all of our sites through them! They have been GREAT! The package is fully featured too, without any of the annoying restrictions that larger companies impose. No negatives at all.

I was used to 3-5 day turn around for even the most simple of questions with previous hosts. Glowhost web host not only answers support requests and questions the same day but often in the same HOUR that questions are submitted. All in all, it has the best customer support department around.

No doubt, glowhost is really good web host. Servers respond fast, and i've never experienced downtime. Features are very good. And they increased everyone's bandwidth for free a while ago.

In dealing with a provider, I also have to keep in mind my customers, because I own a computer shop and I am often asked who I would recommend. Therefore, the provider I use had better be good because I recommend them to my valuable customers. And I've never had a problem with nor heard any complaints about Glowhost hosting service.

I would have rated Glowhost a 4 out of 5 because being an absolute perfectionist, I NEVER give anyone maximum marks. This host offers services that are very valuable at an affordable price. Have had great experience with these guys. I've had numerous others in the past, only for them to cause hours of work with every change they made to their systems.

Luckily I've haven't had to use the support a lot, but when I have had to use it, responses have been very fast, and they will work with you to get things fixed. Lots of features offered by glowhost team, very knowledgeable fast and friendly support and the price is reasonable.

It is one of the most reliable hosts I have ever found. Friendly staff that actually know you and your sites and care, not just an operater in a busy building. I like Glowhost free Bonuses, a great price - what else can you ask for. I haven't had to use technical service but everything else has worked as advertised. What I want to say is that everything works fine with this decent host.

Recommend Glowhost web host and their services. Two years later and still going strong. It makes hosting one less headache. Hosting is important so who you host with matters tremendously.
