Glowhost

I switched from another provider to GlowHost because I use two things primarily - Invoice Ninja and osTicket. There were issues with osTicket being upgraded and not being able to export/print PDF, and very recently (2023-08-31) Invoice Ninja had an update that either broke t he app or prevented PDF viewing - depending on what you did. While the previous hosting company helped somewhat, they've never gone into as much detail as GlowHost. The time, patience and assistance given - even creating admin logins for them (at my suggestion/request) so that the direct issues can be seen, troubleshooted and resolved - is above and beyond any customer service I've received at any other hosting company. I should also mention that they're one of the very few that will allow you to pay monthly if you'd rather for your site. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The pricing offered by Glowhost is competitive - you will get what you pay for. They have manage to keep my site running smoothly even when it has grown three times bigger than it was with the previous hosts and I must say: always with excellent service and response times. Excellent support, excellent response time... I would highly recommend them.

Glowhost has been hosting our industrial equipment site for some time now, and we could not be happier with the level of service we have received. Great hosting! I have been using GlowHost for 6 months now! The server stopped working once but after 11 Minutes they fixed the problem and even upgraded the hardware at no extra charge! Best support ever! They will help you with anything be it Scripts, Billing, or the server itself.
If you have a problem. They will be there to help you.
And for what you get, the prices are fantastic. Lots of companies charge a lot more for a lot less.
I highly recommend GlowHost. I plan on being with them a long time.

I chose Glowhost hosting after reading a long thread of their customers $#*!ing about their service and thought gee I wish I had their problems. I have never been aware of downtime. We had one glitch when changing servers due to a non standard config that I asked for and they supplied both before and after the server change for no cost. They go above and beyond and with that pricing, you would expect a lot less.

Glowhost hosting provider is rated at the top of my list for a satisfying experience. Support is usually great, my only complain being that the original average support response time of 10 minutes is now more like 20 minutes. This is to be expected with the kind of growth they've experienced, however. All in all, my experience has been great and I will definitely continue using their ssd hosting services.

Glowhost is the best hosting I've ever been with. Great uptime, great prices and even great support staff! The thing is that they helped me through two domain changes in under a week without slowing down, there always improving, and I am always up. The speed is fast with the new upgrade they just gave out! Everything works like a clock and I am 100% satisfied using their ssd web hosting services.

Everything is great! The support team are very cool and fast! I have been hosted with many other web hosts but Glowhost is the best! They offer free domain - it's great. They were extremely patient as I cluelessly asked for various ports to be opened to allow extra functionality on one of my sites.
Uptime is (nearly) 100%. You know, I've encountered a few small hick-ups in the last 3 months but in fact I haven't encountered any problems during the last month.

It is one of the most reliable hosts I have ever found. Friendly staff that actually know you and your sites and care, not just an operater in a busy building.
