If I could give negative stars, I would like come on. People are paying for your service and you keep on disconnecting anytime of the day. People are busy and needs to do their work. While globe sits still and trolls people by cutting the internet for 10 mins just to continue it later on when their customers already suffered, money hungry people. So F**** STUPID.
Worst experience with their internet, and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Filed a for technician visit since we dont have internet for about a week, and the visit keeps on getting rescheduled and CANCELLED. It seems that their red counterpart is better!

Dealing with Globe Telecom's customer service has been a nightmare. Agents are not only incompetent but also seem to have mastered the art of promising callbacks that never happen. Reference numbers are handed out like confetti, but they're as useful as a broken pencil. Frustration is their only reliable service.
First of all, how do you guys even get things working. Just even increasing the mbps is a good idea like who seriously haven't thought of that? Everytime i check the signal strength and mbps it 'always says request timed out' like how on earth does anyone even not complaining about this? Overall its just bad.
Globe will consume your regular load if you don't register and you turn on your data. How? How?! I've never used any of my socmed platforms even messenger and yet you consume my load? Grow up! Get better, globe.
I have been a Globe Telecom subscriber for more than a decade, and I recently renewed my postpaid account. I requested a change to my old mobile number. Globe recycles mobile numbers, but do not take the time and make the effort to check if the recycled number they will assign a subscriber is fully free to be used. The recycled number they assigned to me cannot be used on Apple, GCash, or BDO. I asked for the recycled number they gave me to be changed to a new, clean one or reverted to the original number. I even said that if I have to pay ₱5,500.00 PHP for the admin fee, I'd be willing to do so just to get it changed to a truly new, clean number I can use. But they're unwilling to assist me and are dead set on telling me, "YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR 6 MONTHS". The recycled number is only good for texts and calls. Globe Telecom's chat representatives are no better than their chat bot. They do not consider situations. They're unwilling to escalate requests. Team leads, supervisors, and managers are hesitant to look into the valid reasons for the second change number request. Globe Telecom does not value loyal repeat business. I regret ever renewing my account with them. I am in utter disgust with the lack of empathy.
So every month I reload 1000 peso promo on my globe at home sim. THIS MONTH HOWEVER once my sim told me that my promo expired I reloaded again immediately because I was streaming a movie at that time BUT BEHOLD it said cannot connect to internet. Transfered sim to phone but apparently had no MMI. Help line just linked to globe facts website. The globe desk only know to recommend new sim for every problem. LOST 1000 pesos and a new sim to globe. Smart is better never had problems for the last 5 years
Globe operates in silos. They have departments that do not coordinate with each other for the customer. They will pass you on from one service group to another. Their systems aren't design to align themselves with information to help their customers. Their frontline agents aren't empowered.
Requested to be permanently terminated as we have move houses but they dont respond inly an automated response from their email *******@globe.com.ph
They still bill me every month. Very poor service
We visited my wife's family for a 3-month stay in the Philippines and subscribed to talk and text monthly plan. We spoke with 3 Globe sales people who all suggested a 6-month plan would be best for our stay and the account would no longer be charged after 3 months of inactivity. Monthly billing statements were issued after the 3-month period and sent family members on our behalf to the local office, on multiple occasions, to resolve the issue. Globe would not assist them and demanded that we come to their office to speak with them. We were then threatened by a collections' agency to pay for the extended services that we did not agree to, including a termination fee that was not disclosed when signing the contract, in order to close this account. We continue to share our negative experience with our extended family and friends. Bye-Bye Globe!
You have very poor and unstable signal here in Occidental Mindoro, even your data services are poor too, so bad that I want to switch to other network
Every thing about Globe is bad news and now they have this lockin contract that chains the consumer. That should be unconstitutional. As consumers we should have the liberty to transfer especially if the service provided is not even worth the bill we pay. They have a very fluctuating internet. Gets worse when it rains. I didn't know fiber has that weakness. There is constant disruption of our video conferencing and online gaming. I thought they improved after 8 years but nahh they only get worse. I never knew a company could be so bad at their job that they are so good at fooling people and deceiving many to avail their worthless services. I tell you, in this time that we need internet, do not put your trust to Globe. Better go to a better service provider like Sky Fiber or PLDT (PLDT is good in our area). Sometimes it's per location also. So please not saying I didn't warn you. Globe is not worth a peso.
Worst ISP I have ever experienced. Having to work around many hacks by the Globe network. Routers do not work and censor your searches. When it rains, Globe is down, but they still have your money due to the BS contracts that you cannot get out of without paying a bribe penalty of several months service, which you do not get. Slow as hell with frequent throttling of connections. Want to have hackers on your system? -get globe phiilippines wifi.
Globe telco will be providing you assistance if you're a new customer. But for disconnection, goodluck. You wont be able to get any assistance from any of their customer service.
If you go to a Globe store anywhere, they have customer service there but they will refer you to the phone lines and you have to call customer service from the landlines.
Poor quality of service.
Disconnection - even if your contract is over, they will still charge you big amount of money.
If you're having bad connection or service time off because of bad weather and stuff, no adjustments will be provided - you still have to pay whole month's bill and they will inform you they have adjusted it on the bill already.
Mind them, I work for a telco company based in Australia, they cant fool me.
They are full of words but less actions.
Maybe just doing jobs for the sake of the salary but 101% - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE BEING PROVIDED

When you call 211, it'll give you options to choose one and no option to speak to customer service. It'll give you a ticket number to advise a Globe representative will contact you within 3-5 business days! The timeframe has passesld, nobody called and another text message would advise that your issue has been resolved? What the hell is going on with you people!

Worst isp in the philippines, maybe the world. Hacking attempts probably from the globe staff/admins who use their firewalls as a DOS for paid users. $#*!ty router/modems that constantly are a problem with disconnects. Uses it's dns servers to block, censor and DOS your net activity. Try smart or pldt. Avoid globe at all costs unless you're hacking their $#*!ty isp for free. I have no commercial interest in this. Just as a user of globe and smart. Smart is 100 times better than globe.
I'm a prepaid customer, and this is the worst.
1. No actual operator that you can talk too.
2. kiosk service@ SM megamall is very poor.
A. queing time is 2 hr and 30 mins
b. There info screen refresh time, is slow. It doesnt show exactly what number is being service at the moment.
C. customer service doesnt have a mic to get the attention of the person being served, you can bearly hear them call you when ther kiosk is full..
I do not have any problems with the chat bot. It is being used worldwide. I understood that perfectly. However if a query cannot be answered by a chat bot you will be advised to log a complain and they will answer within 24 hours. Isn't it ironic that internet was created for faster communication but one has to wait one day when they have concerns? It is understandable if it is no longer within the working hours or it is a non working day. Is Thursday at 01:00PM not a working day/hours in the Philippines? I am in Middle East the telecommunication here if the customer cannot get an answer from a chat bot there is a choice to be connected to a working HUMAN or SOMEBODY will be in the chatroom for the clients. Globe is a big company can they not hire directly employees who will be in the customer support department?
Answer: I am getting it nearly free I would not pay for this ISP if not.
