Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to file a complain against Globe Philippines for not proceeding the Termination of Internet line services request and continously issuing/sending us billing eventhough we disconnected the router and we are not using our Internet Connection because to incapable of paying our bills due to pandemic. We approached already the SM Tarlac branch to process our Termination of Line Services and paid the remaining balance but still they are continously sending us billing. We are suffering a lot and getting stress what they doing... Please help us to process our Termination of our line Sevices from them. Anyone concern person in NTC-National Telecommunication Commission please help us...
We file this 5months ago and the we continously following up thru email and thru phone but they are not responding.
