Placed an order on 10/08, my cc was charged, however charms still have not left China and it's 10/22 already. Had I known, I never would have ordered.

I have not yet recieved ny purchase of the charm picture I ordered and I have sent email to see if it has been shipped the order number doesnt exist and I am very upset that know one has emailed me back

Still haven't received an item I ordered on Pandora website & was linked to these police requested a refund several times sent emails no one has answered this is a scam website
I placed an order 11/27 & it's not Pandora the loop holes this is a scam.

I purchase them for use on pandora bracelet & band. Very well priced compared to the real pandora charms. Plenty of variety to choose from. Freebies added sometimes. Very happy with their service.

The charms I ordered were much smaller than described. The delivery service used was horrible. I paid for rush shipping but did not receive it in time.

So bad. In fact I dont receive anything after payment. Very very slowly, no information, no updates, tracking number always errors. What do you know my feelings?

Garbled emails asking for more Id and never fulfilling one of my orders. Customer service was terrible with no real explanation of where my order is i sent an email telling them why i am so dissatisfied and never got a reply NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

You are a rip off. Your website says free shipping on orders over $150.00. When the COURIER arrived he charged me over $20.00. I did not receive a free gift. Never again.

Need to response to phone or emails first time don't know if I would do it again could be a gu company but not to relate to customers is no good service

Very pleased with over all purchase. From the ordering process to it being sent I did not have a problem with anything and the items that I ordered are of good quality.

I never received any form of receipt or reply to my inquiry about a receipt. It's been 2 weeks since they shipped out my order and still have yet to see it

Whilst the item I purchased was as I expected it to be the packaging was dreadfultthe box was 10 times the size of the item and it was in a tiny plastic bag - as the item is to be a gift not impressed that I have to waste time finding a suitable gift box

I ordered a charm for my fiancé for Valentine's Day she picked out because she wanted the free charm gift that came with the order however I did not receive the free charm as advertised with my order.
