I purchased a lovely pair of shoes at it was too big although I ordered my size. In exchange Guiseppe warehouse sent my shoes to wrong address and when I contacted Guiseppe asked them contact DHL to exchange delievry to correct address they instructed DHL sent my shoes back to warehouse and then I received follow up email they will issue refund it; s been over a 3 weeks not money seen in my account. Been on phone 10+ times of not received refund, every time I receive same answer: we have refunded. I also send them my bank statement to proof money not received money they still arguing they have. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointing and won't ever buy Guiseppe shoes. I have no choice than instruct solicitor for my refund as it's a lot of money not received from Guiseppe. Please be careful with this company.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Giuseppe Zanotti's website. I was given an order number and a link to track my shoes - no carrier name or tracking number. The shoes were shipped from Italy. The shoes made it to Atlanta, but suddenly there was a hold on the delivery according to the tracking site. I called the customer service number several times and got hung up on after long waits on hold. All I need is the tracking number and the carrier name to find out why my shoes are being and how to retrieve the shoes from hold.

Giuseppe is & probably will be on the pricey side. They NEVER cut corners on the QUALITY of the shoe. Most Italian brands are probably the best shoes made. But Giuseppe Zanotti is the leader of the pack! I can't complain about one darn thing... not even the price. I have have at least 10 pair & I paid altogether over 30k. My favorite cost $5500 & my 2nd favorite cost $3500. The rest cost somewhere in the neighborhood of the $3500 but no less than $2k
Ordered a hat and received a total different hat when I called their customer service they told me to send them the picture and they will check what happened. After some days I called them again, they then sent me a shipping label to print and ship back, I called them on the 7th day to confirm if the have received the package only for the Costomer service lady to tell me that they uploaded the wrong picture on the site and that they don't have the kind of product. They need to reorganize them self.
They are holding my refund and have held it for more than 3 months. I bought the shoes on July 17th. Returned it the same day I received it in the mail. Confirmation the return was processed on August 4th and it is now October and I have yet to receive my refund. Scam artists bc I tried disputing with my bank and they told my bank they have issued the funds EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT RELEASED THE FUNDS FOR MONTHS. Please do not buy from them. I am short 500$ And not sure if I will ever see it again because they are scam artists!

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS. I SPENT $800 on a shoe that was not DELIVERED to me. UPS driver signed my name, I called and complained costumer service was SOOOO RUDE " based in NEW YORK" always ignored my emails and never went through with the investigation with UPS. I just lost $0800 and these people were literally laughing at me when I finally got someone to answer me. WHAT A JOKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING FROM ZAPPOS
I went into the Giuseppe Zanotti location on Madison ave, in New York City to buy my wife a pair of sneakers and i was racially Profiled! As soon as i walked in the front door the lady at the register jumped on the phone and called all her co-workers to the front. One male even walked over to the front door to act like he was arranging Handbags just so he can make sure i didn't steal. I came in there to buy a pair of $850 sneakers and ended up buying a pair of $1,300. Sneakers for my wife. The only reason why I bought the sneakers after i felt like i was being profiled as a black man about to steal from them, is because it was 2 days before Christmas 2014 and my wife really wanted some sneakers from that Desighner. After i paid for the Sneakers I was spoken to in a very rude manner buy a Manager in the store. It killed me to bite my tongue but i did. Ok 3 days later i returned to the store to exchange the sneakers for a bigger size and the same lady that called her co-workers to the front was there and she was very rude to me and my wife while our 6 year old child was present. I went off on her that time! Enough is enough! I would never shop in that store again they are racist and its funny because the ladies that were rude and nasty where black just like me!
If you want unique and quality design - you should check it out. Beware, it's not for the ones with shallow pockets!
