They are holding my refund and have held it for more than 3 months. I bought the shoes on July 17th. Returned it the same day I received it in the mail. Confirmation the return was processed on August 4th and it is now October and I have yet to receive my refund. Scam artists bc I tried disputing with my bank and they told my bank they have issued the funds EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT RELEASED THE FUNDS FOR MONTHS. Please do not buy from them. I am short 500$ And not sure if I will ever see it again because they are scam artists!

IF YOURE GOING TO SEND A REP, IVE TALKED TO YOUR REP 3 X AND THEY ALWAYS SAY THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO EVEN THOUGH YOURE HOLDING MY REFUND. SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR I WILL POST ALL OVER THE MEDIA ABOUT WHAT SCAM ARTISTS YOU ARE.
