Ordered the backyard water park on June 15th. It is now July 31st and I still do not have even a shipping confirmation. I have emailed company numerous times and always receive back a response with run around answers to my questions as to my order status. Will be filing a claim with the better business bureau!
Ordered inflatable yard wheel. They said they were overwhelmed with orders. Card was eventually charged. Was given tracking from LAOS, which was not helpful for tracking in the US. Every email was answered with unhelpful, generic nonsense. At one point a small envelope with a tiny bracelet charm arrived bearing a return address of the Philippines. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was issued an immediate credit. At that time I also discovered my charge was set up as recurring. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I ordered two cell phone holders for motorcycles. After two months and many e-mails to their "customer service rep" I received a package from the Philippines. Inside was a small pink bow and ribbon. Another e-mail was answered by the same shipping info sent earlier. I'm other words, as far as they are concerned, my item was shipped and received. End of transaction.
Ordered splish splash for grand kids July 3rd and asked for tracking but they keep telling due to high demand... beware after 30 days via paypal your're screwed. I just went through PP for refund before it's to late!
Ordered and paid for a product I never received. Do not purchase anything from this company. Buyers beware, after looking at other reviews, multiple people have had the same issue. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Aside from that, your order has been shipped and now transit to your location.
