Purchased a backyard blow up water park for $99, never received a shipping confirmation. Sent them an email 2-3 weeks later to find out what was going on. They responded with a generic email stating how busy they were and offered a 10% discount on another item. Weeks continued to go by with no help from them. I finally filed a dispute through PayPal then received an email from the company saying the shipment has already been sent... but still no tracking number. I asked for a refund so after a week or two they sent me an email saying they had refunded m money but they never did. This is BS! How is this crap allowed to advertise on Facebook? I think we need to go after them! Facebook should be responsible!

Nothing but a scam! I ordered three items from them and after several inquiries the "customer service" kept giving me a website to go to to track my items. Well the items were tracked to Laos but stated that I could not track the items any further and referred me back to gimme gimme. I have requested a refund and was told that because the items have shipped they could not refund my money. I was then refer to back to the tracking website which again said the same thing as it said before. So when I, again, questioned them about my items and their location there was no response. And of course no answer to my question about getting a refund. Now I see that their website is under construction. I have already contacted the proper organizations in order to start to look into gimme gimme and was told that they will continue to look into this and bring in the proper authorities if necessary. On another chat room I have also discovered that some legal action is going to be taking place. Long story short stay away from gimme gimme. They will never fulfill their promise or their orders

Just like everyone else I ordered the back yard water park on 6/20. It was via an ad on Facebook so I just assumed it was legit and didn't look up any info on the company. I'll never make that mistake again. Product never shipped I went back and forth with them a couple times. On 8/9 I received an email that they refunded my $59.99 to my card. I was so happy. But of course that was a lie too. 8/20 and still no refund to my card. I responded to that refund email today and my response came back as undeliverable. Went to their website and their domain is for sale. Shame on them. I'm sure our stories are only a fraction of the money that they stole.

If there was a 0 for rating that's what they would get. Please Don't Buy From Them! You will not get your order or money back. I ordered a water slide for my grand children and never received it. I asked for s refund and never received a response for my refund. What I received was a 10% discount for future purchase Really. I contact my credit card company and they still to date have not responded back to them, so I guess I am Screwed l.,,,. This site needs to be taken down for Stealing and Fraud.

So I'm a real normal person. I ordered June 4. Didn't receive an acceptable of order confirmation for 2 weeks hen 2 weeks later they told me it shipped... but still no tracking. So I waited and asked for an update and then they gave me the tracking. And another 2 weeks so 6 weeks at this point and still no items so I asked for a refund but they said t shipped so they couldn't refund me yet I didn't have a tracking update. So then 2 weeks later they tell me they're refundig me my money because they no longer have this item in stock. WhT!? I read reviews before ordering and believe they're bogus... no way are they real.
