This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
I paid extra to have the basket delivered on Friday and it didn't delivery until Monday after 6 p.m. If you are going to offer expedited delivery at a cost, then you need to get it there when you say you will.
I paid $30+ extra to expedite the delivery to the next day and they didn't even receive it until 4 days later. This was for a family who was grieving the loss of their husband/father. Very disappointing.
The gift box did not arrive as it was dispayed in the image. Quite disappointed.

I was excited about gifting our friends with a quality basket like the one I found with GiftTree however despite paying extra to have it arrive on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, it was not delivered until 2 days later than the date I designated. The response from Customer Service was "the shippers are slow due to Covid". Really? For someone that has UPS at my house EVERY day, I found that to be a poor excuse. Though I didn't ask for any refund, I was told that "no refund on the shipping charges would be given since they can't get a refund from the shipper". Seems there could have been some attempt made to correct an issue and the bad feelings it left but, they chose not to.

I placed 2 orders on Christmas Day and paid for expedited shipping charge for delivery on 12/31/21. When I checked on status, the orders were not even processed - called customer service and got a very nice women who helped me, looked up the orders but the best she could do was get them to their destinations (florida and california) on January 5th. If I did not call, I feel like they would have been delivered even later. The product itself is very good quality -just disappointed when promised a delivery date and not fulfilled as promised.

I received 2 baskets as gifts, one with 1 bottle of wine and 1 with 2 bottles. The baskets have a great presentation and the snacks and wine are delicious. However, there were less snacks with the 2 bottle basket and more with 1 bottle basket. When I unpacked the 1 bottle basket there were a whole layer of surprise snacks under the top cardboard layer so I expected the same thing in the 2 bottle basket, but there was nothing - I thought they forgot to pack the bottom layer. The greeting card is beautiful that is enclosed. Overall a very nice presentation.

The delivery was shown for Dec. 23 which is why I ordered from GiftTree and not another service. It was changed to Dec. 27 delivery several days later. At that point it was too late to reorder something for that date. The recipients were out of town on vacation beginning Dec. 26 and won't receive it until Jan. 8. There was fruit in the basket which will be bad by the time they get the package.
They were polite and gave a credit for the paid delivery by the date which didn't happen. It ended up to be an expensive gift even without the extra delivery charge which part will be spoiled.

I paid for a Saturday delivery and the item was delivered on Sunday night, when no one was home. The party did not get it until Monday when shipping would have been free.

The Belgium chocolate advertised was misleading. We thought there would be Belgium chocolate in the middle but "we think" the Belgium chocolate was the icing. Cupcakes were very messy when trying to pull the paper cup off. The cake part was just ok. We threw them away … wasn't worth the calories.

I purchased a nice basket for some dear friends, and as of today they have not received it yet. First they sent me a note saying they could not locate the house, and so I asked our friend's son to explain the address which was correct, and so theoretically everything was on their way, and today that we checked, we hear the package has not been delivered.
The phone service I received was apparently OK, but as I mention above, the gift has not been delivered yet. So, what type of service sensation do you think I have?
Because it looked like a serious and professional firm, but so far my experience has not been good at all.

I paid extra to have the gift delivered on Saturday 4/3 the recipients birthday, it wasn't delivered until 4/4 the day after, I didn't pay to have it "maybe" get there by 4/3. I understand that what with Covid things are going slower which is WHY I PAID MORE to have it make it there on time. When I called to ask for shipping refund I was told I was "lucky it got there by 4/4" and there would be no refund.

I ordered a gift basket and a bouquet of flowers. Tracking update mentioned that they have delivered both items, the gift box was delivered however my Mum didn't get any flowers.
Unsure if I can get a refund for the flowers as it cost a significant amount.

The system allowed me to pickup a delivery date, which I did since gifts sometimes are meant to be given in honor of the particular events. Not so fast to be happy
Though, my gift arrived a week before the chosen date. When I called the customer service to ask them why so, the agent was kind of nasty saying they tried to get them out as fast as possible. Sound good-Hah? But then why to allow us to choose it?

The package was delivered 3 days after my sister's birthday. Very disappointed. Sorry won't order again. However, she was happy with the choice of gift.
I honestly expected this to be a local delivery, given the address of the business... I was kinda bummed to discover it shipped from the other side of the country, and I could literally have ordered from anywhere else instead... I really thought local deliveries would be made, well... locally.
I was also told, upon ordering, that an email containing information to log into the account that was created would be sent to me, as well as a notification of shipment. I never got either. And they didn't end up in the junk folder, they just never materialized
Because the address of the business as listed on the website is in the same state and general region as the recipient was. Turns out that didn't count for anything at all.

The delivery was late by a day and threw off the timing of my surprise. There was no email or notification letting me know of this delay. Disappointed.

Was supposed to arrive Friday for a Birthday didn't get it until Tuesday. Although there were weather problems it should have been shipped earlier as it was ordered well over two weeks in advance. It's not like it's flowers where it needs to ship on a certain day. Very disappointed.
I was told by the person I sent the basket to that a lady called him and was VERY NASTY, Not sure if she was from Gift Tree or where you were sending the basket from, Also I asked for a specific basket and that was not what was sent, is was suppose to be ALL fruit and there were crackers and some other item in it. Very upset with this order, I never had a problem before that's why I use you.

The photos on the website show the gift basket products spread out/up for a good impression, which is fine. But they're not delivered in the same way. On the website $150 basket is shown as being impressively displayed upwards, but when it was delivered it was all crammed down into a little basket and didn't look like much of anything.
I understand you want to show all the products and sell baskets, but you should also include a picture in the image carousel of each product page for what the finished basket will actually look like when it's wrapped in plastic. I was pretty disappointed to spend that much money and it was 1/3 the size of the display shown on site. I spent $150 and it looked like I bought one of those "Movie Night Snack Packs" at the grocery store. Disappointing.

I paid extra for my gift to be delivered by a certain date. Needless to say, the gift did not arrive on time. Gift Tree provided an email for comments/questions about their delivery. The email address came back as 'delivery incomplete'.
Those are two red flags for me - not meeting paid-for expectations, and not being able to reach customer service. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

Many years loyal customer but very dissatisfied with my last one order. 3 packages were delivered different time before the scheduled date and after however I placed the order one month in advance. Very disappointed
I purchased a gift for a co worker and had it delivered to the office. However due to current events going on now our building was shut down when the item was to be delivered. I never received an email updating me on the delivery, the status, was it delivered, was it returned back? I've tried to call several times and all I can get is a recorded message.

When I did my order it says it will be deliver the next day. It was delivered 3 days later because your florist supplier don't carry fish fruits. Why do you sell fresh fruits basket if you don't have them fresh in stock. I paid $24.00 US for a 3 days delivery... not good
