I paid extra to have the gift delivered on Saturday 4/3 the recipients birthday, it wasn't delivered until 4/4 the day after, I didn't pay to have it "maybe" get there by 4/3. I understand that what with Covid things are going slower which is WHY I PAID MORE to have it make it there on time. When I called to ask for shipping refund I was told I was "lucky it got there by 4/4" and there would be no refund.
Pretty crap.
