Two kids did not have their dad this year for Christmas and their mom didn't have enough money for Christmas presents, so these amazing kids who celebrate Hanukkah heard about these kids who celebrate Christmas and were going through a tough time and decided to pull their allowance together and donate 100 dollars to help the other family which is pretty amazing and showes the good in the world. The Hanukkah kids dad put it on his credit card the day before Christmas and got an invoice number, but giftcards.com never sent it. I called about it twice they promised that it would be sent. I finally had to call and get angry and they just now sent it but Christmas is over, all the other kids got to opent gifts on Christmas, it would have been one thing if it were for an adult but to disappoint kids is a totally different thing. Thanks alot gift cards.com they are a scam and never order from them.

I discovered 4/22/2017 that all $500 had been removed from my visa giftcard due to dormancy. I was initially told the funds were turned over to my state of residence (escheated) but my state division of abandoned property had no record of this occurring. This should have been my first clue that this interaction was not going to go well, that a company selling financial instruments was going to make a customer track down their own money. Fortunately, I was both purchaser and receiver and still live at the same shipping and billing address, because if you are trying to make a recovery GC. C will try to muddy the waters by telling you that the purchaser must contact them, information must be verified, etc. It took 2 months of persistence and filing 2 BBB complaints before this was finally resolved on 6/18/2017. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. During this process, I can't tell you how many times I was lied to, given incorrect information, and subjected to stall tactics.

I bought $60.00 dollars as my gift to my niece they send the card in the mail without information what to do the card. You will be the one to figure out then when you call the number at the back customer service, then they will send you again to another customer serviice again the rep will ask you a lot. I opened an acct in Aug and had ordered 5x. Every time I ordered, my order would come "Under Review" and I was sent email. They said the 1st part of the review is to verify the bank acct info matches and the 2nd part is to call and ensure the order was placed by cardholder. Its supposed to prevent fraud! They said they do it for new customers and if someone places multiple orders in a day. They kept cancelling my orders because my phone is out of service! I even called and told them and they acted like they couldn't do anything because it was the weekend. And my funds are on hold in the bank for 3 days or until order is cancelled and I can't use my money. They have no right to do this and its illegal according to consumer protection laws. They can't deny processing a transaction because the person didn't answer the phone! So I can't even order just because my phone is out of service! I will never use them again!
I sold a gift card. DO NOT SELL GIFT CARDS HERE. I used plastic jungle before they sold the company, always received within 2 hours (payment for gift card through paypal) ANY OTHER SITE pays you within 24 hours. This site offers the same amount and strings you along for several days, I still have not received my money after being "verified". Tech team is always "in a meeting" Will call me back within 24 hours? No other problems with gift card sites, this place is a scam.

They sold me a blank card and said I should contact ebay. This is a sham and this company is being reported to the "Better Business Bureau" Thankfully they only got me for 50 bucks. I was given a giftcard that my father was given a year ago, it had never been activated and had a 0 balance. When I called I spoke to several people as it didn't seem right that the inactivity fees were deducted even tho the card was not active. The gentleman I spoke to said he'd reverse the fees since no purchase was made and it would take 2 business days and I would be sent an email. 4 business days went by and I called to check the status. They didn't submit it and told me another 2 days I'd be good to go. A week went by still no refund.
Called again and the guy said it was being worked on 6 to 10 more business days. Waited, and called after 15 business days only to find out they needed my dad to call in to provide his information.
Explained that dad travels and isn't available nor does he want to waste his time on a gift card, that's why he gave it to me. Let them know I'd be happy to provide any and all information they need. Social, birthday, address whatever.
The gentleman explained no they needed to speak to him. When I asked why since I was willing to give any information needed he said because it's policy.
So policy is to rip people off and string them along? Should've told me a month ago instead just wasted my time. Horrible customer service, horrible company, horrible policies and just another company ripping people off. DO NOT buy cards from here. You will be disappointed and waste your money.
They said my cards were stolen on top of that they did not tell me the proper way to send it so i would say after losing 130 dollars to them that i will never do business with them and make sure they never get business EVER they screwed me and i will make sure they lose money over it!

I spent 3 hours trying to send egift cards to my grandchildren on their Senior Prom night that had been cancelled d/t Covid. I NEVER DID ACCOMPLISH IT! I have NEVER had a problem with my American Express card nor have I had any difficulty using it. I even tried to get help from the Chat person, but all I got were robot, canned answers... was she real? I asked, but never got an answer. I then wrote an email to the company, and also received a generic canned answer, then an email stating "case closed". My advice: find another company!
After delayed delivery the card finally arrived for my sister's B-day gift. After numerous attempts to activate the card - it did not activate. GiftCards promised to refund me and 3 weeks later NO Refund and NO replies to my email. I had to submit a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission based upon fraud and theft after allowing them one last chance to issue a refund. Still no refund and no replies to emails. If you are a business trying to use this company for any purpose -not only are you TACKED with a $5 fee PER CARD, but their customer service team was less than helpful, and even though I spent thousands of dollars there is ZERO working with you to solve any sort of issues that come up.
No one in the corporate office understands this or even cares. So now- rather than have my company continue spending hundreds of thousands of dollars a year with them, I just sent out a memo to all 300 employees to no longer use this company in any fashion.
