Both drivers had good child seats as we requested. It's convenient that you can see the drivers rating and cars before you book. So we chose the best option for us. We didn't regret choosing gettransfer.

Usually it's hard to go anywhere with the kids, but our driver Kostas was exceptionally patient and attentive. (then again, he should try living with them and then we'd see!) I recommend him and gettransfer.

Very easy to book and pay online, clear instructions as to where the driver will meet you, confirmation receipt, pre arrival email and text on arrival. Very pleasant and helpful driver and car in very good condition. Would definitely book again.
We went through passport control, collected our luggage, walked into the arrivals hall and immediately saw our name displayed. The driver took us to the car and 15 minutes later we reached the hotel. Very clean car, very friendly driver. To be repeated!

You should understand that Gettransfer is not a carrier, but only an intermediary between transdpirt companies. So be sure to choose a good offer (see photos / rating). But this money you will spend on a comfortable ride and be free from the stress. Of course everything happens in this world, but this is the second time I choose this company for international transfers.
The carriers do not pay their fees, so no vehicle came to pick us up and they do not refund our money. We had to pay 3 times more money and take a taxi, otherwise we would miss our flight and lose even more money.

We were unable to connect to the internet at JFK airport and could not contact the driver. It's a good thing the front desk worked helped us out. The driver was waiting in the car instead of the arrivals area for some reason. The rest of the trip was fine. Pleasant driver, clean and comfortable car.

Found gettransfer when looking for transfer from Malta airport to the hotel in St Julian's. Easy to book, received an email with the booking voucher in a timely manner. Upon arrival we easily found the driver and had a smooth journey to our accommodation. Driver was friendly. A nice welcome to the island.

We have used GetTransfer many times in Cyprus and have always had an excellent service (apart from one incident in the early days). Prices are reasonable and the cars are often bigger than required and of a high standard.
Cabs in Dubai are a rip-off, especially if the hotel provides them. I found gettransfer in Google. The driver was already waiting for us at the airport with a sign. He was very friendly and helped with our luggage. Overall very satisfied.

Very good service. The driver was waiting for us at the airport in Gran Canaria. The company rang us 20 mins before our return trip back to the airport to inform us the driver would be approximately 10 minutes late. The driver arrived in time and we arrived at the airport with time to spare before our flight.

Answer: . WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
