Difficult to make changes to the boking. It took me about 20 minutes of emailing with customer support (who were helpful) to change the pick up point. My driver arrived 10 minutes early but didn't rush me. I recommend gettransfer.
We arrived at Changi airport on time. Rather than just waiting and then pulling away, the driver got out and helped me to unload my luggage. I was very happy with the experience and will use GetTransfer next time I go away.

First of all, this app is an aggregator and you choose the driver (ratings and photos are displayed). After booking you see the contacts and I strongly recommend to contact the driver and agree on the exact time. Perhaps the driver confirms less time to arrive than expected (good point if you're afraid to be late))

Ii have booked three times with them and all the times the trips were cancelled in the last minute. They are totally unprofessional and unreliable. Do not deal with them.

Everything went pretty well. The meeting at the airport took a little longer then expected because the driver was stuck in a queue outside. He did send a message to tell me. The ride from the hotel back to the airport was perfect. I would certainly use Gettransfer again.

The first driver arrived, but he had tires in his trunk so we couldn't fit our bags in. So we had to wait another 15 minutes for the next driver? Who was great. Thank you to the customer support for quickly finding a replacement and getting us on the plane.

It has been a very pleasant experience. When we arrived at the airport the driver was waiting for us and took us to the hotel we had booked with no stress at all. Also the driver back to the airport was very friendly. Very happy with their services.

The online booking process was simple and fast. When we arrived at the airport we were met by someone who took us straight outside to the bus where the driver was waiting.
Nice ride from JFK to downtown Manhattan. The driver was exactly on time and also available by phone, he was very considerate and pleasant to chat with, helpful with the suitcases and he also drove carefully and quietly. The toll road was included in the price.

My journey with GetTransfer in Portugal was super smooth. We landed late at Lisbon Portela Airport, but that wasn't a problem. Miguel was waiting and didn't seem in the least bit bothered. He was calm and friendly and put me at ease from the off. We drove along some really picturesque coastline, so it was half transfer half tour. He also told me all about the area, as well as about Portugal's history and culture. It was really interetsing and I almost wish I could have driven further!
Driver insisted on knowing all about our flight (understandable so he could track it) and we kept him updated all the way when the flight was delayed by a bit. He said it wasn't a problem. Literally 10 mins later as we went to find him he was nowhere to be seen. I called him and he'd left without telling us. I complained but was refused a refund because my flight was delayed (even though the driver was given a 5hr advance notice of this by me!).

We used gettransfer in Dubai. The experience was very good, especially as we booked less then 15 hours beforehand and no other company let us book on such short notice. The driver was very king and was waiting for us. Already booked the return trip with them.
Do NOT rely on this service. No taxi will turn up. Been told I would get my refund between 5-28 days and now its been more than 28 days and they have no clue and finance department are not aware of this.
I rang them up today and they are saying they cannot they can't give the refund because of the covid 19 I mean what the hell. What has that got to do with anything. Complete nutters and SCAMMERS

Booked a car in extreme and nervous conditions, 2 hours before departure. I waanted to see more offers and options for the price. But as a result we chose something in the average according to the rating and cost. In the end, all super - made it to the plane, the driver was very nice.

Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
