Because of the prepayment I was a little anxious that if the car did not arrive I would have to deal with support and there is a risk of missing the plane. But the driver kept in touch with me and reassured me. I specified a time, asked to check traffic congestion. In the end, everything worked out great. Thanks Gettransfer.

Excellent customer service. Because my vacation was cancelled, I had to cancel my airport transfers as well. Gettransfer offered me a discount on my subsequent transfers, with I appreciated, but I preferred a refund this time. When I requested it, it was swiftly refunded to my bank account. If only all travel agencies provided the same level of outstanding customer service as gettransfer.

I always book transfer in Thailand with Gettransfer. Twice I forgot things in the car: my purse and then my phone slipped out of my pocket. Both times the drivers brought them to me without any problems. I appreciate that I can trust them. SUPER service.

We booked a bus to take us from Courance to Paris. The driver arrived 35 minutes early. He explained that he was in a harry because of the road works although on the way back we did not see any. We are satisfied with the trip.

It was a top transfer service. We booked a round trip from Novosibirsk airport to Kemerovo. Everything was great and without delay. The price was much better than in other companies. The driver was friendly and helped us with the luggage. Many thanks.

We booked a transfer from Malaga Airport to Granada city center. We were met at airport with a sign and taken to a nice Mercedes minivan. Everything worked out well, but the driver on the way back drove a little fast and occasionally looked at his cell phone while driving. We sent a complaint to customer support and they gave us a 20 % discount for future trips. We'll definitely use gettransfer again.

Excellent service. Both the taxis were on time and the drivers were friendly. The cars we clean (Merc E Class Estate picking us up from the airport and a big mini bus taking us back - both of which were private to us).

Our driver was easy to find in Malaga and transferred us to our hotel without a hitch. On the return journey he was bang on time picking us up and again delivered us to the airport entrance. Really reliable service. Thank you!

We used gettransfer for the first time - but definitely not the last. Super service from booking to pick up. I got a message from the driver well in advance to confirm he would arrive. At the pickup he phoned and guided us to the car. He was friendly and professional and dropped our pasengers off at the 3 specified stops exactly as agreed. Recently I had a very bad experience with gettransfer. Initially with the carrier and then with the way that gettransfer customerservices been respond. Beside the early booking and payment the driver didn't showed up and I was about to mis my flight moreover i paid three times more for the on spot taxi, no proper feedback and action was taken by gettransfer management

Very good communication with the driver even before we arrived in Faro. The whole experience was very reassuring. And even though our flight was late, we were still welcomed as soon as we came out. Very good service, we recommend it.

This company has to be one of the most efficient and reliable in Europe! They provide taxi transfers between airports and hotels all over Europe. We have used them in Spain (Almeria, Seville, Granada), Italy (Verona, Rome), and Amsterdam.

Our children booked the car and we were absolutely thrilled with care and comfort when the driver met and drove us to our hotel. The kids were in touch with support, but we didn't have to worry as our Mercedes was on time. Excellent

Carrier was courteous and friendly and the vehicle was impeccable and a comfortable ride to the hotel. On the return journey to the airport a different driver also friendly. Arrived 15 minutes earlier to pick us up at the hotel, the vehicle was very clean inside. I will rate this service 5 Stars and value for money.

The driver was very careful yet drove us to our accommodation quickly. It was great that the driver arrived early and took us round to where our luggage was stored after check out, which saved us trailing it back around to our pickup location. Well Done!

Used the GetTransfer service twice in Antalya, and I'm unsure why the ratings are so low. Our vehicles were already waiting. They had arrived on schedule and had patiently waited even though we were running late! Thank you GetTransfer! I will certainly use you again!

They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The car was had plenty of space and was air conditioned and clean. It was the same when they picked us up from the hotel and drove us back to the airport.
