We enjoyed a great trip to Zermatt. The driver turned up in a new and spacious minivan. Although the journey took an hour and a half, we were very comfortable and it went quickly. I can say that this service is definitely worth the money.

Have used gettransfer services many times as a couple and in groups of up to eight people and also in various countries. Have always had excellent service and polite, helpful, well dressed friendly drivers in nice, clean, well maintained up market vehicles. Would highly recommend.

First time I use this service. I arrived at Barcelona airport and due to covid the airport experience takes longer. I was a bit concerned that because of the delay the driver might have left but no problems.

I chose my car and driver and paid straight away through the app. I then received the car and driver's details so I could contact him on Whatsapp. On the day of the trip, he actually texted me to confirm the booking. I thought that was brilliant and it meant no stressing.

Although we were initially suspicious because we saw a few bad reviews, everything worked out well. Our plane was 40 minutes late but the driver tracked the flight and was waiting. The return from our hotel worked just as well. We are happy to book with gettransfer again.

We were picked up at the Greece airport right on time, despite the fact that we were waiting for the driver at the wrong destination point since we were totally clueless after the flight. However, the driver found us. The driver was polite and nice. He was wearing a mask, my parents noted that. Great ride and good service. I will definitely try it wherever I travel to!

Recently returned from Krakow with gettransfer. Used their services on at least four trips and can't fault the service or their prices - £ from Krakow Old Town to the airport (25 minutes travel time). Will definitely book with them again and I keep their app on my phone.

Very good pick up at the airport as well as at the hotel for the return trip. Serious driving and friendly drivers for the 2 trips. They helped us to carry the luggage and were very polite. For first trip there was a change of driver but we were warned in advance.

Easy and interesting approach to booking. You just have to enter your journey details and drivers respond with offers. You also see photos of the cars and ratings. Then you just have to choose the quote that suits you and pay online. The driver got in touch with me in advance. He was punctual, helpful and pleasant, and the car very clean!

The price was pretty reasonable considering the distance to the airport and the late night journey. I was very happy with every aspect of the transfer from easy booking to on time pick up to nice driver :)

The app works well. I booked a return journey from the airport to my hotel and the drivers were very pleasant both ways. They were on time and they even sent messages to let me they had arrived. I'm very pleased with the service.

We booked a minivan for 3 people with ski equipment. The driver arrived 10 minutes early so perfect. It's much more convenient and cheaper then local cabs esepcially with all our luggage. I recommend it for use in Germany.

Both drivers were extremely friendly and helpful and also waiting for our party on arrival and pickup. The transport was spotlessly clean, which is a huge bonus, and had air con. I wouldn't hesitate using their services in the future.

VIP treatment! We were met by our driver in the Arrivals hall at Madrid airport. He took my wife's suitcase, escorted us to the car, loaded our luggage, and took us to the door of the hotel. The perfect transfer!

The driver never showed, never returned calls! And sending me text " I'm sorry I had a flat tire so I can't go for you"! But the app still shows THE RIDE IN PROGRESS! And after that they said the RIDE completed! This is really scams! And they still charge me for $275! Please people stay away from this service!
Don't forget to call your BANK and report the transaction and dispute!

Palma to Can Picafort, Mallorca. Excellent service from start to finish. This is the second time we have used gettransfer and it removes that awful bus journey which on this route must take hours. Really good service.

The website is easy enough to use. Just enter the journey details and the app shows you the options. If you wait you get more offers. After booking a trip from Izmir Airport, a notification came with the full details of the driver. Great trip, good price.

The final destination of our trip was a family-run, rustic hotel in the middle of the woods. We didn't know beforehand that the final part would be on a dirt road. The driver drove carefully and drove all the way to the end. Thank you so much!

An excellent service. Courteous drivers who insisted on wheeling our luggage to their vehicles wich were spotlessy clean. They enquired several times on our journey if we were comfortable with the air conditioning. Good timings. Brilliant service which I would highly recommend.

I entered my transfer details and received several options with different prices, types of car. The driver I selected arrived on time and the car was the one displayed in the photos. Good value all round.
