My experience with GetTransfer in Barcelona exceeded my expectations - and I have high expectations. After a tiring journey I was relieved to see Javier waiting for us at El Prat Airport. His warm welcome instantly lifted our spirits. As we drove through the vibrant streets, Javier shared insider tips and recommendations that only a local could provide. By the time we arrived at the Hotel Arts Barcelona, we felt like VIPs! All thought of fatigue were forgotten and we couldn't wait to get out and explore. Had to suddenly reschedule our return trip at the last moment due to a typo in the booking. Was helped quickly and changed the pickup destination (2km away). Very happy I booked with gettransfer. Will definitely recommend and use them again!

This is the worst car service and an absolutely scam. DO NOT USE THEM!

The transfer we booked and paid for didn't show up this to take us to the airport. I confirmed with them to be on time and they said they would. When I called they said the driver was probably asleep so I should call other services.

We also had two other transfers booked through our trip- one in rome and one in sorrento. One never showed and the other was more than hour late and wasn't in the car we booked (much smaller).

We couldn't get another car at the time so we missed out flights. This unacceptable, pathetic, and I can't believe a business like this is allowed to run.

Super easy to book. The driver arrived a little early to miss the rush hour. He immediately took care of the luggage and was super friendly. We were picked up with a great car in which not not a speck of dust was to be found! Everything was perfect!

Ideal transfer service. You get a confirmation well in advance with the details of the driver. On arrival I got a message to confirm where he was waiting with a name sign. Then for the pick up from our hotel the driver sent a message that he was coming.

Excellent service, waiting for us at the airport & early to pick us up from our hotel. The drivers were polite & vehicles were clean. I think they gave us the cheapest price too. I would use them again.

Called the driver the day before the transfer to confirm time and make sure he shows up and agreed but the day of the scheduled transfer, we waited for 30 minutes, called the driver and was not responding, he never showed up and we almost missed our flight. I sent a complain and demanded refund but had not gotten it, it has been 1 week and no updates. Will never use and recommend get transfer.

Thanks to gettransfer I traveled around Italy and enjoyed a very positive experience. The app offers a big choice of many cars in any city. I always chose an SUV for more space and comfort and was happy each time. Also the drivers were polite and friendly. Thank you!

I have no hesitation on recommending Get Transfer. I have used this company several times and thoroughly recommend for easy transportation from airport to hotel and return. Drivers always courteous, vehicles clean and drivers on time.

We were very impressed with the service. I had put the wrong time for pick up but after the booking was made we chatted with the driver and he asked us to check the exact address/time and so we noticed the mistake. Thank you!

I received a text 24 hours before pickup as promised, driver was early. The driver was polite and helped with our bags. He was pleasant and spoke to us on the journey. When he dropped us off he explained where to go for security etc. Will definitely use gettransfer again.

I booked the transfer in a couple of minutes, the website makes everything very clear. The driver contacted me in advance and told me the best place to meet at the airport. On time, responsive, and inexpensive.

I took a ride from Bangkok airport to my hotel. The driver was polite and smartly dressed. He helped to put my luggage in the trunk and opened the door, which was a nice gesture. The price was pretty reasonable too.

I've used gettransfer on three trips from/to Warszawa airport. Not only best value in price but very polite drivers and clean vehicles. Always on time. I'd recommend them, and will be using them again

I would highly recommend using gettransfer. Having arrived at Las Palmas airport we found our case had gone missing. Our driver waited for 1.5 hours until we logged the missing case. The drivers were very polite both there and back and the cars were clean. Thank you!

We were 8 adults and needed to travel together, so we booked a van. GetTransfer's price was the cheapest of all the companies we looked at. Although we were confused when we arrived and waited in the wrong place, or driver found us. Great service - many thanks.

Good service on both the outward and return journeys with two different drivers. The first was quite young but very polite and friendly. The second was a little older, we enjoyed a good discussion with him during the journey.

I had to change the pickup date and sent a request. They made the change quickly at no extra cost. The driver confirmed he was en route and picked us up a little ahead of time. The vehicle was clean and spacious and he drove safely.

Our airport transfer was at the dreaded 4am but our driver was on time (although we very nearly weren't thanks to an alarm that didn't go off). The company was great at communicating with us and confirming our booking. It could not have been any better. We will use gettransfer again for sure.
