Was looking on kijiji for a while for an iphone, but had no luck finding someone trustworthy with a good condition phone. The blacklist guarantee makes the premium price of the phone through orchard worth it. Should have just went straight to it, instead of wasting so much time on Kijiji.

Easy to order, phone came quickly and was in what I consider great condition (listed as "good condition"). Only thing you could possibly complain about is the premium price compared to classifieds.

Just sold my 'old' phone to Orchard for the second time, and also for the second time, ended up receiving more money than had been quoted. Sure, I take care of my phones, but that doesn't take away from the level of honesty Orchard exhibits by paying out additional funds, when warranted. It's also a super easy process when selling a phone - they will provide all the materials as well as pay for the shipping. You really can't go wrong using their service.

I was referred to Orchard through a link on the Public Mobile site. My old phone had died and I needed another one. I have purchased comparatively few things online as I am generally more comfortable making my purchases in person. However I was anxious to get a working phone quickly and previous positive reviews of Orchard reassured me to give it a try. If my experience is another example, Orchard deserves the excellent reviews. Everything worked out. Orchard reps. Answered an additional query promptly. The telephone arrived in the next work day. Orchard sent me several notes along the way giving me updates...'Your order is shipped' etc. and offered additional assistance should I need it. Happily I didn't need it. I set up the 'new' phone and it is working perfectly. Thank you!

Selling my old iPhone 6 with Orchard turned out to be a breeze. I was paid $25 more than initial estimate on the next day after they received my phone! Great customer service throughout. This was my first experience buying a used smart phone and it was not without some trepidation. This is the SECOND negative experience I've had with Orchard. I purchased an iPhone 8 in like new condition. Within a few weeks, the sound quality became muffled to the point that I can't have a basic conversation on my $1000 phone. Despite having purchased an extended warranty, Orchard is unable to help me because they're not able to work on the iPhone 8. Not sure why they would sell a phone they're not capable of covering. Do not buy from them unless you're ready to pay for your repairs out of pocket.

Found them on kijiji and i'm glad I visited their website instead of meeting a stranger. Bought a used iPhone for a great deal and it was like buying straight off from the apple website. Ordered an iPhone 5 in Very Good condition from Orchard, along with charging block and cable. Phone arrived promptly. Orchard followed up with me to ensure receipt and that all was good. Activated on my carrier without issue. Phone is in so near to new shape, it's unbelievable. Had to search to find out why the downgraded from like new condition. Finally found a few scratches near the headset jack.
I'd highly recommend Orchard. Price was good. Unit fantastic. I will deal with Orchard again.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9 advertised to be in Like New condition, however, the phone Orchard provided had an angular scuff mark (see photo) on the centre of the screen beneath a cracked screen protector. Orchard had no replacement phone in stock and eventually agreed to refund the price differential between a phone in Like New condition and a phone in Good condition but will only cover the $20 cost of the screen protector needed to hide the scuff as a credit against a subsequent purchase.

I bought two phones and an iPad for my family members. Last minutely I found Orchard and was able to buy products that look and work brand new for a very low cost. Definitely recommended for anyone who is looking for a product to give away as a gift, for yourself, or even to replace a product you already have if it has been lost, stolen or broken.
