Orchard

Like many people, I was a little skeptical when I first heard of Orchard. Seemed to good to be true. But I figured that Apple would have pulled their app from the App Store if they were a scam. Turns out my skepticism was unwarranted. Orchard was not only the most painless, but the most financially advantageous way for me to sell my phone. (In my locale, the used market for my model of phone is totally stale, so Orchard was better money than selling it myself.) I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Last year I had bought my first iPhone. I bought it from Orchard, and rated the customer service as excellent. But at the time I had given Orchard four stars simply because I could not rate the longer term reliability of the used phone. It is now just over a year later, my phone is still running well, and I can't tell any difference in performance or battery life. Moreover, I bought another phone for a family member but just after ordering it, a change in circumstances meant we could no longer use it. Orchard sent us a return label and gave full money back, absolutely no hassle. In sum: worry-free shopping for a used iPhone at a fraction of the price buying new. I am upping my review to five stars.

I have heard of too many people getting ripped off when buying used phones online and after checking getorchard out, i thought this looked like the best option. It was. I just received my used iphone 5 yesterday and I have no complaints! It said it was in "fair" condition and is pretty much like new. Tiny scratch on the screen and a couple small small dents on the side. I was really surprised at the condition for it being "fair"! It ended up being the same price, if not a bit better deal, then buying used through craigslist or something, and feels safer because you know its not stolen and has been tested to work "like new". Anyway, if your looking for a used iphone, this is the only way to go.

We bought a refurbished IPhone 6 for my daughter and it was a great way to do it. I was hesitant about Kijiji and this site was referred to me by someone who had also used them. The best for us was that we visited their office in Toronto and did it in person, this made me feel more secure about the purchase. The phone works really well, we bought one in "like new" condition and it really is. It is perfect. We are heading back next week to have a battery replaced for my other daughter's phone so fingers crossed it's the same experience!

Super happy with my purchase. IPhone SE in very good condition and looks like it just came out of the box, not a scratch. Works perfect.
Only had 1 issue, and not that of Orchard. I paid for overnight shipping, but Canada Post dropped the ball, and I didn't receive my order until a week after it shipped. Thankfully Orchard refunded my shipping cost. I would suggest that Orchard use another shipping company as Canada Post is very unreliable.

First time user of Orchard to sell an iPhone. Here are the key points:
- had Orchard ship me packing materials which arrived quickly and had everything I needed to package and send my phone their way. No hidden charges at post office, just package and slip in the mail.
- confirmation of arrival on their end was within a couple days, in fact communication throughout the process was quick and reassuring throughout.
- even though I selected a longer selling period, my phone sold much quicker than expected and I had an email from Orchard with notification of the sale and the email money transfer right away!
- overall, a surprisingly quick and easy process for selling my iPhone.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their old cell phone and wants to avoid the haggling and time consuming process of other methods of sale. Will use this service again in the future.

I sold my iPhone 6 as I got a new iPhone, and a lot of other places were accepting it at $100. Orchard offered me much higher price based on market price, and after their inspection of my phone, I got higher price than the original quote. I was so surprised since I thought they would probably find a way to lower the price. I do not normally write a review, but I want to recommend this company to everyone. The process is so easy - you just download the app and it checks the functionality of your phone automatically. The customer service team was also very helpful.

I have used orchard a few times in the past with no hiccups. Recently I ordered an iPhone that arrived slightly defective. I e-mailed their customer service team and received a very prompt reply on the same day. They paid for the shipping to return the faulty phone and sent me a new one in perfect working order right away! The customer service representatives I dealt with were very warm and friendly, so in the rare case you experience a problem with their service, don't hesitate to reach out.

I bought an iPhone 6 from Orchard in March 2017 and in February 2018, noticed the battery seemed to be depleting really quickly. I had about 2 weeks left on my Orchard Care plan and got in touch with the customer service team to inquire about whether it would be covered. They responded within hours and paid for me to send my phone to them for repairs. Within a week it was back in my hands and they kept me updated on their progress throughout the process. I worked with Alex specifically and she was wonderful!
