This was a great way to recycle my old iPhone. Absolutely simple. Orchard's app is very slick. It assessed the condition of my phone remotely. When I sent it in, having made a personal assessment of its condition, the Orchard people disagreed and offered me more money telling me that I was too harsh in my evaluation. The phone sold prior to their estimate and, bingo, I got an e-transfer in my inbox. Great service. They kept all their promises and were very reliable to work with. I highly recommend Orchard!

Just bought a new phone and wanted to I sell my 3+ year old iPhone 6 to Orchard. They quoted me $109 originally, which was surprising for a phone as old as mine. They sent me all the shipping materials which were easy to assemble, then I packed it up and mailed it back with the phone inside. They sent an email after they had received and inspected my phone and ended up increasing my quote to $132, because it was in "better condition than expected" (I take really good care of my phones, always in their cases, not a scratch). Compare this with Apple's buyback program was going to offer me $60 for my phone. Definitely use Orchard if you take good care of your phone, you won't be disappointed!

Wanted to sell my iPhone through this site. It was painlessly easy. They did all the legwork, all I really had to do was download the Orchard app on the phone, run through the tests, and then send the box back to them.
I know the profit margins would have been higher had I sold it myself; however, Orchard is a great solution for those busy individuals (like myself) who have limited time to do so. Would definitely consider selling or buying through them again!

It's simple, straight forward, and I've always been more than satisfied with all my purchases. Very easy to communicate with them also, they will respond the same day or the next. My iPhone was stolen and a friend suggested that I use Orchard explaining that it would be 'like it never happened' - in other words, it was easy and fast! I got the phone less than 2 days after ordering it, with the new SIM card enclosed too, which allowed me to get my service back up with my provider over the phone. The phone is in "very good" condition, as advertised, and I am very happy with the hardware and the service I received from Orchard. Totally reasonable price too. Highly recommended!

I was skeptic, but after using the second hand iPhone Orchard has sent me, I would highly recommend this option to others. By far the best option-price wise. I stumbled upon Orchard when I was looking for a new phone for my 14 yr old daughter who insisted that she only wanted an iPhone to replace her broken one. The costs of a new iPhone are outrageous so when I saw their add and the prices that they were asking (almost half price if not more) I was a little weary but thought I'd give them a try. Thank God I did, not only was the price amazing but the service and product as well. I received the phone within 2 days and when I called in with a quick question the customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. And the best part was that my daughter loves it and it looks and works like new. I will definitely recommend Orchard to all my family and friends, I just wish that they sold Samsung phones as well.
